- Steven (9/5): With SO MUCH positive, stayed there twice in 10 days. I should know. It really is close to a lot of places of interest. - Everything! Ok, you can get knit-picky on several things. But I won’t. However the elevator has a tale of its own. The balance, and sensors make a sound that’ll frighten the neighbors and cause your spouse’s ear drums to rattle. When it makes that sound, it will not move, so weight is an issue.

Pas de drap dans une des chambres et comme aucun personnel sur place la personne que nous avions en contact par messagerie nous a demandé d' en acheter car elle ne pouvait pas faire intervenir un personnel de ménage. Chambres très mal insonorisées , poubelle non vidée à notre arrivée dans une des chambres.

The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. The bed was nice and comfy. Location was good too. The barking dog in the back alley.

Der Check in war dementsprechend etwas schwierig, da keine Hotel Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren. Es wird alles über WhatsApp geregelt was aber super funktioniert hat und man innerhalb von ca. 2 Minuten eine Antwort bekommen hat.

- Chrisropher Fayçal Henri (5/5): Bon emplacement, propriétaire accueillante mais chambre non insonorisée - L'emplacement est idéal pour les personnes qui veulent marcher dans le district 1. Les bains à remous qui sont quasi libres tout le temps (sont partagés sur la terrasse et non dans la chambre). La propriétaire est accueillante. Le bruit tous les soirs, il y a un night club à proximité et vous avez le son qui résonne jusqu'à au moins 3h du matin, et le matin vous avez un café et comme les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées cela vous réveille à 8h, du coup la nuit est courte.

- Nicollanne (9/5): - The location is really good. The hotel is managed remotely by Hannah who is efficient, quick to respond and very helpful. It was very convenient to be able to leave our bags in the storage there and return late on the day of our departure to change for our midnight flight home. Very noisy as buiding work was being carried out next door but that's not a reflection of the hotel itself. It didn't effect our experience too much as we were out all day.

Can easily hear people walking through the floors and with the coffee shop directly underneath it was always very busy. Elevator weight limit was an absolute joke. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs for our room which was a nightmare in the heat of HCMC

- Sur (8/5): Overall good but lack of cleaning posed a challenge. - The staff was responsive when help was needed and the location was close to popular tourist destinations. Checking in and out was simple and they allowed us to store our luggage after checking out while we explored the town. There was a lack of space in the room and it was difficult to move about when the futon bed had been set up. Our room was also not cleaned despite hanging the available placard requesting cleaning on the doorknob.

- Saranda (10/5): Great stay with excellent location!! - We had a wonderful stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The room was cozy, clean, and well-maintained with a high standard of design. The location was excellent, close to many important attractions and convenient for getting around the city. Even though the room was small, it was thoughtfully arranged and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. The self check-in process was simple and smooth, which made the arrival experience stress-free. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend it. Some noise from outside during the night..

- Angelica (10/5): Very comfortable bed and in a walkable area. - It was near everything. So very walkable. The beds were extremely comfortable, so it was the perfect first stop when arriving in Vietnam. They gave us clear directions to check in after hours and the room was well equipped. I didn't know it was an apartment and not a full service hotel, but that could be my fault for not reading the details fully.

В целом в номере все хорошо работает: душ, кондиционер Отвратительная система само-заселения, после 19:00 входная дверь закрывается и нужно набирать код, который не прислали вам заранее и который срабатывает с пятого раза. Когда прилетаешь вечером с ребёнком, это очень нервно, хочется, чтоб тебя встретили. На утро коридор внизу превращается в шумное кафе с 50ю вьетнамцами на 50ти табуретках. А хотелось бы видеть доброжелательный ресепшн, который решит ваши вопросы и посоветует, где прилично позавтракать. Кроме того, ОЧЕНЬ ШУМНО и в номере ночью (плохие двери) и на улице днем. И ооочень пахнет вьетнамской едой - если вы не фанат, то с открытыми окнами находиться невозможно. Газовые выхлопы и вонь вьетнамской кухни.

- Alexandros (3/5): Dont push people to pay with cash - you should have a card machine at all times. Fix the elevator - location was good - room was nice overall elevator could not handle 2 people - 140 kg total weight. we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor each time. moreover we were pushed by the property manager to make the payment in cash. they accepted card payment but they did not have a POS machine for the payment and we had to arrange a meeting at the property in order for them to bring the POS machine and make the payment. When in vacation i do not want to have to adjust my schedule due to the hotel managers not having a card machine - that is their problem not mine.

