• Viktoriia (10/5): A wonderful hotel in an authentic location in Istanbul - The hotel's location is excellent – ​​close to the waterfront, with many restaurants nearby. The main attractions are a 20-minute walk along Istanbul's historic streets, lined with shops and cafes. The hotel is newly renovated, and the service and staff are excellent! The restaurant on the ground floor is excellent! Despite its location among many restaurants, it's quite quiet at night! The hotel offers a reasonably priced airport transfer. The value for money is excellent!

Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. One thing we especially appreciated was that they kindly prepared sandwiches for us because we had a very early morning flight — such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us. Their kindness, generosity, and attention to every small detail made our experience even more special. We truly felt at home and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting. Dommage que le ménage n’etait pas fait quotidiennement, (passage aspirateur , et serpillère)dans la salle de bains notamment. Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de buffet pour le petit dejeuner.

The staff was extremely lovely and helpful, the room was great and very clean, the location was amazing and the food from the restaurant was delicious and not expensive at all. Everything was great! • Jennifer (10/5): - Modern, clean and comfortable hotel room, very friendly staff. The location is great, walkable to all the main attractions in Sultanahmet and good transport links. The space is a little tight and single beds are a bit narrow but no real complaints!
• Georgia (10/5): - The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring all the main sights in Sultanahmet. The room was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely. It was an amazing stay - thank you! It is noisy until late given the hotel/surrounding hotels have restaurants below them that are open until the early hours with lots of live music. So if you’re an early or light sleeper maybe bring some earplugs.

Good breakfasts - you can choose one of several sets. There is a quite good restaurant within the hotel. Room no. 104 - the bathroom was too tight, view from the window (or rather lack of view).

Soba je bila čista,uredna,svaki dan su je čistili,mijenjali posteljinu i ručnike . Kad bi se vratili iz dugog dana razgledavanja i shoppinga ponudili bi nas s besplatnom kavom ili čajem. • Markus (9/5): - Sehr sympathisches kleines Hotel. Super Service, gutes Frühstück, sehr ruhig, perfekte Lage. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Alle Angestellten waren super, super herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Lediglich hatte unser Zimmer leider das Fenster zu einem sehr engen Innenhof. Und die Betten waren recht schmal.

The room and bathroom are small but well organised, some shelves would be useful. Breakfast is good, but choice is limited. Neighbourhood is noisy in the evening, not a problem if windows are closed.

En principio no tenían cuna al hacer la reserva, pero cuando llegamos alli se nos ofreció una cuna para el bebé sin ningún tipo de coste adicional. El desayuno muy rico. Limpiaron la habitación todos los días y cambiaron toallas. Volveremos sin duda ! Recomiendo del corazón! -

• Maja Marie (9/5): Super Hotel für einen Istanbul Kurztrip - Top Lage um Istanbul zu erkunden, man kann total viel zu Fuß machen. Unser Zimmer war groß genug und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal immer bemüht alles recht zu machen und zu organisieren. Super nette Terasse und „Wintergarten“. Man fühlt sich sicher und sehr gut aufgehoben. Unser Fenster ging zu einem Hof mit Feuertreppe raus, da wollte man sein Fenster lieber nicht aufmachen. Insgesamt etwas muffiger Geruch überall.

Our flight got delayed to many hours so we have to make check in midnight and there was no problem at any time. Rooms are nice and super clean. Near Cisterna de la Basílica, Santa Sofía, la Mezquita Azul, el Gran Bazar and to many nice shopps and restaurantes near. The breakfast and coffee-tea is very very delicious. Gracias por todo. The food at the restaurant is also very good, but what truly makes this place special is the staff. They are absolutely outstanding! incredibly kind, always ready to help, and amazing with kids. Their attention and care really made our stay unforgettable. True Turkish hospitality at its best!

Завтраки были вкусными и сытными, пусть и немного однообразными, но всегда радовали качеством и свежестью. Особенно запомнился один из вечеров, когда в ресторане отеля нас приятно удивили — угостили ароматным чаем со сладостями, что создало по-настоящему тёплую и душевную атмосферу. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: невероятно отзывчивые, внимательные и доброжелательные люди, благодаря которым чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. В целом, отдых оставил только самые приятные впечатления! Не всё оказалось идеальным. В номере были сломаны некоторые держатели для туалетных принадлежностей. В ванной, за дверью, обнаружился неприятный клубок пыли и волос, что создало ощущение недостаточной уборки. Также одной ночью было очень шумно из соседнего номера — гости громко развлекались, и тишины удалось добиться только после того, как им постучали по стене.

