Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vielleicht sogar ein bisschen mehr. Beeindruckend war die Größe und Weitläufigkeit des Außenbereiches. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war total herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank an Peggy und Markus. nichts
• mark (9/5): Markus and Peggy are excellent hosts. The Villa is in a lovely area and is very comfortable. - The property is in an ideal location, very quiet and within all the amenities you need. Markus and Peggy met us and were very thorough with their tour of the property. The bed is very comfortable, nice lounge furniture with an excellent TV system. The pool is heated beautifully. It would have been nice to have some dish clothes please, a non stick frying pan and some pyrex type pots you could use in the oven as we couldn't really use it.

First time experiencing a villa have done hotels - A modern property which is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and spotless. Having its own swimming pool which is heated and plenty of space to sit outside and chill with a BBQ is great. N/A

• Phil (10/5): Everything is very new and spotlessly clean. - We have just returned from the most wonderful week in Marcus’s villa. the villa is about a 15 minute walk from the beautiful marina Rubicon and it looks exactly as in the pictures. Everything is very new and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the whole villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need for holiday, including washing machine, washing powder, Nespresso coffee machine, large screen TV, which we could login and watch our Netflix account from the pool area is large and clean and the seating area is extremely comfortable. Marcus was a great host and personally welcomed us and showed us where everything was in the Villa, which was extremely helpful and saved us time searching for things. He also said goodbye to us when we departed which was really nice. We will definitely be returning next spring, thank you Marcus for a wonderful stay.
• Stephanie (9/5): Perfect birthday trip - The villa was perfect for us! The hosts were brilliant and the villa has everything you could need. The outside area is so lovely, especially for a member of our group who doesn’t like to sit in the sun! The veranda area was ideal for them. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the beds are comfortable with black out curtains. The hosts left us some water, wine and fruit on arrival which was appreciated. The shop is practically next door and the marina a short 20 minute walk away. They even provided towel pegs, pool towels and blankets for the evenings. Can’t wait to come back Only negative and only reason I didn’t give a 10 is that due to planning you are a little over looked by people/buses going past as the wall cannot be higher.

It’s a short walk to the supermarket and only 15 mins to walk to Marina Rubicon. We stayed in the villa a few years ago before the new owners took it on and the improvements they have made are very good!

• López Alonso (10/5): - La casa está increíble, sobretodo la zona del porche y piscina!! Encaja totalmente con las fotos y nos dejaron todo lo necesario en cuanto baño, cocina, incluso nos recibieron con bebida y fruta. Está super cerca de un supermercado y al lado de las mejores playas en la zona del papagayo. El dueño estuvo muy pendiente de la entrega de llaves aunque llegamos de noche por retraso en el vuelo. Lo recomendamos totalmente!!

Le style de la décoration, le confort en général et la qualité des lits, la propreté, l'ameublement, les espaces, la piscine, tous les accessoires disponibles pour la cuisine, pour la salle-de-bain, les serviettes de bain et de plage. Les hôtes Markus et Peggy nous ont accueillis personnellement, ont été arrangeants sur les horaires et nous ont offerts des attentions à notre arrivée. La villa est proche d'un supermarché très bien équipé de produits frais, proche des magnifiques plages de Papagayo en voiture (5 minutes), proche de la Marina (30 min max à pied le long de la berge, très jolie balade ou endroit pour courir). Nous recommandons vivement la Villa Yasmina et Merci à Markus et Peggy d'avoir contribué au bien-être de notre séjour!

• Alison (10/5): Ideal Villa to spend a relaxing trip to Lanzarote. - The Villa was incredibly well appointed. Plenty of outside space with a variety of seating and loungers. Well maintained and cleaned to a very high standard. The location was good, a little out of town but a couple of minutes from a large supermarket and a couple of restaurants. About 20 minds walk from the marina along the sea front promenade. Plenty of parking next to the property. Nothing
• Kerry (10/5): Marcus is a great host, who kept us informed and was available for any questions. - This is a spacious, well laid out, well equipped, clean and modern villa. The pool area was gorgeous with four loungers and lots of seating. All in all it was perfect for us as a family with teens with the beach, shops and restaurants all near by. We walked to town and back every night as it felt safe and easy to do. Although there are plenty taxis around if preferred. We loved it and hope to return.
