• Chrystelle (10/5): Une adresse à retenir - Logement qui a beaucoup de charme , cette belle verrière ancienne est incroyable et si typique. C'est très agréable de prendre son petit déjeuner ici. Très bien placé et maximum 25 min à pied des sites les plus éloignées. Donc c'est facile tout à pied et aussi aussi d'aller dans les quartiers nord moins de touristes et si attachants . Facile de revenir à l'apt pendant les pics de chaleur et de faire la pause espagnole. Les lits sont très confortables. Équipements parfait pour nous . Juste prévoir des boules quies peut être car pas de double vitrage et on entend bien la rue surtout si on est sensible au bruit.

• Winnie (10/5): Fantastisch, authentiek appartement op een zeer goede locatie! - Een zeer mooi, authentiek appartement op een zeer goede locatie in Sevilla. We verbleven er gedurende 4 nachten met 4 vriendinnen. Het appartement voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Een fijne douche, compacte keuken, prachtige ramen, fijne slaapkamers,... Alles was aanwezig: bedlinnen, handdoeken, een haardroger, zeep en shampoo, een extra grote spiegel,... De communicatie met Eva verliep heel erg vlot via Whatsapp. Een klein mankement werd meteen verholpen dezelfde dag. Fantastisch! We deden alles te voet aangezien alles op wandelafstand te doen is. De setas zijn echt om de hoek! De ramen zijn enkelglas en deze, samen met de luiken, houden niet al het geluid tegen. Ben je dus wat gevoelig aan geluiden, is het misschien wel aangeraden om oordopjes mee te nemen. In de ochtend hoor je de stad stilletjes aan ontwaken. Het is echter best een rustige straat, er zijn geen café's en/of nachtlawaai.

• SUSANA (6/5): No admitan mascotas - Los colchones y la limpieza No me gustó que no se informará que se me daba un segundo piso sin ascensor y que admitiendo mascotas y pagado por ellas, no se pudiera dejar a la mascota sola por si ladraba y molestaba, ya que no admiten mascotas en ningún restaurante, ni en muchos sitios que hay que visitar.

• linda (8/5): Charming central apartment - It was a little difficult to collect the keys and gain access but we got there in the end. The property is an older property which been sympathetically re configured into separate rooms. The whole building was lovely and the host was super helpful with lots of ideas to help us enjoy our stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were big and comfy. Heating worked well. There were road works in the street which meant taxis could not drop you off outside the door not the property’s fault but just think people should be aware in case there is difficulty in walking. The property is old and the French windows on the balcony leaked and the water ran into the lounge when it rained. We were there for a week and whilst there was a washing machine which we used for towels etc. we were not able to get things dry overnight (there was only one bath towel per person) asked for another towel was told no so had to buy some - again points to consider if travelling in the colder months, not a problem in summer I guess. No English TV channels
• Wendy (8/5): Heerlijk ruim apartement op een perfecte locatie - De locatie is perfect, relatief rustig en je bent zo in het centrum. Supermarkt 50 meter van het apartement. Tapas tentje "Tabanco La Duquesa" om de hoek (60 meter ) voor als je in de avond laat aankomt ideaal en lekker eten. De douche heeft een fijne harde straal, ruim en mooi authentiek apartement. Wij hadden de pech dat er wegwerkzaamheden voor de deur waren die startte om 7:45 wat behoorlijk tekeer ging. Tip: we mistte in de badkamer een kastje of een extra plank om spulletjes op te zetten en in de slaapkamer een nachtkastje aan beide kanten van het bed. Vanuit de badkamer kwam met regelmaat een tikkend geluid wat je wel in de slaapkamer (naast de badkamer ) kon horen.

• Klaus (8/5): Nette Wohnung in guter Lage - Die Lage ist für die alten Viertel von Sevilla sehr gut! Bis zur Kathedrale sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und die Dachterrasse nett. Die Treppen ins 2. Obergeschoss sind steil und nicht sehr breit. Einige Möbel sind ziemlich wackelig.

Let at rengøre. At det var svært at finde ( det står 5på husmuren og 11 over porten). Vi havde ikke forstået at man skulle swipe på sin telefon, og derfor lå det link som var aktivt på en computer vi ikke havde med. Vi brugte over 1 time på at komme ind, med en venlig person i røret. Men da vi ført var kommet in funklede tingene fint.

