• Marco (7/5): - Ottima comunicazione con lo staff, specialmente con una ragazza che parlava la mia lingua. Alcune cose non le avevo capite io (tipo che la chiave al cancello è dentro al box con combinazione e non va digitato il codice sulla tastiera). Il quartiere è multietnico e con molte possibilità di ristoranti, supermercati ed altri negozi a portata di mano. Appartamento semplice con pareti un po' sottili ma buono per dormire la notte. Peccato per la sostituzione dell'alloggio il giorno stesso dell'arrivo non perché questo non fosse buono ma perché in quello originario avevo pagato per il bagno privato invece per quello nuovo il bagno è condiviso con altre due stanze.

• Pulina (8/5): Very good - Overall, the stay was good, but the housekeeping and room cleaning service was not provided after the first night on the second day.

• Linda (7/5): A great budget option in a good location for exploring town. - This cosy space, although small, was well equipped with additional thoughtful touches. The staff were very helpful and I have chosen to stay here several times, although I have difficulty climbing the stairs. The air conditioner was a bonus in hot weather.

• Lacson (5/5): Passable - I liked the bed. The wifi was weak and kept getting disconnected. The temperature of the water in the bathroom kept changing. The room temperature was difficult to change. The room was very hot, e.g. between 30-33 deg celsius (so outside on the road was cooler). While there was a portable air conditioner it barely helped. Trying to change the thermostat did not help.

• Linda (7/5): Excellent value for money with great facilities in a small space. - The room was very 'compact' but every effort had been made to ensure a high level of comfort and facilities. It was spotlessly clean and there were loads of unexpected facilities - coffee maker, microwave, fridge, air conditioner. Room information would have been useful, and I could not get the TV to work properly...... felt very safe and secure. It could have been easier to locate the key box but people were very willing to help. The property is not best placed for ease of getting to places to eat.
• Tetiana (9/5): Very comfortable stay! Will book once more! - The room was exactly as on the pictures, clean and good-smelling! Waking distance from the tube(15min) but also very close to the bus stop. It has everything that’s needed for solo traveller or a couple of people. At first I was confused with the locks and keys but thanks to kind people helping out I managed well.

• Evelien (7/5): Clean and complete but didn’t like the impersonal arrangement - Very clean, a lot of amenities like coffee machine, microwave, shower products, etc and friendly contact with the host via email. Location for me was okay as I was visiting friends in the area but if you’re there to be a tourist in London you will find that it’s not very central (20 mins walk from subway, perhaps 30-40 minutes by bus to the city) During my stay I never met anyone. I had to pick up the key from a lock box that I had a hard time opening. Didn’t feel very comfortable as I arrived late at night. The accommodation is in an apartment with other rooms that seem to be rented out (all with their own key). A drying rack blocked the hallway the entire time (hazard in case of fire). Woke up early from the sound of traffic coming through the window.

• David (9/5): Great accommodation in Clapham - Very clean. Modern en-suite bathroom. Warm but air con available if needed. Little fridge and coffee making facilities in the room. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Great location in Clapham very close to bus stops and walking distance to the tube. Really easy check-in via coded access and key lock box (I arrived at 2am and was able to easily let myself in and out). Nothing.

• Tala (9/5): A very nice stay in a beautiful room :) - - The room had everything you could possibly need: fridge, microwave, kettle, TV, hair dryer, table, chairs etc. Definitely exceeded my expectations. - The host was very kind! She informed me when my room was ready for check in and she let me leave my bag there after check out. - The bus stop was right infront of the building. - The location was a bit far from city center (my fault for not checking properly) but important to know for anyone without a car. I think the price was a bit steep considering the location. - The room is directly on the main road so a bit noisy at night (just some car noise and nothing very major) - The air conditioning is a very nice addition. However, this means that the window couldn't be opened (the AC tube passes through there). I would have preferred to be able to open the window with a 15 degree temperature, but this wasn't a big issue. Overall a very nice stay :)

Close to Brockwell Park for those that are going to festivals. Would come back again! The only small detail is that it was rather hot in the evening, with it being June the heating did not need to be on.

Some hooks to hang clothes in bathroom would be nice. Also house rules asked for any crockery etc to be washed, a bit difficult without washing up liquid & teatowel!

• Agnieszka (5/5): Good for a short stay - It was a small room with ensuite bathroom in a flat. You'll get your own keys to open the flat as well as the room. Easy check in. Free carpark. Good location. A bit noisy as close to the main street .
