- Tatsuya (8/5): いざと言う時電話が繋がったのが第一 - 清潔で掃除も行きどどいていた チェックインするのに苦労した マニュアルが分かりにくい 居室ドアについているユニットが表示されず電話問い合わせが繋がらなかったら入れないことになったかも知れない 別途請求となった清掃料が1泊でも2泊以上でも変わらないので連泊が少ないと割高感がある

- 宮本 (5/5): 可もなくちょっと不 - 近くにご飯屋さんとか飲み屋がいっぱいあったことの大阪城までお散歩できるロケーション 浴室乾燥できるし、浴室暖房、冷房もあったので冬場でも快適に過ごせたこと 入った瞬間古着屋さんの匂いがしたこと。調理器具が少なかったこと。鍋と包丁とまな板が1個ずつと電子レンジ対応のお皿やマグカップが何枚かと箸3膳くらいしかなかった。

- ひらり (4/5): - 目的地に近く、安く宿泊出来たのが良かったです。 前回利用された方のつけ爪が 絨毯に落ちていたり、利用してすぐにお手洗いを使用しようとした所 ペーパーがきちんと流されていなかったり、宿泊して 鍵を掛けて外出したにも関わらずに、外出前に使用して床に置いていったはずのゴミが、外出後に冷蔵庫に入っていたのが めっちゃくちゃ怖かったです。

- Sypin Aleksei (10/5): Прекрасные апартаменты у замка и станции метро - Апартаменты 401, в которых проживали целую неделю очень понравились, места было достаточно для проживания вдвоем даже на одной кровати (ширина 140 сантиметров). Перед самым выездом случайно выяснили, что небольшой, на первый взгляд, но удобный диван раскладывается как полноценная кровать, то есть в номере было целых два спальных места, а не одно. Все было очень чисто и функционально, было предоставлено 3 комплекта полотенец, 3 качественных набора для ванной (гель, шампунь и кондиционер), очень подробные инструкции на каждый бытовой прибор в доме. Была даже видеоинструкция по выбрасывание мусора (открывалась на YouTube по QR-коду). Большой холодильник, стиральная машина (не пользовались), микроволновая плита, газовая плита, телевизор, хороший интернет Wi-Fi, просторный балкон со складной вешалкой для сушки белья. Очень понравился вид с балкона на замок и на реку. Транспортная доступность выше всяких похвал - ближайшая станция метро в 2х минутах от апартаментов (ехать две станции до станции Umeda), в 5 минутах ходьбы находится вторая станция метро Kyobashi, от которой можно доехать до Киото без пересадок. В двух минутах от апартаментов есть большой продуктовый супермаркет с низкими ценами и тут же магазин 7/11 (Seven eleven), а у метро Kyobashi куча ресторанчиков, торговый центр, Uniqlo. Если пройти ещё несколько минут от Kyobashi то можно попасть в очень дёшевый магазин Don Donki (цены ниже чем в других Don Donki на многие товары, что удивило), а также большой супермаркет Life. Очень понравились рестораны Saizeriya и Kurasushi у метро Kyobashi, а также вкусный кофе в Starbucks. Заезд и выезд по инструкции на английском языке. Сложностей с самостоятельным заселением и выездом никаких не возникло. Было ощущение, что владелец апартаментов подошёл к своему делу очень профессионально и старался максимально позаботиться о своих гостях и продумать каждую мелочь. Было приятно и уютно жить в предоставленных нам апартаментах! Понравилось жильё и район, но не удалось продлить апартаменты ещё на неделю - жильё уже было забронировано другими гостями...

- eunjoo (10/5): - 일본 집이 춥다고 해서 걱정했는데 난방기가 잘 작동해서 따뜻했어요! 전자레인지도 있고 냉장고도 있고 세탁기도 있어서 좋았습니다. 욕실에 물 빠지는 속도가 너무 느려서 불편했어요 머리카락 때문인가 생각은 했는데 2박3일 일정이라 그렇게 많이 쌓였을것같지도 않고 첫 샤워때부터 물이 잘 안내려가서 욕조와 바닥 번갈아가면서 씻었어요.

- Seva (9/5): Worth the money - This nice and cozy apartment will satisfy all of your needs. It’s got everything you need. The smart toilet, fully equipped kitchenette, a bed and a folding sofa. Couldn’t find any cons.

