- Krzysztof (7/5): - Lokalizacja, spokojna dzielnica, winda, blisko do metra 10 minut spacerem Małe pokoje do spania, w innych hotelach w jakich byliśmy w Japoni -były większe
- YUEJIA (9/5): - 床舒服
- Betttina (9/5): Highly efficient flat with everything you need - Small but highly efficient flat with everything you need - even cloth drying. Comfortable beds, near supermarket. Secure entry logs - unser manual is detailed but clearly written. Nothing.

- Joan_Barcelona (9/5): - Clean, very good for 2-3 people. A bit far from metro station

- dannielle (10/5): Would stay again and recommend for families with teens as it’s perfect for a base to explore Asakusa from - The location is perfect for families. Close enough to the bustle of Asakusa but in a quiet neighbourhood where you can walk to a grocery store,7-11 and the river. It is easy to navigate to so perfect for our teens when they wanted to go explore on their own. It is in the smaller side , but we understand this is normal for Tokyo so not really an issue. Just took our family of four some extra organisation to use the space wisely.
- Andrea Teresa (9/5): Overall stay at this property was excellent. - The facility was relatively new, clean and well maintained. Amenities such as microwave, stove, a/c, washing machine, drying mode in the bathroom but best was the hangers provided. Plus that it was nicely situated with transpo and tpurist spits. Information provided regarding the checkin were numerous though they are thorough it gets confusing and guests needs info to be conviniently placed all in one place. Also map could be added as it gets confusing esp at night.

- Phapassorn (2/5): - he accommodation is far from the station, and the entrance to the room is very narrow.
The room was not very clean; there were many dark marks and old stains.
The check-in process was very difficult because I had to register and log in through a mobile phone app first.
The access code provided in the app was very long and complicated, which made entering the room inconvenient every time.
I booked the stay for five nights, but I stayed for only one night because I did not feel comfortable.
Therefore, I moved out and changed to another accommodation the next day.

- นัฐวุฒิ (10/5): - Ok Far from subway and restaurant but near 7/11
- Helen (10/5): Excellent property, very clean and spacious - Spacious for Tokyo and very clean. Great to have a table with chairs to sit at too
- Evgenii (8/5): Good value for money - The apartment was clean and offered enough space for four people. We liked the location; it's in a quiet area, yet still well connected to public transport.
- Leighanne (10/5): Great stay, supplied everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and quiet. - Location great, 8 min easy walk to Asakusa Station. 7-Eleven on the corner. Home away from home.
- Edie (10/5): Great little place to stay close to Asakusa Station. - Very modern facilities. Everything was clean and comfy. We loved the detailed booklet that told us how to use everything. Each room had a heater/AC unit that worked well for heat (we didn’t use the AC). The bath/shower room doubles as a drying room, which was very helpful and it was quite rainy and damp when we stayed. We were on the 5th floor and the steps were very steep, but fortunately there is a fully functioning (albeit tiny) elevator. None.
- Daniel (8/5): - Fonctionnalités. Codes d’accès. Entrée impossible sans l’une voisine.
Un peu loin du métro.

