- Delia (9/5): Bonito y completo apartamento en lugar privilegiado del centro de Madrid - La ubicación es excelente, la comodidad de las camas, los amenities que dejan en el apartamento, bastante completo, el servicio de guarda equipajes. Podría tener un microondas, si que tiene un horno con varias funciones, pero sin instrucciones y para calentar un vaso de leche tienes que hacerlo en la estufa y creo que el lavavajillas sobra.

Me mintieron diciendo que era un problema que iban a solucionar..tuve que ir a conectar o a otro piso o a un bar. Quedaron en resarsirme por las molestias un porcentaje que todavía estoy esperando....me ofrecieron mudarme al 5 piso y según ellos tenía también el problema mentira en la terraza andabani no hicieron nada solo cobrar ...unos estafadores...pague una fortuna.y .me siento engañada soy una mujer grande y me trataron como si fuera una niña.

Check-in e comunicazione con l'host facile e ottimizzata. Unica segnalazione nel kit medico non c'era il ghiaccio. Per il resto tutto ok.

LAMENTABLEMENTE LA EXPERIENCIA FUE COMPLETAMENTE DISTINTA, EL SERVIDOR SE CORTO NI BIEN ENTRAMOS, LO MAS DECEPCIONANTE NO FUE SOLO EL PROBLEMA TECNICO, SINO LA FALTA DE RESPUESTA, NUNCA RECIBMOS UNA SOLUCION. PERO LO MAS MOLESTO FUE QUE NOS PROMETIRON UN 15% DE DESCUENTO COMO COMPENSACION Y NUNCA LO CUMPLIERO. Boa, mas com muitos entraves - The apartment is very well located, close to Plaza del Sol and Gran Vía, with several restaurants and good shops on the street. The apartment is new, and the beds are excellent. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, perto da Praça do Sol e da Gran Via, com vários restaurantes e boas lojas na rua. O apartamento é novo, as camas excelentes. What was terrible: The Booking reservation does not clearly state that there is no reception and that check-in is done online, with a difficult system (documents must be uploaded one by one), especially for older people or when internet access is limited; Breakfast is delivered in a “box” containing a small sandwich, 1 fruit, 1 juice, 1 yogurt, and 1 cake. This box is left outside the apartment door with no control over who can access it, meaning anyone could touch or tamper with the food. In addition, the food quality is very poor, especially considering the price charged; The beds are excellent, but extremely high, which makes them difficult for older people to use; The shower floor is slippery and there are no safety bars for older guests; Parking was requested, but the reservation does not clearly explain that parking is only available in nearby public parking garages; It is also not mentioned that the area is restricted to authorized vehicles, preventing cars from outside Madrid from entering the zone (and resulting in fines); Hotel/Apartment support is provided by phone, but the waiting time is extremely long (45 minutes on hold). O que foi péssimo: na reserva via booking não está claro que não existe recepção e que o check in é online, sendo o sistema difícil (é preciso fazer upload de documentos), especialmente para pessoas mais velhas ou quando se tem pouca internet; o café da manhã é feito através da entrega de uma "caixa", composta de um pequeno sanduíche, 1 fruta, 1 suco, 1 iogurte, 1 bolo.

- ysvega (9/5): Great location! Would stay there again on our next visit! - The location was right in the heart of Madrid. Easy walking distance to many tourist destinations, restaurants, shopping, and bars. Great rooftop deck that we were able to enjoy on two of our evenings there (we picked up a bottle of wine right next door!). We had them deliver breakfast each day of our visit and it was not worth it (a few picky eaters in our group). Would have loved to also have a small mirror in each room to give us space to get ready without occupying the bathroom or getting ready in the hall.
- Anna (9/5): - Úžasné místo v centru Madridu, skvělá blízkost metra, náměstí blízko. Náš pokoj byl směrem do vnitrobloku a nebyli jsme rušeni z ulice. Terasa s výhledem. Bylo super nechat si přinést snídani až před dveře, ale její kvalita byla velmi slabá. Očekávali bychom trochu kreativity. Místo toho box a něčím co velmi vzdáleně připomínalo toast. Jedno z poloviny shnilé jablko a sušenka ke kávičce. Tohle nebylo moc fajn.

Sol è raggiungibile dall'aeroporto tramite mezzi pubblici con due cambi di metro e uno di treno, quindi non super collegato.

- Bojan (10/5): U centru Madrida - Smeštaj se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, u blizini su barovi, restorani, prodavnica. Boravili smo u dvosobnom apartmanu, na trećem spratu. Gornji spratovima su dostupni liftom. Kreveti su odlični, apartman je čist, dovoljno prostran za četvoročlanu porodicu.

Incluso disponía de tabla y maquina de planchar en uno de los armarios. La ubicación es excelente, a varios metros de la Plaza del Sol. Nos ha encantado. Ningún problema para acceder al Edificio ni a la habitación. Todo mediante códigos a través del teléfono. Otra cosa muy biena es que una vez hecho el checkout del apartamento, a la hora establecida, puedes dejar las maletas en unas consignas ubicadas en el recibidor del edificio. Volveremos sin duda alguna, un 10 por todo.

- Rita (10/5): - Es war sehr leicht zu finden. Am Morgen bekamen wir die Nummer zum Einchecken. Das Zimmer konnten wir Punkt 15Uhr betreten. Unten kann man das Gepäck in Kästen einsperren solange man nicht in das Zimmer kann. Es gab sogar gratis Wasser im Zimmer. Alles super.

Hay taquillas gratuitas para dejar el equipaje el día de la salida hasta las 20:00 pero creíamos que estaban todas ocupadas porque no se abría ninguna. Sin embargo, estaban todas libres. Por suerte, pasó casualmente un trabajador que reseteó las contraseñas y pudimos utilizarlas.

The essentials drawer is a genius idea. The apartment was so quiet, going out onto the street was like going through a portal! One tiny niggle was there was only one wine glass.

- Stasia (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ścisłe centrum. Wszędzie można dojść na piechotę albo podjechać metrem. Po wyjściu od razu wchodzimy na ulicę ze sklepami, zarówno spożywczymi jak i wszelkiego rodzaju 😉 Bardzo łatwy dostęp do mieszkania. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Świetny pomysł z bezpłatnym i stałym dostępem do dodatkowych ręczników, papieru czy kawy, herbaty i mleka. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Wygodne łóżko. Śniadania bardzo monotonne i, niestety, nieapetyczne (na przykład jabłka tak poobijane, że nie nadawały się do jedzenia). Jak na taką cenę to bardzo słabo. W łazience cały czas brzydko pachniało (prawdopodobnie syfon był zbyt płytki). W nocy dosyć głośno.
- Estefania (8/5): está bien, lo recomendaría - la ubicación, estado general, accesibilidad, limpieza, iluminación, precio calidad muy bien no tenía microondas para poder calentar comida, las camas confortables pero demasiado elevadas del suelo, no había amenitties en el baño, ni snacks de cortesía