• Burbuqe (10/5): - We stayed at Old Harbour Hotel with my friends for a short trip to celebrate my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff surprised me with a very delicious birthday cake, candles, and a small birthday firework, which made the celebration really special. Everyone was very welcoming, respectful, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a very good location, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to visit other parts of the city. It is also only about a 12-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. Another highlight was the atmosphere in the evenings. They play traditional music every night and serve very delicious food. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Teşekkür ederim her şey için.
• Guillaume (8/5): Bon séjour - Emplacement proche des principales attractions de Sultanhamet et du tram (environ 10/15 mins de marche), petit déjeuner simple (4 options possibles) mais copieux. Le personnel est très gentil (accueil avec un thé, le gérant nous a aidé à régler un problème avec notre taxi). La chambre était un peu plus petite qu'attendu mais reste confortable et le rapport qualité prix était intéressant. Un peu de bruit tard le soir, chambre plus petite que sur les photos, le flexible de douche fuyait et le porte rouleau était cassé.
• Emma (10/5): Perfect in every way - The staff at this hotel are incredible, always so happy to help and genuinely made the stay amazing. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms were spotless, lovely space! Location is ideal everything within walking distance. Food in the restaurant was so tasty and the included breakfast was really nice as well. Nothing to dislike would definitely recommend and if we’re ever back in Istanbul we will be staying here again. Well worth the money!
• Saeda (10/5): Hospitality is exceptional - The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice. They even let us do an super early check in as our flight arrived in the morning. I’d like to thank Mr. Savas who was very helpful with every question we had and also the two young waiters. The staff arranged our transport from and to the airport, let us leave the luggage by the reception after check out so we could explore for a little while more and even helped carry our luggage to the taxi. Also I must mention as we stayed there on the 8th of March they gave each of us flowers for International women’s Day. The hospitality was on the highest level in this hotel. The hotel was located in a very good area just a brisk walk form the Blue Mosque and Haghia Sophia and there were many restaurants around, the bus station was also just around the corner. I can only recommend the Old Harbour Hotel. I wouldn’t find one bad thing to say about the hotel even if I tried really hard.
• Leila (9/5): Hotel moderno y limpio en ubicación perfecta - El hotel es moderno, comodo y muy limpio, lo cual nos encantó. Las camas estaban muy comodas. El personal muy amable y atento en cada momento. Se preocupan de que los huespedes estén bien. La zona es muy bonita e interesante. Abajo el restaurante es genial para tomar algo o cenar. Nos gustó todo. Si hubiera algo que mejorar sería la variedad del desayuno, que era un poco limitada. Pero los platos estaban muy bien.

• DanDie248 (9/5): Super Hotel. Super Lage. Super Restaurant. - Uns hat der Empfang sehr gefallen. Wir hatten einen Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel gebucht und dieser hat nur uns und unser Gepäck zum Hotel gefahren. Dort haben uns die Mitarbeiter des Hotels empfangen und sogar unser Gepäck abgenommen und bis zum Zimmer gebracht. Zum Empfang gab es einen Tee, lieben wir. Alle waren sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Uns hat das Konzept zum Frühstück gefallen und es war sehr lecker. Im Restaurant des Hotels kann man jederzeit essen. Man kann einiges fußläufig erreichen, wenn man gerne zu Fuß erkunden möchte. Es fahren Tram, Busse, Metro und Fähren...(Istanbulkart kaufen - einfacher geht's nicht). Istanbul ist eine große und tolle sowie interessante Stadt! Wir kommen wieder! Es wäre schön, wenn die Heizungen in den Zimmern ein Thermostat haben, damit man diese selbst regulieren kann. Wir haben durch die Mitarbeiter Hilfe bekommen - es war also während des Aufenthaltes alles super.

Hotel jest kameralny, niezwykle czysty i zadbany, co od razu tworzy przyjemną atmosferę. Obsługa zasługuje na najwyższe uznanie – personel jest uśmiechnięty, pomocny i bardzo przyjazny. Śniadania serwowane w hotelu są wyśmienite. Dodatkowym atutem jest restauracja hotelowa, która serwuje naprawdę pyszne dania, a dla gości hotelowych oferuje 10% zniżki na dania i napoje z karty. Ogromnym plusem jest również lokalizacja – absolutnie TOP, bardzo blisko spacerem do najważniejszych atrakcji Stambułu. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego i przyjaznego miejsca na pobyt w Stambule.
