This was not advertised anywhere on booking.com A few bits of difficult communication/clashing communication styles with the host Audible neighbours through wall 3/4 nights
• Suzanne (9/5): Great little apartment - Great location, great communication, lovely apartment. The jacuzzi and steam room were both broken for the duration of our stay and the pool could have used a clean.
• Otavio (8/5): Good option in Recoleta - Good location and nice building. The apt is exacty what is shown in the pictures. The owner was very kind providing one more sheet and accepting to delay the check out in 1:30h. The price charged in US$ was different from what is informed on booking app. The person in charge informed that the price informed was not including the taxes but an increase of 25% should be informed in advance. It is also not informed on the app that the payment should be done cash and not with the credit card given for the reservation. Those informations were sent by the owner short time after the reservation but also after the deadline for cancellation.
• Natalia (9/5): Superb - Very nice and comfortable apartment, has everything for a short time stay. Comfortable bed, secured building. Location is amazing, plenty of restaurants around. Common area with the pool needs some cleaning and maintenance.

I will certainly recommend IQ Callao by Recoleta to my friends. - The apartment looked great, was very clean and modern with a comfortable bed and had everything we needed for our time in Buenos Aires. The location was fantastic and we especially liked both of the restaurants right downstairs. We also loved the pool and roof deck. I had to ask for more towels for the pool. It would be great if pool towels were provided since that’s not something we travel with.

• Anton (9/5): Modern and comfy - After trying to rent a number of apartments in Buenos-Ares we have learned the communication with the host is a key ) and communication with this host has been excellent. We have arrived late at night but getting into the apartment was not a problem. The building is relatively new and looks good and the neighborhood is safe. The bed is nice, soft, and comfortable. The only minor disadvantage is the size. I is not as big as it looks on the photos. It is approximately 140x180cm. The airco is not powerful (it takes time to cool down) but adequate to keep a comfortable temperature inside (we could sleep comfortable while it was 34C outside). The apartment has a full bath but thanks to a nice design it can only be used as a shower. What a funny approach to the bathroom decoration (see photo). The corner of the glass table stands exactly on the way between the dining table and the bed. We have hit this corner multiple time and got seriously injured. We finally put pillows on on the table (see photo) to make it visible. It may look nice on the photos but it is unsafe and unpractical. The apartment will be better off without it. If not the table, I would have rated it 10 out of 10.
• Eszter (9/5): Comfortable, nice, affordable. - There was 24 hour security, and there was a code to the door, so no matter what time you arrive, you can enter. The apartment is very nice, newer, clean. There were enough large towels for our family of 4. Enjoyed the pool. There are 2 restaurants within 30 m of the property, and little shops to buy extra things like water, and snacks. We were given the wrong code to the apartment, but it was sorted out within 30 minutes. There was no more shampoo or soap in the shower, the dispenser was out. However, there was extra toilet paper, unlike the other property we rented. It seems like in Argentina it is not common to have tea and coffee in the rooms. This property did not have it either.