- cyrine (8/5): - It was very good for a group of 4. The metro was not for away and it was perfect for our group Depends but if location is important then you have to see what is best. For us we didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t a reception as it was self check in
- Gabriele (9/5): - Enough space
- Ling-shu (9/5): -
- Anna (8/5): Good value accommodation for our family of four in Asasuka. - Excellent value for money given it’s in Tokyo and has two separate rooms. Had everything you need for a weeks stay and the 711 was a short walk away as well as the train station. One pillow per a bed. Stair well very narrow but that seems the norm for Tokyo.
- Yang (9/5): A nice apartment to stay - The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk to Senso-ji and many fantastic restaurants. There's also a major subway station nearby. The room is large enough for a family of four. Although it's quite small compared to hotel rooms in the U.S., for Japan, I’d say it’s not too cramped. The curtain does not block the sunlight in the morning, especially in the east-facing room. There is a large gap between the curtain and the window frame, allowing light to shine through. I have to wear an eye mask to block the light so I won't be woken up before 6 a.m.
The owner cannot provide a scale for the guests to measure the weight of their luggage.
- Tracy (9/5): Superb -
- Foo (8/5): Convenient location and walkable to attractions - Reasonably spacious and well located Nothing in particular
- Wendy (9/5): Superb -
- Eric (7/5): Good -
- Milena (7/5): Good - Very small rooms. Not shelves or wardrobes.
- Lee (8/5): Very good -
- Andrea (7/5): Good - Good facilities for a very small apartment Very compact for an apartment that sleeps 6
- Dario (8/5): Very good - Comfortable but small. Very quiet The neighborhood was great and quiet.
- Vincent (8/5): Good value for money for what you paid for - Very clean, modern. We love the brutalist style and very minimalist design. Good value.
There are kitchen facilities and washing machine. 1 it took around 10 mins + from the train station when you carrying with luggages.
2 even there is double glazing, we can still hear the traffic very clearly late at night.
3. I forgot to check email. There are instructions about how to get into the building main door and apt door.
4. We tried to contact the operator when the number shown in BOOKING.com. No respond. We tried to email. No respond. I strongly suggest the hotel owner to pay the office next to the building ground floor entrance to assist the traveler if they want to contact the owner. We could not call international call and lucky the staff at the next door office helped us.
5. We understand the owner tried to reduce the operation cost. That’s why no human is contactable. However, in the event, the travellers are struggle to get in. Best to have a fall back option.
6. We tried to download the app and we didn’t manage to get it work to open the door.
- Jesse (10/5): Awesome starting destination for Japan holiday - Great location, easy walk to Skytree, samurai experience, shops, food etc Location, space two rooms plus lounge and kitchen etc. great base for first few days in Japan with family
- Lili (10/5): Exceptional -
- Venkatarman (7/5): Overall good stay with appropriate value for the money paid - Location was good Kitchen was cramped and did not have much to help us enjoy a meal in the room. Cramming 5 people (one sleeping on a pull out couch) was not nice. I think the apartment is truly suited at the best for four people.
- Victoria (9/5): Cosy stay near Asakusa. - Two separate bedrooms. The washing machine in the room was handy. There is a drying fan in the bathroom which you hang your clothes next to to dry which takes 6-8 hours. The heater worked well. Nice big window to look out of. The location was quite far out. Once you got back to the room there wasn't much to do nearby without walking back to Asakusa. The room was extremely small for the three of us. I don't know how you would fit 5 people in here as the sofa only seats 3 and you'd be tripping over each other.
- Damien (7/5): Difficult to find and access but nice location and room. - Good location, good bathroom and laundry. Comfortable beds. Hard to find entry to building. Only small sign on door. Digital door lock to building needs aeveral attempts befor opening. Very long securoty password entry to room is far too complicated and also needs several attempts..
- Julia (9/5): Superb -
- Phooilin (6/5): Clean unit within reasonable walking distance to major attractions in Asakusa - The location was good, within reasonable walking distance to attractions in Asakusa and the station. There's an elevator to the upper floors though very tiny. There's only 1 unit in every floor and thus is quiet and undisturbed. The unit is clean. The entrance to the building is not parallel to the other buildings along the row, making it difficult to identify. The name of the building is just printed on the glass door of the main entrance which is only as wide as a luggage bag, adding to the difficulty in locating the building.
There is not enough room space to open 4 luggage bags for 4 persons. There is also not enough hanging spaces.
The self-check in by downloading an Apps to get the access code to the main entrance was a bit complicated and the property owner was not easily accessible via the phone number listed for immediate guidance. We were lucky another occupant happened to return and shared the access code with us.
- Ling (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kamarul (7/5): Good -
- Dirk (8/5): Very good -
- Oliver (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margherita (10/5): Perfect way to start our Japan trip - Super clean, spacious for a family of 3 and in a great location, walking distance to Asakusa and Sumida. Asakusa station is very close and we liked to cross the bridge every day. Impressive views! Will recommend it to anyone travelling to Tokyo It would have been nice to find some things like tea and water but there are so many vending machines and convenience stores around that it didn’t really matter
- Christian (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent space for family Sign for place was small, need a bigger sign
- Suparinee (6/5): Pleasant -
- Linh (5/5): Passable -
- Glizette (8/5): Very good -
- Jared (10/5): Excellent location in Tokyo can comfortably house 4 people. - Great location close to public transit. Plenty to do in the local area. Within walking distance of plenty of restaurants.
- Kevin (9/5): If we ever come back to Tokyo, we would stay here again. Clean rooms in a nice and quiet area with a view of the top of - It was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was great. Just a short walk to Asakusa station. Instructions on how to check-in and check out were great. It was a little hard to find when we first arrived. There is a sign on the door, but we missed it when trying to find it in the rain, but once we found it, everything was easy to access.
