• William (9/5): Super vakantie gehad in Rome. En dit appartement raad ik een ieder voor 100% aan. - De locatie van dit appartement is top. Precies achter het Pantheon. Dus vanuit dit adres zijn veel bezienswaardigheden in het oude rome te voet te doen. Wij hebben geen openbaar vervoer gebruikt. Niets.
• jackrogers (9/5): A perfect accomodation and location for for two couples to enjoy a week in Rome - The location , with windows opening on the back of the Pantheon was perfect. Easy walking to many historic sites and riight in the heart of shopping and restaurants. The secondary bath shower and in general needs a little refreshing but is plenty ueseable. The stairs were a little more than I expected , but manageable.

Nous avons du payer le séjour en liquide à Edouardo à l'arrivée et non par booking ! L'électricité sautait souvent dès que nous mettions une bouillard en marche.La cuisine est pas très bien équipée. Il manquait pas mal de choses.

• Michel (9/5): Large apartment behind the Pantheon. Great place for city strolling! - Great very large apartment in the centre of Rome just behind the pantheon. Everything in the apartment and the location was as advertised. The staff was very friendly and supportive. Highly recommended. Street noise can be heard during the night but this is central Rome, which is very crowded during the festive month. No real issue for me.

• Daniel (10/5): The perfect place to stay while visiting Roma! - Great location! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay while in Rome. The Pantheon is literally right outside your window. Check-in was easy. Great communication before and after arrival. We felt safe and secure in the apartment. We’re three ladies (colleagues) traveling together. We had plenty of room to spread out and not feel crammed like you may feel in a hotel. You have a full size kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths to enjoy. Rome has the very best food so why cook? Nice to have coffee before you head out for the day. I can’t say enough nice things about our stay here. We will definitely stay here again! Nothing.

• Marlene (10/5): Beautiful apartment for a family of 4. Easily accessible. - Everything was perfect, in particular the location. Everything was as described. Well equipped and the host was timely in touch and gave suggestions on transportation.
• MGolonka (10/5): - Location was excellent. Right behind the Pantheon. When we opened the windows we literally had the Pantheon's wall in front of us. Walking distance to every central location and even to the Vatican. I dont really have an item to complain about.
• Lorie (8/5): Very good - There is no breakfast included in our stay. We provided it selves. But there is a Supermarket near the property! It is close to the most of the tourist attractions, we just go by feet! There is no Toiletpaper holder in the bathroom. There is also no shampoo or shower gels shelf in the shower cabin.

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Rome, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. The place was spotless and incredibly spacious, ideal for a group of people. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very kind, accommodating, and available to help. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
• Shira (2/5): A shame - The location is great and very clean. The pictures like the place We came 3 friends for 5 nights. Location and cleanliness were important to us. These things were excellent. At the same time, it was very disappointing that things did not work in the bases, the owners of the apartment seemed experienced when they skillfully instructed us on the phone how to handle the malfunctions that they claimed was the first time this had happened... From the very precise instructions, it would seem that they have experience with these faults. This is about the failure of all the electricity in the apartment at night and after we went down to the electrical panel according to the instructions of my husband on a video chat, the electricity went out again and we had to take pictures for my husband again (in another country) so that he would understand as well what the problem was, and we had to turn off the switch of one room so that it wouldn't happen again. In the showers the drainage was terrible. And every few seconds we had to turn off the water so that there would be no flooding. The worst part was that the hot water ran out very quickly in the shower We had to budget 3 minutes for a shower, so some days we didn't wash our heads... We contacted the owner of the apartment and he said that he compensates us and does not charge us taxes, which is ridiculous. What annoyed us the most was that he still asked for a good opinion for the poor compensation. And all this after we stayed 5 nights!! And by taking care of the malfunctions ourselves mainly with the help of our spouses overseas, we saved him from coming from a distance of half an hour's drive according to him. It's a shame we won't recommend and we won't want to come back.

• Marco (10/5): Perfect experience in Rome - Absolutely perfect location. Extremely efficient service from Edoardo and Emanuele. very spacious apartment, well furnished, with everything needed. I strongly recommend this apartment. Just two suggestions for improvement: the kitchen dishes were poorly washed and the water heater for the baths has limited capacity. But I still give a 10 for the accommodation

Kitchen reasonably well equipped and very well stocked with appropriate breakfast and tea/coffee supplies. The bottle of rose in the fridge was a nice touch. The air conditioning was quite noisy. The electrics had a habit of tripping out if too many appliances were on at once.

It was modern, clean, really well stocked and super comfortable. They need to have decaf coffee as well as regular.

Eduardo and Emanuele were very easy to contact and generous with information as well as providing excellent snacks and drinks. Iron gate that provided security on ground floor was tricky to open.
• Leslie (10/5): AMAZING! - The apartment was incredible and one of the best ones we stayed in during our 8-day trip to Italy! Its location is unbeatable, and even though it is near a very busy area—as it is right behind the Pantheon—the windows provide good noise reduction at night, and we added white noise apps to our phones to help block out any other street noise. We loved how close it was to such a historic building, and also loved that there was a taxi stand directly outside the apartment, there were tons of restaurants nearby, a coffee shop, a pharmacy... everything you need. Additionally, the apartment was fantastic with the most comfortable beds, a well-appointed living room, and beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The host was responsive and stayed in close touch about checking in and using the apartment. We couldn't have asked for more. We loved it! The bathroom door would not close, but I contacted Edoardo (the host) and he said they believed the previous tenant had pushed it too hard and they would be fixing it after we left. I can't confirm this, as we left before it was fixed, but I have to assume it will be fixed, as the apartment is well cared for.

• Justine (10/5): Fabulous apartment almost in the Pantheon - The location was excellent right behind the Pantheon. Everything is in walking distance . We were met on arrival by the host with keys, who was fabulous told us everything we needed to know and answered any questions we had . Any other queries they were on the end of the phone . The rooms were large , beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed hairdryer , toiletries, towels, water bottled , coffee, bottle of fizz (thank you ) . I don't really want to write a good review as want to make sure this place is free when I next visit Rome but I cant fault it. thank you very much Edoardo, Danilo & Emauele for helping make our stay in Rome so perfect. a. love this friendly city and we will be back nothing .. apart from the fact that I'm not Italian

• Michele (10/5): Absolutely stunning!! - This apartment has to be among the best in Rome. It was beautiful! Everything inside the apartment is immaculate. The location and the view of the back of the Pantheon is stunning. I stayed here for 4 nights, with my son, on a short trip to Rome. We were met upon arrival and everything was explained to us. We were even given a map of the city, which we used often. This apartment has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. It also has 2 bathrooms, which was a great help when getting ready in the morning. We didn't use the kitchen, but it had everything one would need to prepare a meal. The owners left us a refrigerator filled with small water bottles, which was such a nice bonus! Also, there were snacks and coffee pods available for us to have. Both bathrooms have shower gels and soap. There is a large TV in the living room, with Netflix, YouTube, etc. available. There is also a large TV in one of the bedrooms. The apartment is very secure. We felt extremely safe here. Also, the major sites of Rome can all be reached by foot. If you need a taxi, they are literally parked right outside, next to the Pantheon. We were very sad to leave here, and we will definitely be back!! There is nothing negative to say about this apartment.
