• Julia (6/5): Von außen hui von innen pfui - Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet, tolle Aussicht, viel Platz & Stauraum. Betten waren bequem & Bad (als einziges) sauber. Es war leider nicht wirklich sauber, obwohl noch Reinigungskräfte da waren als wir angekommen sind. Socken waren immer schwarz, überall staubig. Die Bäder waren aber sauber. Bei unserer Anreise war der Wasserhahn in der Küche kaputt. Auf Anfrage hieß es, dass jemand kommen würde um das zu beheben, es ist jedoch nie jemand gekommen. Die Grundausstattung ist sehr mau. Pro Bad nur 1 Rolle Klopapier für 3 Nächte mit 6 Personen, kein Öl, Salz, Pfeffer o.ä. und es gab nur 1 Spülmaschinentab. Das Apartment liegt an einem sehr steilen Hang, darüber muss man sich bewusst sein. Es gibt zwar einen Shuttle, der fährt aber nicht oft & de Fahrplan haben wir auch auf Nachfrage nicht bekommen. Check in und Check out sehr umständlich an der Hotel Rezeption, die noch mehrere hundert Meter weiter oben am Hang liegt. Wir mussten sehr lange warten bis jemand uns empfangen hat. Achtung beim Haftungsformular, dass man unterschrieben soll: dort stehen 1.500€ als Haftungssumme drin obwohl nur 500€ als Kaution vereinbart sind. Ich habe es anpassen lassen. Allgemein war die Kommunikation sehr schlecht bis gar nicht möglich, auf eine Antwort wartet man mehrere Wochen vergebens. Für den Preis den wir über booking bezahlt haben war es Okey.
• Jussi (6/5): Avoid to stay here at least one year more until construction is done - Size of the apartment. Possibility to use the hotel facilities. Decoration is nice. Construction next door - they start drilling 7:00 AM and We were never informed of this when booking. You Will not get any sleep here. The drilling is on and off every two minutes and the sound is unbearable. You hear everything from the Apartments next door - even flushing from all the apartments. The kitchen is ill fitted. Lousy and small pool area. No gardens. Small bed in one of the rooms and a child bed in the second master. Only one Tiny bathroom With a real door and private shower, the rest you need stand / sit in the bedrooms without ANY privacy