- Martha (8/5): Great location, nice place to chill in the hustle and bustle of HCMC - Cubicity is in a great location in district 1 as you can easily walk to the main areas including Ben Tanh market, cafe apartments, museums/independence palace. Great food places nearby too. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning was great. Bathroom also really good and had little extra useful amenities like an ironing board, toiletries, place to put your luggage. Highly recommend going to Pho Minh (open for breakfast) and Ganh Cha (great bun cha) for food. The noise from the street is very loud, even with quality earplugs you can still hear the bass of nearby music, as well as car horns all throughout the night. I imagine you get this in any busy areas in Ho Chi Minh though, and they do supply earplugs for this. Recommend using them, plus an eye mask for the light that comes through the blinds!
- Greg (8/5): Very comfortable & easy access to the best spots to see in Saigon. - Location & convenience. Loved the jacuzzi on the roof top too We couldn’t figure out the code for after hours entry to the building. It could be better explained by manager.
- Roosa (9/5): Great for exploring the city - Clean and tidy, very modern room, just like in pictures. Very good location with a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes around. Great for exploring the city for a few nights. Guests have access to a shared roof terrace with two tubs and a laundry machine. It is self service, so it's easiest to communicate with staff if you have internet / mobile data in your phone. Staff was helpful and communicated with us through WhatsApp.
- Rebecca (8/5): Great spot - Great location and the facilities were super clean. The rooftop terrace and jacuzzi were amazing! The staff were super responsive and helpful, and let us store luggage too! Big room and comfy beds. Quite a noisy club next door. If you're a heavy sleeper it's fine! Not the hotels fault obviously, but worth noting.
- Stephan (8/5): - Wirklich ein ganz tolles Apartment und Hanna ist super hilfsbereit und stets parat. Einzig der Club nebenan hat jede Nacht mit Bass und lauter Musik den Schlaf gestört. Das solltet ihr wissen, ansonsten klare Empfehlung 👍
- Manon (5/5): - La chambre est correcte, le café en bas est très bon. Cependant.... IL Y A UNE BOITE DE NUIT JUSTE A COTE QUI MET LE SON A FOND TOUT LES JOURS DE LA SEMAINE. Impossible de dormir, on a pas pu fermer l'oeil avant la fin des musiques (4h du matin!)
- Anna (7/5): - Location in the city center, very clean room Half of the time there was no warm water in the shower. I tried to use the jacuzzi but it was cold as well. At night it is very noisy, so earplugs are very important (they were provided by the owner).
- Guillaume (10/5): Fantastic stay - Central location close to everything, clean and comfortable room, everything you need. Bit noisy in the streets at nights with bar music (only Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) but ends around 1am max so it is manageable. Hanna was fantastic and always available. Honestly the perfect location for a stay in the city and I would gladly come back.
- Olli Teelmäki (8/5): kohtuu hintainen majoitus, En suosittele hienostolaisille. - Huone oli siisti. mukavat sängyt. Hyvä jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni. ylhäällä oli pesukone/kuivaus mahdollisuus. Alakerrassa kahvila, ja ruokakauppa ihan lähellä myös. Sijainti hyvä, Ilmastointi puhisi suoraan sänkyjä kohti, Meluisa myöhään saakka, koska joku disco jumputti lähistöllä. Korvatulpilla pärjää kyllä. Lämmintä vettä sai odotella toisinaan kauan suihkussa. itsepalvelu hotelli - vain käteismaksu. Pulut kurnutti ikkunan takana.
- Maximilian (10/5): - - Super Lage um District 1 auch fußläufig zu erkunden - Zimmer war wirklich sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet mit großem Smart TV und gemütlichen Betten - Kontaktloses Ein und Auschecken erspart Zeit - Super Erklärung wie Unterkunft zu finden ist und entspannte Aufbewahrung der Koffer In der näheren Umgebungen sind viele Clubs. Das hört man nachts. Uns hat es aber weder aufgeweckt, noch gestört. Wer eher Geräuchsempflindlich ist könnte damit Probleme haben.
