Styl inny niż w sieciowych hotelach Zarezerwowałam nocleg ze względu na lokalizację i atrakcyjną cenę na booking com, akurat była zniżka na ostatnią chwilę. Cena, która wyświetla się na booking nie jest niestety ceną końcową. Należy jeszcze doliczyć 20%vat, 3% podatku miejskiego i jeszcze dodatkowo podatek turystyczny ... Czyli należy być przygotowanym na trzy dodatkowe opłaty. Generalnie finalnie żadnej zniżki w takim razie nie ma, pan na recepcji stwierdził że cena na booking go nie interesuje on ma swoje dane od swojego managera. To było nieprzyjemne. Generalnie hotel powinien podawać cenę końcową od razu w trakcie rezerwacji, aby nie było nieporozumień. Finalnie zapłaciłam więcej niż się spodziewałam. Cena nadal była atrakcyjna, jednak wolałabym większą transparencje w tej sprawie, wg mnie lepiej od razu podać cenę końcową w trakcie rezerwacji. To spowodowało, że odejmuje ocenę. Pozostałe osoby pracujące w hotelu życzliwe i ostatecznie pobyt był udany.

• Heiko (5/5): - Die Lage Wir waren enttäuscht, weil Bilder in keinster Weise die Realität wieder gegeben haben. Antik heißt ja nicht unbedingt, das man auf einer Toilette sitzt, wo keine Brille mit Deckel vorhanden ist, aber montiert war. Auf Nachfrage wurde vom Rezeptionisten gesagte; ist bekannt, aber derzeit nicht lösbar. Außerdem waren die Parkmöglichkeiten eigentlich keine Parkplätze, sondern Abstellraum vor dem Hotel. In meinem Zimmer war bei Ankunft keine korrekte Reinigung erfolgt. Abfalleimer waren voll. Außerdem war der allgemeine Zustand nicht als sauber zu bezeichnen. Die Bilder in booking waren wesentlich besser als der reale Zustand

• Kevin (8/5): Nice stay in Tirana - Great staff, nice location with ability to park right in front of the hotel, room clean and comfortable, infant cot waiting for us (which isn't always a given!), tasty breakfast. The great price does seem to come with tradeoffs (e.g., smaller room, breakfast can be picked over toward the end), but we enjoyed the stay.

• Sudheesh (3/5): Despite a good location, the manager’s rude behavior and wrong room made this stay unacceptable! - Great location and friendly, supportive staff—apart from the manager. Rude, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior by the manager. Wrong room configuration (missing one twin bed as per booking) Upon arrival, we were allocated a room with one king bed, one sofa, and one very small bed. However, as per our confirmed booking, the room should include an additional twin bed. This is not a minor issue, as our children are older and the provided small bed is completely unsuitable—more like a hostel bed. When we raised this politely with the property manager, his behavior was completely unacceptable. He was shouting, rude, dismissive, and repeatedly claimed that we “got what we ordered,” which is factually incorrect. He made inappropriate comments such as saying we did not book a “200 euro room” and that we are “not buying the property,” which was extremely insulting and unprofessional. We are guests, not here to argue or be mistreated. This incident occurred on Christmas Eve, making the experience even more upsetting. The manager refused to acknowledge the mistake and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. His conduct was aggressive and lacked even basic hospitality standards. I would like to highlight that other staff members were kind and supportive, and the location itself is good. However, the manager’s behavior alone has completely ruined our stay. We would never return to this property as long as this manager is in charge.

• Charlotte (9/5): Great location. - Location is excellent. Rooms and hotel is 100 years old and they kept the old charm. Check out the beer hall in the cellar used for breakfast area. Clean rooms. We could check in early. Make sure your taxi pick you up at the end of the alley at the big street if its during morning traffic. Will save you some traffic jam and stress on the narrow street. Many stairs, so not for people who can't climb stairs.

• Marcelo (6/5): Quarto com cheiro ruim, itens quebrados e taxas ocultas - Localização ótima devido a proximidade dos pontos turísticos da capital de Tirana. Café da manhã com boas opções. O quarto que nós foi fornecido era fedido (cheiro de esgoto do ralo), armários quebrados e limpeza duvidosa. As toalhas não foram trocadas, mesmo estando molhadas, inclusive as de chão. De um dia para o outro o chão não era limpado, meus cabelos estavam no chão do banheiro. A Pia do banheiro estava solta e trincada, local de banho parecia de navio e tinha limite de água quente, 2 pessoas seguidas não conseguiam tomar banho. Controle remoto do ar de da TV não funcionavam. Além de taxas ocultas adicionais pra checking (turismo e estacionamento de rua cobrado pelo hotel).

Total Rate 8.0 - It was my 2nd stay in the hotel becouse it was very convenient and close to City Center and in the silence neighborhood but... This time When I booked the price at Booking.com shown 71 Euro and booking asked me to provide Credit card number and I was thought that payment was made. In my surpise when we arrived gentelmen in the hotel reception desk asked for payment and showed that payment needs to be regulate upfront our stay plus ask about additional 17 Euro for local taxes and in addition 2 Euro for each person. That was NOT expected. it should be informed earlier. It is something booking.com has to veryfy and add to booking page shows it for everybody who want to book this hotel. This situation disapointed us.

Et il nous a fallu payer un supplément pour se garer, ce qui n’était pas précisé sur le descriptif.(10€/jour) - Les 3 étages sans ascenseur pour accéder à la chambre, et la salle de restaurant au sous-sol. A déconseiller aux personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer, d’autant que personne ne nous a proposé de l’aide pour nos bagages. - les odeurs désagréables des remontées d’égouts dans la salle de bain.(chambre 12) - absence de chevets et de lampes de chevet dans la chambre 12.

• Comtesse (7/5): OK hotel, but I doubt I come back to stay next time when visiting Tirana. - The staff was always attentive, polite, friendly and very helpful. Always made you feel welcome when you came back to the hotel after a long day stroll in the city. Very central location to all amenities. The smell of sewage and septic mixed with bleach and cleaning detergents from the bathroom, could be a neusance. Even with with bathroom window open, and bathroom door closed the smell could be intense in the room. Could also be some noise from the traffic and the mosque in the neighbourhood.

• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - The staffs of the hotel are accomodating and very kind people. We are happy that we stayed hier for 4 nights. The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to all nice tourist spots. Breakfast is good. We have to go early in the morning for a mountain hiking, there is no problem at all to have our breakfast before that. Even breakfast buffet not officially started yet. The hotel is nice and in a very good location. There was no heating on a cold night but I actually didn't realise the window in the bathroom was a little open.

• Michael (3/5): Disappointing. - The location was fine, in the center of the city and close to most of the major attractions. The shower was good. The room smelled bad, the bedding barely fit the bed and the breakfast wasn't up to the reviews. The place just wasn't comfortable. We left with the feeling that the staff was just doing the basics with no updates or attempt to make it better.

• Shusain (7/5): Pretty property at the the heart of Tirana. - Location was good, walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Very beautifully decorated and clean. Wasn't given the rooms I booked, tried telling the receptionist but he just shrugged his shoulders at me. Tried going through booking.com but didn't get a response 😐
