• Wendy (9/5): Extremely well located hotel with excellent service. - The property was extremely well located in the heart of Athens. The staff were fantastic. The balcony room we were upgraded to was very small, but we knew that from the description.
• Burnett (10/5): Great Location - We had a quick stay at the Zillers but had a lovely stay. The room was small but it was clean and felt unique and historic. You cannot beat the location of Zillers. We had a view of the Acropolis and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was nice and even provided a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. Nothing!

La colazione è un punto di forza anche per la attenzione e gentilezza nel servizio. La stanza di bello aveva la vista dalla finestra sulla acropoli Oggi mezz’ora la chiesa di fronte batteva rintocchi e lo ha fatto tutta la notte per cui suggerisco una insonorizzazione migliore perché i tappi non bastano per riuscire a dormire. Internamente la stanza ha porta poco isolante per cui sentì tutto i viavai degli altri ospiti

We were easily able to walk to the Acropolis and all the monuments as well as the shopping and dining areas of Athens. The staff is exceptional. Breakfast was outstanding in the rooftop restaurant. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel.
• uluc efe (10/5): - We had an exceptional stay at The Zillers. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed, perfectly located, and the room was spotless and comfortable. What truly set this experience apart was the service. One of us fell ill during the stay, and the team went far beyond what we could have expected. They arranged an extra night at a reduced rate without any hassle, cancelled our airport transfer instantly, and even prepared a warm homemade soup that wasn’t on the menu — just because we asked. A special thank you to Christina, whose kindness and attentiveness made a stressful situation so much easier. This is what hospitality should be. We will definitely be back.

Allgemein war das komplette Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade bekommen und ein Abendessen im hauseigenen Sternerestaurant, das war für unseren Urlaub noch wie die Kirsche auf der Sahnetorte! :) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

In ochtend al heel vroeg geklap met deuren door medewerkers. Daarnaast op de gang altijd licht aan dat door de kieren van je deur schijnt. Ben je een lichte slaper dan is dat storend. Daarnaast viel diner in het rooftop restaurant tegen. Geen ster niveau.

Aconselho ficar em um dos 4 quartos MAIORES E MAIS CAROS, vista da rua, as outras opções dão para interno do hotel e são pequenas e sem privacidade e escuras. A unidade mais cara que eu fiquei são muito confortáveis. Do quarto maior vista rua, além do qto o hotel não oferece mais nada, eh bem acanhado.

• Ines (2/5): Disappointing Experience - Only the location and the Views in some of the rooms This hotel was a letdown from the start. There is no proper lobby, and the entrance is poorly decorated, giving a bad first impression. The elevator is extremely small and outdated, barely fitting two people with luggage. While the best rooms do offer a nice view, they are quite small, and the bathrooms are uncomfortable and in need of serious maintenance. Overall, the hotel feels neglected and does not live up to expectations.

This hotel is a real hidden gem, walking distance from The Acropolis (15 mins ish) but feels tucked away and super quiet. The rooftop is the best part of this hotel - amazing view of The Acropolis, brilliant service and cocktails! A must if you stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. Small thing but my only disappointment was breakfast. We had to check out super early to get our ferry so missed breakfast, but the staff put together a little box for us to take on the go. Honestly, it didn’t match up to the rest of the hotel’s standards - a dry cheese and ham sandwich, a juice carton and an apple, it felt like a children’s lunch box! Bit disappointing as breakfast was included in our room rate and considering that the hotel has its own bakery a few minutes’ away, I was at least hoping for coffee and a croissant. Apart from that, everything was great.

• Clover (10/5): This will be my go-to hotel in my future visits back to Athens - Our experience most definitely reflected other positive reviews: 1. location: walking distance away from metro (which connects directly to the airport) and most (if not all) major attractions. It is right on the edge of the Plaka, meaning all the shops and restaurants you would ever need are seconds to minutes walking distance away. 2. staff: we felt welcomed immediately upon arrival, everyone was extremely friendly and ready to help 24/7. the front desk staff were incredibly knowledgeable and provided amazing recommendations for foods and activities. Realizing our late departure time, they kindly offered a late check out time for us (we did visit in the low season), which was excellent as my partner was not feeling well and could use the few hours extra time to relax in the room before the long journey. 3. hotel: the room was very very clean and beautiful with the high ceiling, making it felt much more spacious, it had everything we needed. 4. roof top breakfast: the roof top dining area (an amazing reservation-only restaurant/bar in the evening) has a breath-taking view of the acropolis, the staff was incredible, and the breakfast selection is a fantastic full menu made-to-order. Nothing, I am already planning my next visit back and will definitely stay here again.
