- Madeleine (1/5): Bad - The televions and WiFi were excellent. The facilities on the complex were excellent. The apartment was filthy. The kitchen was disgusting, old fridges and washing machines not used. The cooker and air fryer were filthy. All the floors and walls were dirty throughout the apartment. The settee and chairs were stained and one end of the settee was missing. The air conditioning unit in the lounge was broken and it was 33 degrees when we were there. This apartment requires a deep clean, decorating and new furniture. I cannot understand why this man is allowed to rent this apartment out as there have been complaints in previous reviews including photographs. Booking.com sent me a message saying the booking was cancelled this is not correct. We paid the owner directly via PayPal. The owner had an electrician come to the apartment and the electrician said there was a voltage issue in the apartment. I have messages to prove this. The owner wanted us out a day early as he said work was needed to rectify the voltage issue. Not sure I believed him. We left a day early anyway.

- Fabio (9/5): Excellent apartment for families who come to Rio to enjoy all the city has to offer. - the appartment is located in a nice building complex, with lots of amneties. Appartment was clean, comfortable and the host did a very good job in welcoming and checking us in. Cost was a little too high, mainly due to the Rock in Rio event during the same period. But it was fair, comparing with hotels and other apartments in the area.
