• LE GLEAU (1/5): TRÈS MOYEN - L'arrivée pour récupérer et restituer les clés, dans un hôtel à 1km !!!! Faire compliqué quand on peut faire simple!!!! Alors qu'il y a un hôtel mitoyen c'est insupportable quand on arrive en taxi dans un lieu qu'on ne connaît pas et qu'il faut repartir à la chasse aux clés. L'enregistrement en ligne par le formulaire proposé est impossible, drôle de méthode !!! Appartement très moyen, très bruyant. Cabine de douche très petite avec portes déglinguées, une personne de moyenne ou forte corpulence n'y rentre pas!!! Le robinet du lavabo cassé. Ça mérite largement un bon geste commercial
• chloé (4/5): Bien situé mais appartement à rénover complètement - Nous avons récupéré les clés de l'appartement dans un hôtel dans la rue à côté de l'appartement. Très facile et le personnel était agréable. Appartement très bien situé dans Florence L'appartement ne ressemble pas au photos de booking. Très sombre. Quelques problèmes constatés : un verre cassé, un sèche-cheveux salé, la porte de douche est sortie de ses rails et ne ferme pas complètement. Le robinet du lavabo est mal fixé. La fenêtre de chambre ne fermait pas. La poignée restait dans les mains. Les tiroirs de la commode de la chambre sont inutilisables. Et les placards de l'entrée sont dans un état déplorable. J'ai envoyé un mail qu'il communique aux voyageurs, toujours sans réponse.

• Francisco jose (3/5): no volveré a coger con esta empresa - la zona el wifi no funciono desde el primer día, y aunque se lo dije al dueño dijo que vendría alguien a arreglarlo y no vinieron. El frigorífico tampoco funcionaba, y la ducha tenía las puertas sueltas, pero casi mejor, porque el hueco que quedaban entre las 2 puertas era de unos 30 cm, con lo que no podía entrar fácilmente.
• Adél (7/5): Ár-érték arányban nagyszerű választás volt - Kiváló helyen van. Minden fontos művészeti emlék és látványosság könnyen és gyorsan elérhető volt. Nem voltak negatív tapasztalataink.
• Emmanouela (1/5): - Η τοποθεσία Χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση επειγόντως. Οι φωτογραφίες είναι πειραγμένες ! Το δωμάτιο είχε πάτωμα με λεκέδες , σπασμένες ντουλάπες και ντουλάπια , και υποτιθέμενο διπλό κρεβάτι που ήταν απλά 2 μονά στρώματα ενωμένα , τα οποία εννοείται έφευγαν από τη θέση τους
• Christianne (5/5): - Localização Frigorífico estava quebrado, a cama do terceiro hóspede não estava pronta e era muito desconfortável. A porta do duche estava quebrada e era muito apertado para tomar banho. Entrei em contato de várias diferentes com os funcionários sem resposta

The air conditioning also did not work which was very uncomfortable given that the city was 38 degrees Celsius. The room had an unpleasant cigarette smell.

• Isabel (3/5): Apartamento pouco cuidado. - localização muito boa Funcionário que entregou as chaves simpático e prestável, edredon sujo com MANCHAS ESCURAS, frigorifico não funciona, ar condicionado ( aquecimento) não funciona e as noites estavam frias, gaveta partida, maçaneta da janela partida, sofá cama muito velho, difícil de abrir e muito desconfortável

• Andrea (1/5): No assoluto - Abbiamo soggiornato, purtroppo, 6 giorni in questa struttura. Innanzitutto non è specificato in fase di prenotazione che le chiavi dell'appartamento dovranno essere prese in un bar a 15 minuti da dove si trova effettivamente l'appartamento. Quando siamo entrati c'era un odore pessimo in casa, e subito ci siamo accorti che il frigorifero perdeva acqua ed era rotto. Abbiamo chiamato per assistenza e ci hanno chiesto se potevano venire a controllare anche se non eravamo in casa. Gli abbiamo risposto di sì, da lì spariti; ricontattati il giorno dopo hanno detto che erano passati e che "c'è un problema con il frigo". Non ci hanno mai detto qual'era il problema, non ci hanno mai detto che sarebbero venuti a sistemarlo, non ci hanno mai dato nessun tipo di soluzione. Da quel messaggio non abbiamo mai più sentito nessuno nonostante abbiamo provato a ricontattarli. Avevamo prenotato questo appartamento soprattutto per la cucina, così da fare la spesa ed averla per tutto il periodo del soggiorno. Oltre ad aver dovuto buttare tutto quello che avevamo comprato il primo giorno, abbiamo anche dovuto spendere ulteriori soldi per mangiare ogni giorno fuori perché la cucina era inutilizzabile. Il frigo rotto. La cucina che cadeva a pezzi. I piatti e le posate indecenti. Le luci della camera non funzionanti. La pulizia generale pessima, siamo andati via pieni di bolle. La posizione ottima, se non fosse che le finestre erano rotte e non si chiudevano bene, per cui tutta la notte con il freddo e un chiasso fortissimo. Il peggiori posto in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Da non ripetere mai più un'esperienza simile.

