Estepona em si nesta zona não é nada de especial as ruas estavam muito sujas. Ja tinha estado em estepona a 6 anos e desta vez foi uma desilusão experiência a não repetir.

Todas las estancias están perfectamente equipadas (dormitorios, salón, baños), y la cocina dispone de todo tipo de utensilios. No le falta detalle. La ubicación es estupenda y muy cerca de la playa. La limpieza es impecable, y la persona responsable de entregar las llaves es muy atenta y agradable. Estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera bien durante nuestra estancia. nada

• Les (4/5): Not advertised steps in and out, plus no swimming pool available made this a NON-Holiday ! - The apartment was spacious and well furnished and equipped. A bad start by no one being there to greet us and let us in. THEN, 37 steps to negotiate prior to getting the lift to the apartment, a problem for us four 75 years+ old clients !!!! If we had known about the steps, we would not have booked the apartment. THEN, we find the swimming pool is not available, as advertised, and was unavailable for the entire 2 weeks. Again, had we known there was going to be no swimming pool available, we would not have booked as at our ages we tend to used the pool and garden often. I have to say that the 37 steps in and out, plus no swimming pool totally spoilt our holiday.

Estepona overall very nice No pool available to use - not notified No change of double bed base sheet and duvet cover - no response to query A lot of emphasis on security re entry door and gate but main garage door open for the 2 weeks we were there allowing access straight into the building Two pools had been closed for sometime before we arrived - if notified we would have booked an alternative apartment Still being advertised with a pool! Shame as a lovely apartment, good location, close to a beach and short walk to restaurants. Estepona overall very nice PLEASE ADVISE ON COMPENSATION FOR 2 WEEKS WITH NO POOL that could have been avoided if we had been NOTIFIED Regards Ray McLean

• Teresa (10/5): Our intro of Estepona. - The apartment is perfectly located and excellently kitted out with everything you need. There is parking underground, there are two lifts in the building if you don't want to take the stairs and in the apartment is a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, kettle toaster, fridge, microwave and more. The beds are very comfortable, there is a lovely lounge with tv and a great little balcony, which gets the morning sun, perfect for breakfasts. We really enjoyed our stay. The two swimming pools on the premises were closed when we were there and no one could tell us why. They looked amazing, clean, full and sparkling. We weren't told that they would be out of bounds when we booked, so I was hugely disappointed when we arrived because a swimming pool was on my list of must-haves when searching for accommodation. The beach was far too windy most days, so chilling by the pool was my plan B, however, this was not possible and it was mid-June temperatures of over 30 degrees C. That's the only negative.