- Darlene (5/5): Clean but too small for 5 adults would recommend a max of three adults or two adults and two kids - It was newish and in walking distance to the trains It was too small for 5 adults and very tiny sitting facilities for dinner and no room for a drying rack. It would be perfect for two adults and maybe one or two small
Children
- Mandy (9/5): Pleasant Stay at Prism Inn. - Neat and tidy. Quiet at night
Bright room with sunlight shines into the room.
Good walk and chat from metro to Prism at night passing by the bridge. Very windy and nice night view.
Can see the Tokyo Skytree Tower clearly especially night view was beautiful A little far from metro station. Best and nearest station is Kuramae (Use Oedo Line) exit A5 with elevator facility.
Mattresses and pillows too soft.
- Chihchun (8/5): The position is best but the tissue is very few - Position is the best place The tissue should provide more.
- Deepak (8/5): Nice place to stay, very close to Sumida river. - Location There is no table or high area to place luggage.
- Thuy (9/5): Wonderful stay in Asakusa! - Very convenient location, close to lively Asakusa yet in a very quiet residential area.
- Adin (9/5): Superb - Great value for a group stay--a little small for 5 guys but workable. Surrounding area of Asakusa is a little smelly but is good for walks to the Skytree and other attractions in the area. Surrounding area smelled a little, but no problems within the unit.
- Friedrich (8/5): Very good - Clean, simple, location Small bedroom
- Tu (8/5): Convenient location! - 10’ walk from Asakusa station. The room has a little kitchen No reception staff
- Brody (8/5): Very good -
- Helen (7/5): Good - very big for family of four a bit of walking from the station.
- Elise (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Short walk from the train/subway stations. Room was very clean and accommodated the needs of our family of 5 very well.
- Simon (9/5): Superb - It is a very nice apartment and was the perfect size for us (2adults + 1 child).
Very well located, close to multiple main subway lines, combini, Asakusa, Skytree, ...
Compare to other places we went to, there are instruction for every equipment and everything else you need.
I would definitively recommend for a family of 3-4 people. The only thing we didn't like was the staircase. Railings are definitively not adapted for small children but it is just a small detail as you just have to walk 2 steps to get from the elevator to the apartment.
- Louis (10/5): I would recommend a spot, but I’ll also recommend reading all the signs -
- Varghese (6/5): The apartment wasn’t exactly what we had in mind but the suburb is a must visit. - The property had all the basic amenities including a washing machine and a dry iron. It had 4 beds that was ideal for us being a family of 4. Similar properties that we stayed in provided us with a starter kit (coffee, tea, sugar, snacks etc). We had to buy everything after we arrived which would have been ok but the location isn’t ideal for your everyday groceries or food. There’s a fair bit of walk to the nearest 7-Eleven. The apartment hardly had any space to move around and not even a chair to sit at the table. We are a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children age 10 and 15) and with our suitcases this place is too crammed.
- Gerard (6/5): It clean and convenient accommodation with all the facilities we needed for a self sufficient stay - Theaccommodation was within walking distance of Skytree. It was not for from Simida City centre. It was fine. We got what wr paid for.
- Yeo (8/5): Very good -
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good -
- Henrico (9/5): Superb -
- Erwin (10/5): Would stay again - Great condition, 7-9min walk to the subway, not far from Sensoji, acquarium, Sky Tree. It was nice to cross the bridge. Elevator was a pleasant surprise Nothing really
- Kristy (10/5): Perfect spot to stay, in a not so busy area. Close to conveniences and tourist locations. - Great location. We could see Tokyo Skytree from our window. Close to train stations and shops. Beds were comfortable and facilities were spotless. Seating in the living room didn't accommodate 4 of us very well. We had to dine on a fold away table and lounge.
- Trisiana (10/5): Exceptional - The property’s room, facilities, and location are all very excellent we have a very great and comfortable stay here. The communication before the trip was also very clear. Looking forward to our stay here again next time.
- Naphat (5/5): Passable -
- Riccardo (7/5): Good -
- William (10/5): so far so good - nice area
quiet a little far to attraction area
smell in the hallway
- Cendana (8/5): Very good - the location is good:
- the nearest metro station (asakusa) is a short walking distance,
- convenience store (7-11 and lawson) is nearby
the apartment is lovely:
- amenities are provided
- the wifi is good
- the owner managed to keep instruction for the operation of electronic amenities the size of apartment is tiny, but it is expected in Japan.
- Wan (9/5): Have a good time in this place, thank you - It's great to have separate rooms in the house, and the space is also large enough to open five suitcases for us. The place was not too far from the downtown area, and almost walked about 10mins can shopping. The elevator is a little small, but at least it can help put the luggage to upstairs.
- Gary (5/5): Property OK, but would not stay there again. - The property was quite new and clean. Electric outlets were fairly limited. They required advance registration of passport for our entire family which was time consuming and confusing. There were 41 items to fill out. I filled them out, clicked submit, but it did not seem to upload. Filled out the 41 items again, and submitted again. Was not sure as to status. Found out later in an email that the problem was I submitted PDF files for passports, which could not be uploaded. Finally was able to get email address and send PDF files by email. (Cannot use your link for email since I use Microsoft Outlook.) This resulted in them sending me info to get into the property, which was also a complicated and rather confusing (six steps to open both doors).
They expected you to wash out plastic bottles, remove labels and throw garbage outside of building, something which probably few renters do.
- Pil (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and will book again - Clean and close to the train station and to a lot of restaurants , convenience stores. They provided all the information u need for your stay.
- Ko (8/5): Very good - For Tokyo relative large space
Instructions on how to arrive were clear
Walking distance to 3 subway lines with good connections to Narita airport and all touristic highlights
Walking distance to Kaminarimon gate area (some shops and restaurants) Wifi was not working
- Sumi (9/5): Great. We love it and wil come back again! - Clean. Very thoughtful services No chairs to sit. Bedroom door didn’t close
- Yaping (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (10/5): thank you for an amazing stay! - proximity, cleanliness, online attentiveness of owner taxi’s couldn’t find address and keep taking us to wrong Prism - please provide address in both English and in Japanese so we can give the drivers correct info
