• Milica (10/5): - Lokacija je super, smestaj je manji ali ima sve potrebno Kauč na kojem smo spavali je relativno udoban ali pri svakom okretu je skripao i to nas je znalo probuti iz sna.
• Zoya (7/5): I would recomend this acomodation for a short stays - We stayed for 2 days. We arrived late in the evening and the road to the apartment from the metro station was not pleasant. However, the 24 tram right 1 min walk from the apartment is very convenient ( we missed this point and thats why had to walk from the metro), the tram takes you directly to the centre. We liked it. The host was very nice and communicative. We liked the welcome note from the host, it was useful. Plus, that you do not have to meet host and get the keys and then go to the location was also good, the keys were left in the key box, so this was very convenient. Soap, detergent, hairdryer, washing and coffee machine were available, it was nice. I would recommend to pay a bit more attention to a cleaning service. Plus mugs were not washed well. And maybe it would be nice to have a box of tissues available. new sofa with pillows would be nice too, as it was not much comfortable to sleep.
• Maria (9/5): Było w porządku, dużo udogodnień - Dużo udogodnień - lodówka, butelki z wodą, czajnik, palniki do gotowania, pralka, ręczniki, tv i winda. Dotarcie do obiektu nie jest najgorsze bo mimo że oddalone od centrum, to kursuje tramwaj. Gospodarze szybko odpisywali na wiadomości i pytania. Kanapa do spania nie była wygodna ale kanapy takie bywają, zmiana na łóżko poprawiłaby komfort.

• Carmen (8/5): Un très bon séjour dans un logement agréable et propre. - Nous avons apprécier le check in rapide et facile ainsi que le logement très agréable avec des serviettes et draps mis à disposition. La vaisselle salle probablement mal lavé par les occupants précédent et pas vérifié par le service de ménage.

• Luca (3/5): Il soggiorno si è rivelato una pessima esperienza a causa della discrepanza tra le aspettative iniziali e la realtà, agg - Posizione: L'appartamento si trovava in una posizione adatta alle mie esigenze. Aspettative iniziali: Sulla carta, la dimensione e i servizi sembravano perfetti per il prezzo. Temperatura: L'appartamento era invivibile, con una temperatura costante tra i 29 e i 32 gradi. Condizionatore: Il condizionatore portatile era obsoleto e inefficiente. La grave incuria nella manutenzione, con filtri e griglie sporchi, lo rendeva inutile e potenzialmente dannoso per la salute ( la pulizia dei filtri è stata fatta dal sottoscritto). Gestione del problema: La risposta della struttura è stata insoddisfacente. Nonostante la tua richiesta di un rimborso parziale, hanno giustificato il problema con il caldo stagionale, dimostrando una notevole mancanza di sensibilità. Sgradevole sorpresa finale: L'arrivo di un membro dello staff per la biancheria cinque minuti prima del check-out ha aggiunto un ulteriore disagio, vanificando le scuse successive.

• Franz (7/5): Functional place - The room was bright and quiet. It was easy to reach the city center with the tram. The sleeping couch was not very comfortable. The boards on the shower floor were slippery. There were kitchen utensils, but no oil, salt, pepper, tea, etc.

• Tynystan (8/5): Very good - The apartment was really cozy and well-furnished. The towels came packed and seemed new. The apartment had almost everything we needed, thanks for that! The man who met us was friendly and gave some initial advice, which is really appreciated 👍 It's pretty small. One room, and the bathroom is like a tiny room built inside it lol. It didn't bother us much, considering the price, but what can bother someone is how the bathroom is not sound proof at all. You can hear everything 😅
