• Matěj (7/5): Well located and reasonably priced, but affected by communication issues and unexpected fees. - The apartment is well located and conveniently situated within the city. It is spacious and offered good value for money, especially for three people. Communication was a bit challenging, as the host responded only in Spanish despite it being clear from my messages that I was a foreign guest. There was an additional late check-in fee that had not been disclosed in the booking details. The entrance door opens directly onto the street, as there is no hallway. The upper window above the door lacked a curtain, allowing light to enter the room at night. Sleeping for three guests can be somewhat uncomfortable (only two beds, light from the street).

• Ruben (1/5): Muy decepcionado, no volveré mas - La cocina y el baño Nula atención al cliente, aún sigo esperando a que alguien me diga cómo encender la tv después de llamar en 2 ocasiones (que tenían mas incidencias decían y eñ 4 días no han podido solucionarme el problema) y mandar 2 emails (sin repuesta) eso si, obligaciones las que ellos quieran, te dan 1 toalla para 4 días, suelo del salón con roalones de mierda.

No pasas frío, pero casi Creo que la estancia fue un local readaptado a vivienda. En mi opinión no podría alquilarse como tal, sin medidas de seguridad de las puertas, sin medidas contra incendios Sin cartel que anuncie que es una vivienda turística,… piratas totalmente

• RICHARD (2/5): NO LO RECOMIENDO - El apartamento tiene potencial, pero hay que mejorar mucho. Me gusto la ubicación, porque para conveniencia mia; debía ser por ahi. La cocina esta dotada con todo lo esencial y el baño bastante amplio. Llame para reportar que la TV no servía, nunca resolvieron. Use la lavatrice y fue un desastre, el agua salio hacia el pavimento. El cuarto de arriba no es recomendado para personas que tengan problemas con las piernas, estabilidad o vértigo, el pasador de la escalera se mueve mucho

• Imane (3/5): - Abbiamo subito trovato un problema con il bagno, la sera stessa che siamo arrivate io e mia sorella. La doccia dopo 2 minuti che era accesa aveva già allagato tutto il bagno e non ci siamo potute pulire la prima sera dell'arrivo.

• Baskin (1/5): Extremely disappointed with this property that it is nothing like advertised. - Nothing Sleeping was impossible due to poor sound insulation to next property that we could hear every cough, fart, and snoring during night. Photos are extremely misleading where the double bed situated that you need to literally climb up with unsafe stairs, need to watch your head not to hit to ceiling piece sticking out from side. Steps handrails are wobbly and not safe. Bathroom switch light is literally broken from the middle and filthy. Curtain rail is broken over the door, hanging down. Outside iron rail is not sliding properly that you have to wrestle to open and shut.

All the cleaning supplies were provided, but some of these cleaning supplies weren't labeled. E. Privacy A. TV didn't work to include the fire stick B. The adjacent door to the apartment next door C. The sofa table is suited for outdoors, or it needs to be refurbished. FYI, I AM NOT GERMAN.
