- Ludwig (1/5): Ein sehr schlechter und schamloser Vermieter. - Ich kann wirklich nichts Gutes finden. Die Hygiene ist sehr schlecht und voller Staub, und niemand hat dort schon lange gelebt. Im Winter sind es minus 8 Grad. Als altes Haus gibt es keine Heizung und die elektrische Heizung ist kaputt. Weil ich einen Freund gebeten habe, die Heizung zu überprüfen, hat uns der Vermieter weggefahren, weil er sich nicht an die Vorschriften hält. Um seine Stromrechnung zu sparen, wurde die Zimmerrechnung keinen Cent zurückerstattet! Er ist wirklich ein Bandit, kein vernünftiger Mensch.
