And in addition to this, the agency manager gave the electronic key to our apartment to other people by mistake, which is why at 2 am we had to deal with this problem ourselves. 2 women from Germany, who were supposed to live in another apartment, by mistake of the manager came to us and opened our doors with a key, which scared us and did not allow us to sleep. If they had come during earlier when we were not there, they could have taken our personal belongings and money. We did not receive any compensation for the ruined night and wasted nerves.