- Carolina (8/5): - Tener acceso a netflix, opción de guardar víveres en el refrigerador, microondas y estufa. Las indicaciones para ingresar al hospedaje no son nada claras, tuve que esperar a que me respondieran por booking para obtener el código de acceso a la habitacion. Te exigen firmar un contrato. Los días que me hospedé bajó mucho la temperatura en la noche y no habia sábanas o cobertores extra para no pasar frío. En las noches hay personas jugando en el parque y no dejan dormir.

- Rie (5/5): 惜しい - 交通の便が良かった 色々な路線(駅)を利用できた ・浴室換気扇が使えなかった(電源入らず)。 点検が不十分なんだろうと推測される。 ・トイレの換気扇も作動していなかった。 ・設備の説明書にWi-Fiの記述が無く、設置が無いのかと思った(問い合わせて解決したが)。 ルーターを発見した際に埃が積もっていて、気分が悪かった。 ・タブレットが有ったが、その説明が無く、パスワードが分からず使えなかった。

- nisasvskn33 (10/5): - It was close to many stops and Osaka Castle. There was a television, Wi-Fi, dryer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. Thanks to the bathroom's heat and ventilation settings, we dried our laundry easily. There were also kitchenware like plates, pans, glasses, cutlery, and shower gel, towels, shampoo, and toothbrushes. The balcony view was also beautiful, with a river flowing in front. The house was clean and comfortable. We stayed a few nights and didn't want to leave because of its comfort. 😌 There are explanations for electronic devices, key entry, etc. We only had trouble opening the front door, but we figured that out. In other words, it was a very nice stay, thank you.

I received two codes: one for the reservation and one for the inner door, but there was no way to access the main entrance. There was no phone number to call, and I only managed to get in thanks to a kind delivery guy. The location provided led to the back of the building — finding the actual entrance was nearly impossible. I was traveling alone with my two kids and felt extremely uncomfortable and isolated. I chose this place because it had a kitchen, hoping to cook simple meals like pasta. Unfortunately, the nonstick pan was so scratched and damaged that pieces of Teflon came off into the food — a serious health hazard. Overall, this was a very poor experience: too far from the center, no support, and definitely not family-friendly. The positive reviews were misleading

- Steph (7/5): Practical apartment in a great location - Great location, right opposite Osakajokitzume station, 1 minutes walk away gives you a view of Osaka jo, only 6 minutes walk from Kyobashi, key safe is great , washing and drying facilities, plenty of complimentary shampoo etc and washing liquid. TV options. Complimentary umbrellas. Comfy bed. Good sized fridge and freezer. Reliable WiFi. Very responsive staff with answering questions. Apartment needs a bit more love. Feels a bit tired . It's very practical but it would have been nice to have had more than 1 towel for 5 days. Cushions were a bit stained. Curtains were missing couple of hooks, alot of dust around the washing machine. Better storage would be handy - there's a big wardrobe but only has hanging space with shirt hangers and a shelf that I couldn't reach. The bottom is full of bedding. More lighting options - maybe a standing lamp and a bedside table would be nice for European visitors. Address wasn't easy to find first time until a building name was provided. Staff were brilliant helping sort this out but could have been clearer.
- Eduard (8/5): Very good - The location is incredible, just across the river from Osaka castle. It's a great place to stay if you want to stroll in the castle grounds daily. There is also a business centre nearby with a large free coworking space and many cafes. The apartment has a good quality kitchen and bathroom. There isn't enough storage space. The wardrobe has no shelves and is mostly taken up by the spare bedding. It would be great to have some more shelves to put folded clothes, and some more hangers provided (there were only 2).

- Julie (7/5): Great place for longer stays - Loved the location! Nice space. Had full kitchen and great view from balcony. Everything we needed for our 2 night stay was provided and all kitchen items. Also, washing machine (line dry) that we didn't use. Place is very modern! Host was very responsive! Internet was not available when we arrived and they fixed it the next day. Seems to be set up for longer term stays and we found the learning on things like doors and hot water control to be a lot. We needed better instructions for the lobby door. Toilet room had smell of urine so fan had to be run continuously to mitigate. Shower drain backed up and when I tried to remove my hair it wasn't all mine.

This is my fault for not reading the instructions properly before going, but getting the code and then the key was a convoluted process - read all your messages from the property thoroughly and you'll be fine!
