Gasper offered us fantastic recommendations and was incredibly accommodating about our last minute and late check in. I loved that it was also newly renovated while keeping the stone charm. The owners really are so detail oriented and we had such a lovely time!

• Andrew (10/5): Amazing location and property! - The property location is exceptional and the bed was really comfortable and the room was clean and modern. The hosts (Gasper especially) were amazing and very attentive but without being intrusive at all! They really love Dubrovnik and that shines through! We were concerned that it may be noisy in the room as it was so close to one of the main streets but it was so lovely and quiet with it being 15 seconds from the main restaurant road! The property is small but this is to be expected in the centre of Old Town. For two people the space is more than enough!

• Carlie (10/5): Amazing for the price - We absolutely loved our stay at this property in the old town, so easy to walk to where ever we needed to go. Room had literally everything we needed, really powerful aircon, great hosts and super responsive if we ever needed anything. I really also appreciated the airport service they provided, arriving at night to a new place can be daunting but they made the process seamless. Thanks a million for a fantastic stay, we will definitely be returning! The wifi was pretty slow at times, netflix kept pausing and wouldn't continously play

Shower was excellent. Aircon worked well too. Tea and coffee facilities nice to have. Both Ðino and Gasper were really helpful. Gasper gave us lots of helpful information and we were able to contact Ðino easily when we needed to. Highly recommend for a great stay.

• Ana (10/5): To go again - Very nice apartment, clean, confortable and very well located, especially if we attend the Dubrovnik's configuration. We know the owner (Dino), a fantastic guy, who told us what we can see in the town.
• Surinna (6/5): The old town is like a maze. Every street looks similar. Expensive place to eat and shop. A day is more than enough to c - In the heart of old town so easily accessible. Perfect for younger and fitter people as there are lots of steps to climb. Gasper was very kind to help us lift our bag up to the room. The room is terribly small for the price. Not suitable for elderly folks as there are many steps to climb and they are quite steep.

• Vivien (8/5): Very good - Great location! Dino was great to help organize a private transfer for us to the airport since we had a very early flight the next morning. Our room on the first floor wasn't exactly the one pictured and was smaller than I expected, but it was fine for just sleeping.

Gasper was very friendly and gave us great recommendations! Our only small issue was the bathroom is a little small and water gets everywhere when showering but not really a big deal.

Limited space for clothes if you are staying for more than a couple of days but most people only stay a couple of nights in Dubrovnik so not too much of a problem.

The room was quite small but the location made up for it. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room anyway as we were too busy exploring beautiful Dubrovnik!

• Harley (10/5): Fantastic - The room was incredible and exactly what I needed. Gašper was the most amazing host and showed me to my room and talked me through the nearby area. In terms of location you can't find anything better in my opinion, it's in a perfect location of the old town with minimal outside noise and disruptions. The presentation of the room is stunning, and I loved that the small touches throughout. This is an absolute gem! The only thing I wished was that there was a full length mirror in the room, but I absolutely could not fault the room and this doesn't knock it's rating for me.
• Koldo (7/5): Not as expected - The location. The lovely explanation of the gentleman that assisted us. The room is small for over one or two days. You won't find space for luggage or clothes. Currently the building next to the accommodation is under reparation. The dust and noise is ensured. Would suggest to avoid the accommodation at least for one or two months more.
• Justine (10/5): Perfect would definitely return - We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived, our room was centrally located in the heart of the old town. It was very cosy, beautifully refurbished, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were very helpful too, nothing was too much trouble and were prompt at replying It was a bit noisy at night , but that’s a given in such a prime location.
• Goezdenur (9/5): Highly recommended cosy room - We have stayed in this room for 4 nights in October 2023. Staff was very helpful and condition of the room was very nice. Room is well designed, brand new and there is also some magazine to help you out about history of the city and some tips to have a nice stay. I highly recommend this place to stay in town also for best location. If you leave the window close during the day, you may find the room little humid afterwards. But air conditioning works very silent and proper to get rid of this situation

• Larry (10/5): Exceptional Apartment and Outstanding Host - Our host was amazingly helpful and professional. He was willing to spend time explaining the key tourist spots in Dubrovnik. He went above and beyond in every aspect. The apartment was recently renovated and was very comfortable, quiet and clean. You couldn’t ask for a better location to explore Old Town.

The apartment was located right in the city center of Old Town Dubrovnik making everything very accessible and within walking distance. Both Gino and Gaston were also amazing hosts, giving us every recommendation we would need. Absolutely superb visit and we are already dying to go back. The room was a little smaller than the pictures looked, but the hosts have 20+ properties! The small room was perfect for me and my husband, but if bringing a family, might want to inquire about a bigger sapce.

• Ann (10/5): Fantastic but not necessarily suitable for those who can't mange walking up steps well. - Gasper met us at the gates of the city having arranged our taxi from the airport with an English speaking and knowledgeable taxi driver. Gasper then helped carry our luggage to the rooms, a short, five minute walk, (no cars allowed within the city walls) whilst giving us a running commentary on the city, it's history, places to visit and restaurants to eat in. He spoke perfect English, was knowledgable, charming and couldn't do enough to help us. The property is in a fantastic location if you want to stay within the old city walls. Surrounded by restaurants and bars it was none the less quiet, tucked up one of the many narrow side streets. Our room was tastefully decorated and of high quality. There were an abundance of places within a couple of minutes walk to have breakfast and there was also a bakery selling hot drinks and fresh breads, pastries etc at the bottom of the street, 3...4 minutes from the rooms.
• Hayward (10/5): Would definitely recommend - The location near the Pile gates was great and the closest restaurant, Heritage of Dubrovnik which was recommended by the hosts was also excellent. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful, to the extent of meeting me when I couldn’t find the apartment and giving lots of information about the area. The room wasn’t large but very comfortable and quiet. Everything was good
• Anonymous (8/5): Nice apartment with great potential - Great location! New, clean and modern. I stayed for 5 nights. Not once were the room cleaned or sheets/towels renewed. The apartment is nice and newly renovated, but for some reason the doors are not isolated from noice from the common hall. The safe was not securely fastened, so using it was no point as you could just take the whole thing with you. Small items lacking such as bin in bed room, full figure mirror and shoe horn would been great additions to a ‘luxury apartment’.