• Charles & theresa LIM (8/5): The stay was pleasant but worrying about the lack of fire detection and exist. Smelly. - It is spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Full of character. Salt , pepper . vinegar , coffee and some essential provided so that we are not under pressure to get them immediately. 1) The place smell of sewer? .....from some where which we cannot find the source. 2) We do not like the noise been transmitted via atrium from upstairs flats. 3) Is there a smoke detector? Emergency door access out the 2 front entrance and apartment is not clearly define ....dangerous during emergency fire evacuation. You need to review this. Do meet Fire requirement in UK but we do not know about Spain.
• Miriam (7/5): Es war für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Straße war in der Nacht relativ ruhig. Das einzige, was uns gest - Die Lage war für uns sehr gut, die Räume groß und angenehm. Es war leider nicht ganz sauber, im Bad lagen noch viele Haare und der Boden war generell etwas krümelig. Die Möbel und die Wände waren auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und stark abgenutzt.

• Rei Emi (9/5): Muy bien. La gente súper agradable y paciente. - Es muy céntrico y cerca de muchos museos. Apartamento muy iluminado y amplio para una familia de dos niños y dos adultos. El supermercado en los bajos. Llegamos antes de la hora de entrada y nos dejaron entrar, súper agradecidos porque pudimos descansar de un viaje de 9 horas en coche realizado de noche . Que no tenía ascensor. Aparcar es bastante complicado en el centro de Sevilla.

• Lexie (9/5): Great! - Beautiful apartment in a great location (near good supermarket, cathedral, setas, bars, restaurants) and very reasonable price. There is tea coffee olive oil salt etc which is great. We were there in the 40 degree heat and the air con was very effective even on the balcony. The apartment was easy to access. Eva is easy to reach with any questions. Minor but I found that only having one bathroom mirror, no full length to be a bit annoying and only 2 x toilet rolls for 4 people over 4 days to be a bit stingy. For the price though it doesn’t matter I would still book again.

Very clean and very modern and had all the Seville vibes With the electrical shutdown experienced by spain we couldnt access the property for 9 hours because the keys are digital and the physical keys do not open the front door of the apartment. We tried to message but got no answer. But its okay because it was an unforseen situation

• Emer (7/5): Really loved the location and the apartment, would recommend for short stay in Seville - Fantastic location, so close to main attractions, lovely big windows opening on street. Great sized bedrooms, living room and well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Furniture in living room needs updating, very sparse and looks very worn. Needs another armchair, only easy seating for 2 on sofa, if more than 2 staying , not enough relaxed seating.

Facilities could be improved: loose bed parts, bathroom with small broken parts (toilet, wardrobe, trash can), water leak outside of the shower, no oven in the kitchen, small table broken in the living room. It might also help to have clearer instructions inside the apartment for Wi-Fi, heating, etc.

Water leaked through shower box on to the bathroom floor. One mirror in bathroom only. Apartment very sparse. No washing powder for washing machine. No plug in kitchen sink.

Host is very helpful, friendly and easily approachable when making reservations or asking info. Her recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. Although the interior of the apartment living room could use some more decorations, the apartment itself was very comfortable and clean. Airco had sometimes trouble starting up and noisy street on friday nights.

The location is good the street is filthy and there were two homeless guys sleeping facing the apartment and peeing at the door. The fact that you cannot leave the luggage for just an extra hour is annoying.

• Stagnoli (8/5): Lovely and comfortable flat in Seville - Charming apartment with light flooding in from big windows. Two comfortable and well furnished rooms and a nice bathroom with a large shower. Complete facilities (clothes washer, dishwasher, WiFi and more), easy walking distance from the Cathedral and just meters away from the charming "el Rinconcillo". Very good, responsive and proactive support from the landowner via Whatsapp. Maybe a bit cramped for a family of six. The sofa bed was serviceable but the dining table housed only 4, for instance. Other than that, lovely flat and nice location.
• Liliana (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, close to restaurants and plazas. The apartment was comfortable and the Spanish window shutters were a dream. There is only one bathroom and the shower leaked water on to the bathroom floor. We had to mop after every shower. I also mentioned it to the host and I suggested another mirror since there was only one located in the bathroom.

• Chavaal (6/5): It's good enough accommodation but not one I would choose again. - Good communication from the host. The location was also great. The cleanliness of the apartment could have been better. The floors were very stained and dirty and the bathroom was basic and not pleasant at all.

• Martina (10/5): Exceptional - The appartement is really beautiful and well equipped, especial the floor with the "azulesos". We enjoyed sitting in the bay window while watching life in the street or having a rooftop view from the upper terrace. The flat is located directly in the city center. All interesting sights, supermarket, train station etc. are 5 to max. 30 minutes to walk. Eva is a really lovely and helpful host and provided us with a lot of information about Sevilla and surroundings. Everything was perfect.

Washing machine very much appreciated A pod coffee machine would be appreciated. Standard in every apartment we’ve rented. There are interior windows between rooms so if you turn on the bathroom light it lights up the bedroom, which isn’t great. Weirdly, we were told take our garbage with us which must be a first for any apartment rental, especially when charged a cleaning fee.