• Yolaminguez (3/5): Buena ubicacion, mal servicio e instalaciones - La ubicación era perfecta en todo el centro del casco antiguo, muy cerca de todo lo interesante La estructura de tablas del sofa cama se caia a pedazos muy incomoda con huecos y baches, no tenia almohada, escribimos para pedirla o preguntar y fuimos ignorados. La ducha era enana. Si querías usar el microondas o el calentador de agua tenías que llevarlo al suelo, no había enchufes accesibles.

Las ventanas no tienen un buen aislamiento, sobre todo la de la habitación, que no cierra bien y se queda abierta. A todas horas mucho ruido. La puerta de la ducha estaba rota. El suelo desgastado y las paredes sucias.

• Gordillo Ortiz (8/5): - Es un apartamento con equipación completa, no le falta nada, cerca del centro y bien comunicado con los autobuses y tranvías. Debajo tiene una tratoria muy buena! Lo malo es que hay que ir por la llave a una cafetería que está a 1 km del apartamento.
• Robert (1/5): You will have a better time in Florence if you avoid this apartment - Location We didn’t like the smell or the dust, the apartment was not clean, the pictures don’t not reflect what the apartment is actually like. if you have children I wouldn’t recommend staying here due how dangerous the windows are, no air conditioning, when asking to return to the property the host ignored us so if you are staying here please feel free to use are camera and hair curlers.
• RAQUEL (1/5): UN HORROR - Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación pero a las 6 o 7 am pasan los carros de los comerciantes por una calle adoquina despertando a todos NO HAY AIRE ACONDICIONADO y publicitan que lo hay. Hay tres ventilador, uno de ellos no funcionaba y otro metía un ruido infernal. Esta muy sucio en general da asco y para colmo huele fatal. Manillas de ventana, no se podía cerrar. A una de las camas le falta las tablas del somier por lo que al tumbarte se hunde el colchón de espuma hasta el suelo no se puede dormir en esa cama. Intentamos comunicarnos con el personal y no atienden ni llamadas ni wasap ni a través de Booking que no hacen nada para dar un solución para un apartamento que no es acto para alquilar. Si queréis disfrutar de vuestras vacaciones no os recomiendo la elección de este alojamiento.
• Juan Alonso (7/5): Bona estada i còmode. - L'apartament està molt ben situat. Està aprop del ponte Vecchio i dels altres monuments, museus... i està davant la policia. En una primera planta amb ascensor. L'apartament té algunes cosetes a millorar, com ara la mamparada del lavabo que no tanca. Coberteria bruta i escassa. La nevera petita ( està bé ) però el mini congelador està glaçonat i no es pot fer servir.
• Strinna (7/5): Il nostro soggiorno è stato complessivamente piacevole . I pregi maggiori dei piccoli difetti - La posizione è favolosa e sicura.Situata di fronte alla Polizia Municipale . Si potrebbe migliorare fornendo utensili utilizzabili così da consentire almeno una colazione a casa. “Macchina per caffè con qualche cialda e dello zucchero o una caffettiera nuova e Una bottiglia d’acqua di benvenuto 😃

• Ericka (4/5): Not staying here again - When we arrived the apartment was dirty and messy. They sent it to be cleaned but it took about 2 hours and this caused us inconvenience because we were quite tired from the trip. The wifi never worked which was a problem too because cell reception in the apartment is quite bad. We would definitely not stay here again.
• Yanis (8/5): Comfortable stay close to Ponte Vecchio - We had a great experience with this property. Getting to it was unproblematic and Naveen was waiting for us at the door to give us the keys and show us the apartment. We were even able to have an earlier check-in! The place is in a superb location: 2 blocks away from the Ponte Vecchio, and around 4-5 blocks away from Piazza della Signoria. Everything else is pretty much within walking distance, even the Oltrarno area south of the river. It has a little kitchenette and pretty much everything needed to have a nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, and would definitely recommend it! Two things would fall here: first was the refrigerator. I guess it's a bit old and the door wouldn't properly close, meaning it wouldn't stay cold and at some point the ice started thawing and got the whole thing a bit wet. This was something that we noticed until a couple of days into the stay because before we didn't need to put anything in the fridge. We contacted the host about it and they said they'll have a look while we were out exploring the city, but it was never fixed. The second thing was the noise. Being located at a rather touristic area, noise should be expected. Within the building we didn't hear anything but mostly from the street, due to the fact that of all the windows looking at the street, only the one on the bedroom is not a double window. They are not noise cancelling windows, but having a second layer does damp the sound a bit, but the one on the bedroom only has one set. Perhaps installing a second set there could help a little bit. I must admit that for us it wasn't much of a problem, but I can imagine light sleepers having a hard time getting some sleep there.
• Selina (5/5): Ideal position of the accommodation but the linen for the bed and the carpet really needs to be cleaned - very unhygieni - Centrally located to all the tourist hot spots and the bathroom was very clean. The owners provide you with all the information required for check in. The carpet smelt bad and the linen for the bed seems like it was never washed - which felt really gross. The foam mattress also made a lot of noises every time you turned at night and the springs of the bed felt like it was going to come out. The main bedroom light didn’t work and there is an annoying noise from the heating that could not be switched off at night.
• Franca (8/5): Very good - Simple but quiet apartment. .Excellent location, at a walking distance from all major attractions/museums. Close to a supermarket. With air-conditioning and WiFi. Would have liked more towels.
