• Noor Atirah (5/5): Disappointed - Hotel near skudai town. Easy access to a convenient store. Check in check out quite fast & no issue except for the room not ready by the time we arrived. No dedicated parking for guests. Parking was not available & we need to park at the side of the road. I arrived at 3.45pm but my room was not ready. No tissue in the room (only in the toilet). No dustbin in the toilet for sanitary pads. The pillow smells "hapak" (the detergent used may not be suitable). No desk lamp - only main lights available (the room was very dark if the lights were off for sleep). The iron board was torn off & the iron was burnt (perhaps someone's cloth had burnt before).

• Victrina (4/5): I won’t choose this hotel again. No refregriator. So my food cannot be stored in fridge - Location probably or none. But got many better choices. I won’t choose this hotel again. I did emphasise cleanliness but seems like didn’t clean. Toilet door full of dust many months or years never clean. Curtain and window full of dust. Pillow is not hotel pillow type. It’s cotton stuffings and it’s being split into half and lump of pieces.
