• Ryszard (10/5): - A modern apartment with all the luxuries you need. Just a few minutes walk from the cathedral. Very nice area of old town. The streets in the old town are very narrow. You need quite a driving skills to get there and enter/ leave the garage. Especially if you're not driving your own car.

• Juan de Dios (9/5): Apartamento cómodo y cerca del centro. En general todo bien. Recomendable. - Buena ubicación, a unos 10 minutos de la catedral y el centro de Jaén. La TV del salón antigua. El parking un poco estrecho. Si llevas un coche grande tienes que hacer varias maniobras.

Very pleasant. Everything that was needed available in kitchen bathroom. Needs a bit of updating, fresh paininting , doors sticking in bathroom. Single beds a bit uncomfortable made noises when moving

• Rosana86 (2/5): No volvería - Tener plaza de garaje El piso estaba muy frío, sólo había un radiador en una habitación. El Split de calefacción del salón no funcionaba. Poca comunicación con la dueña.
• Gary (10/5): clean, comfortable and quiet. facilities nearby. within the city centre, free parking. unbeatable! - Everything we needed was available and all was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Free parking right in the centre of the city is a bonus worth at least fifteen euros of the price and there is an elevator directly from the garage to the apartment door. The narrow streets and spaces are more suitable for a small vehicle though - our FIAT 500L was probably as big as would be practical in these spaces. GPS signal in the old city with its narrow streets, tall buildings and the one-way traffic system is a problem. It took us a while to find the place - ending up back on the Ronda Sur three times before finding the way in! It's fine once you know to turn up into the plaza de San Felix from the calle Fuente de Don Diego, which is the main through route for the local area.

• ROSA (8/5): Bien situado y con parking - El alojamiento estaba bastante céntrico, bastante amplio y con plaza de garaje Solo tenía aire acondicionado en el salón y un ventilador en cada habitación. La habitación con cama nido es un poco incómoda.

• Raúl (7/5): Buen piso muy amplio y con aparcamiento - La ubicación es perfecta y el hecho de que disponga de aparcamiento es un lujo. También se agradecen los detalles que deja la anfitriona para los desayunos. La limpieza y conservación podría ser mejor. El horno, el polvo en los muebles del salón, y alguna que otra mancha en las paredes da sensación de dejadez. Las camas hacen mucho ruido, y como hemos ido en plena ola de calor, un solo aparato de aire acondicionado en el salón no ha sido suficiente.

• David (6/5): OK but good be improved - Spacious apartment. Car parking space useful although a very tight fit with an SUV. A few extra amenities and it could be very good. No kettle in kitchen - had to boil water in saucepan. No instructions for complicated electronic controls on cooker. Bedroom at front very noisy - bunk-type bed with no immediate bedside light. Rear bedroom quiet but bedclothes a little odd - seemed to be a woolen cover and no duvet. Never saw host/ess, just communicated via WhatsApp.
