- Viktoria (6/5): Probleme in der Kommunikation mit Rujana - Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und schön gelegen. Es fehlten Müllbeutel und Seife. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Dachschrägen, was das Bewegen im Zimmer unständlich gemacht hat. Bei der Buchung und Kommunikation mit Rujana gab es im Vorfeld einige Schwierigkeiten. Zuerst einmal wird von Rujana ein höherer Preis per Rechnung verlangt, als man auf Booking bei der Buchung sieht. Zwar wird auf Booking erwähnt, dass Rujana noch Gebühren bezieht, allerdings nicht in welcher Höhe. Außerdem verspricht Booking die Beatpreisgarantie, weshalb das eigentlich nicht sein kann. Bei der Suche unserer Unterkunft gaben wir auf Booking an, dass wir mit einem Hund reisen. Als wir im Vorfeld jedoch eine Frage an Rujana stellten, wo wir den Hund erwähnten, bekamen wir einen wütenden Anruf, dass in dieser Wohnung gar kein Hund erlaubt sei. In dem Sinne hätte die Wohnung auf Booking gar nicht auftauchen dürfen. Wir durften zwar den Hund aus "Kulanz des Vermieters" doch mitbringen, mussten aber nochmal 60€ Aufschlag zahlen. Am Ende zahlten wir also sehr viel mehr für die Wohnung als versprochen, für den Preis hätten wir auf jeden Fall etwas besseres bekommen können.

- Birgit (8/5): Gute Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die FW ist sehr geräumig. Vor allem das Bad ist sehr schön groß. Der Geschirrspüler ist absolut zu klein und kaum nutzbar. Die Betten sind erwas flach und nichts für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen. Aber es ging. Habe im Prospekt von Rujana gelesen, dass man ab der 3. Buchung bei Rujana 10% Rabatt erhält. Dies war leider nicht der Fall und ich wusste dies auch nicht.

- Sabine (8/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber, die Wege zum Strand und zur City waren kurz Gleich am ersten Tag konnte man nur kalt duschen, am 2. TAG wurde es repariert, dafür musste das Wasser abgestellt werden, das wurde leider nicht mitgeteilt,

- Achim (7/5): Schöne Zeit und dir perfekte Lage haben kleine Mängel ausgeglichen - Tolle Lage (nah zu Strand, Schmachtensee, Zentrum), ideal auch ohne Auto ( auch nah zu Bhf). Möblierung in die Jahre gekommen Küchenaustattung (keine Mikrowelle/keine Spülmaschine, kein Brotkorb)
- Vw (7/5): Shame unit manager doesn't understand tourists - Spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment 5 mins walk to tourist mall. Best coffee shop in Germany across the road - Café Liebich. Flat whites to rival Australia. . Accommodation manager did not explain to us tourists how to find unit... tower 15b, 2nd floor. Only with persistent questions did we get it. . No curtains in bedrooms to darken the bedrooms.. it is light until 1030pm . Lack of maintenance - water in shower doesn't drain well (we removed felt and hair), no globe in room above dining table, no globe outside unit in hall
