- Robin (9/5): - Beautiful characterful house. Gorgeous views. Tranquil and peaceful. Just needed some tlc maintenance at the time. Lawns mowed. Gardens trimmed. Some globes in kitchen not working. Toilet fan in upper bathroom not working. Little minor issues did not affect lovely stay much.

What does it mean that there is - We drove for three hours and arrived at the hotel, but they told us that the hotel was not available for accommodation and did not provide hot water. We were asked to drive another 15 minutes to another hotel they had arranged. The price of the other hotel was obviously not as expensive as the one we booked. We now want to ask the boss to refund the difference to us, but half a month has passed and we haven't received any news. The difference of $200 is just gone like that? - Hayley (9/5): Perfect family getaway. - Fabulous location with ocean views over Apollo Bay. The kids called it the ‘house in the clouds’. Very comfortable and relaxing property with everything we needed to be self contained for a week. Convenient location to Apollo Bay and the Otways and Great Ocean Rd for day trips. The hosts were very accommodating and hospitable. There was nothing to dislike.
