• Alexander (10/5): Excellent value for money - Spacious, very well equipped and maintained apartment, in close proximity to tram and metro green line. The host is very nice and kind gentleman, he continuously keeps in touch with tenants and answers quickly. The neighborhood is clean, lots of cozy eateries and different food shops (deli, meat, vegetables, gelateria, etc). The construction site on the lot next to the apartment building- they starting work daily except Sunday at 7am and making a lot of noise. The place is about 35 min ride by tram from the Termini (central train station), frequency of trams is 15 min. So, the way to the downtown is about an hour- it’s fair enough but everyone considering rent this apartment must take it into account.

• Anni (9/5): Superb - The appartment was very clean and there was enough room for 5 people. Lot of restaurants and supermarkets near by and very close to the metro station. The area was safe and lively. Thank you! The sound proofness could have been a tiny bit better (could hear the upstairs neighbours). There was a construction site just outside with loud work starting at 8am, but this is nothing to do with the owner and of course it is better that the area is renewed.

It was everything there what we need it. Good location, near y the metro station and bus stop. We spent an excellent time in Rome! We recommend this apartment!
• Krasimir (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great time. Thanks to Gianluca who was very hospitable. Before we arrived he sent us directions on how to get to the apartment, not that I didn't know but it was nice. After that he waited for us at the bus stop and took us to the apartment. The apartment itself is clean with all amenities. It was totally worth renting this apartment. The subway is 3 minutes away.
• Boskovic (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment, super clean, we had everything like we were home. Location is great, quiet and 2 minutes away from metro and bus stations. Collecting the keys was super easy, hosts are very friendly and helpful. We will come back!
• Anna (10/5): Excellent place and excellent host! - The flat is excellent. The host was waiting for me personally late at night. He picked me up from the bus stop and walked me home. He explained everything. The flat is super clean, perfectly equipped, everything as it should be. Convenient location close to the metro, safe area, lots of local cafes, bars, restaurants. The host was very helpful, and in constant contact if needed. I sincerely recommend the place! Everything was perfect.

The location is very convenient as it is 2 minutes from the metro stop. The owner is extremely attentive, kind and always helpful and available for everything. Everything was great, from the owner, the apartment, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment to the location because the metro station is just around the corner, you can reach any part of the city in half an hour.
• Ramona (10/5): Lovely and homy - Lovely hosts. We arrived late at night and they waited for us at the nearest metro station. The apartment was really nice, perfectly clean. The subway is 3 minutes away and there is a 30 minutes ride to the city center from the apartment. The neighborhood itself is renowned for its many varied restaurants. Apart from that you had all you could need like supermarkets, pharmacies etc. Definitely recommend. One of the best places we stayed on booking.

The gentleman was waiting for us with the keys at the nearby metro station. He was flexible with check-in and check-out times. We had a very nice time in Rome.

There are buses and subways nearby.The landlord was very enthusiastic and we had a great experience！ In the midnight and morning, there was some noise upstairs. But this was not a problem with the house itself！
