As someone who really appreciates a tidy and well-organized environment, I noticed right away how carefully everything had been prepared. It’s clear that Paolo, the host, pays great attention to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. The apartment itself is modern, well equipped, and designed in a very practical way. Even though it’s a studio, the space is arranged efficiently and feels comfortable and functional. Everything you might need for a short stay is available, and the furnishings are tasteful and well maintained. Paolo is a wonderful host—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He was always available when needed and made sure we had all the information for a smooth and enjoyable stay. His responsiveness and kindness really made the experience even better.

• Gabriella (10/5): Perfect place for your holiday - The apartment has a good location, all of landmarks are in 20-30 minute walking, however the public transport is near. The flat is on the 2. floor, there are two elevators to reach it. We got keys at the flat. Very comfortable and clean apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are cleaning detergent. Hot water is continuosly, there is a smart tv, and so on :) Paolo is very good host. He is helpfull, he was ready support us over our staying. We were waited with cold drink and thanks for coffee capsules also. You cant imagine better hospitality! x

• Andrea (8/5): Everything was fabulous - The location was excellent, some lovely bars and restaurants near by and train station and buses close, within 20 minute walk we were at the cathedral. The property itself was well equipped, all cleaning materials and even toiletries were supplied. The owner was lovely. There was a bar that stayed open till 4am that was noisy, but that was all.

He sent me a message on WhatsApp right after I booked the reservation and again a day or two before my arrival. Since there’s always a lot to organize before a trip, this thoughtful gesture made me feel more at ease. He was also very accommodating and flexible with my check-in. Plus, he spoiled us with some delicious Italian treats! The location is excellent. I love exploring cities on foot, so staying around 20 minutes from the Duomo was perfect. Even after a long day, it was great to be able to walk back to the apartment. The metro was also very close whenever I needed to get somewhere quickly. The neighborhood is lively, which wasn’t a problem for me—I actually enjoyed having restaurants and cafés right on the same street. The apartment is comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed was! Since it’s a sofa bed, I wasn’t expecting much, but I actually had a hard time getting up in the morning because it was so cozy. The toilet flush seems to have a minor issue, maybe with water pressure or volume, but it wasn’t a big deal. It definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying here again when I return to Milan. • Christopher (10/5): The perfect place to stay for a short or slightly longer visit to Milan. - Located in a very nice part of Milan close to train, metro and tram stops. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants, plus mini supermarkets all within a 10 minute walking radius. The apartment was warm, clean and cosy, and had good central heating which is needed for the time of year we went (February). The hosts were marvellous, very attentive and on hand to deal with any queries you may have. The apartment was also stocked with all the essentials, shampoo and shower gel, cleaning products, coffee capsules and a nifty little espresso machine. They even left some drinks and snacks as a welcome gift! On the whole if I was ever visiting Milan again I would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Nothing.

• Suresh (9/5): Lovely place in a vibrant area of Milan - This little apartment was situated in a very lively area. We loved this, with triple glazed windows you can shut out the noise. The apartment is small but, perfect for a couple for a week. It has a small kitchenette and plenty of storage. Kitchen has all you need for coffee and tea. Paolo was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. There were a few bits and pieces we could use like salt, pepper, pots and pans and detergent to wash dishes etc. it was useful to have use of a washing machine, as it rained while we were in Milan, we could wash our wet clothes. Thank you Paolo for a wonderful stay in your small but perfectly formed apartment! We liked everything about the property. However, the shower opening was small for anyone larger than ourselves ! But, that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay.

• Joanna (9/5): I would rebook again if I return. - Via Melzo is an excellent location, full of bars , cafes and close to a large shopping area, a nice walk or few Metro stops to Duomo and centre. Very popular with Italians more than tourists. Studio is new internally , quite spacious and well appointed, with all amenities provided. Loved it and would book again if/when I return. Towels a bit rough.

• Maxi (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is perfect! The area is safe and gay-friendly, Paolo is considerable and sweet. The studio is near the MRT station,the room is clean and cozy, the water is hot, bathroom is clean and the ground will dry-quickly after shower. There is a supermarket, restaurant, gelato shop, vintage stores, gay-friendly bars just around the neighborhood! The night-life is awesome and loudly. But the morning is quite, beautiful and localized. Just right💙💙Wish I will be back to Milano soon! 12 days in Italy is just not enough. 🇭🇺😉love it!

• Cimino (8/5): Very good - Location, safety, owners were attentive. , Overall the apartment was well equipped. The couch opens up into a bed and was comfortable. I was able to sleep..The apartment block is in a busy street surrounded by restaurants and cafes resulting in a bit of noise at night on occasion but l had earplugs so no issues. Room size suited me as a solo traveller. Very minor, but maybe an added PowerPoint in the bathroom would have been helpful , unless l missed it?
