• Francisca (9/5): Spacious fully-equipped studio. - Very clean and spacious, comfortable for a long stay. The place is really new, with welcoming decoration and amenities. Bed is towards the wall, making it less accessible for one of the guests, and because of that it has only one bedside table. Location: it is in a very calm neighborhood, 15 minutes walking from main shopping streets in Shinjuku. Note for first timers like us: Tokyo is massive, find an accommodation close to the areas you'll be visiting, else you will lose a lot of time and money in transportation.

• fipvie (10/5): Klare Empfehlung - gerne wieder! - Die Unterkunft liegt in einer tollen Gegend. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und wirkt insgesamt sehr hochwertig. Für Tokio ist die Unterkunft (2 Stockwerke) außergewöhnlich groß, sodass man genug Platz hat, um sich wirklich wohlzufühlen.

• Denise (10/5): Modern, clean and comfort, an oasis away from the business of Tokyo - It was wonderful to have a kitchenette, washing machine and stepping into the apartment without having to go up stairs or use an elevator. The choice of using two different metro lines depending on where you are exploring for the day is handy. A quiet neighbourhood within walking distances to Shinjuku and eateries. The kitchenette could benefit with a couple of plates for westerners and a box of tissues. These are only minor details but otherwise it was a comfortable stay. PS, some information about rubbish disposal when staying for a few days.
• Christian (10/5): Would recommend. Great property and location! - Beautifully furnished property, obviously brand new (doesn’t show up on google street view even). Clean and great location. Laundry machine and microwave very useful! The pillows are not comfortable at all :-(
• Kohatsu (9/5): True to the name, it's a modern, very pretty place that is also comfortable. - The place was well laid out, with the living space and kitchen on one floor, and the bedroom on the upper floor. It came with essential cooking/eating elements like a microwave, electric stove top, plates, pans, silverware plates, etc. It was very clean, modern, and beautiful. The washer and dryer were great to have. They offered some coffee and tea and hot water kettle, but not cream or sugar. That would've been nice. But that's about it!

• Christopher (8/5): This apartment is super modern, clean and easy to find. - Cleanliness. Proximity to amenities / Lawson and 7-11 are 5 minutes away. The Kiyoshi drugstore is just around the corner so you can get your toiletries and meds there. Location was walkable to many eateries. Staff on call were very responsive and helpful. The entire apartment was beyond our expectations. Bathroom was clean. Bedroom was neat. Full kitchen appliances. The apartment has stairs to the main living area so if you have heavier luggage, hauling them up and down is quite a feat. Pillows in the bedroom are flat and hard ( suggest to bring your own or buy if you prefer standard type of pillows. Shin-Okuba Subway is 8 -10 minutes walk if you need a direct train ride to Shinjuku Station.
• Shoshana (9/5): We had a great stay! If I were to stay in Shinjuku again I would definitely come back here! - Clean, modern, room is big compared to other rooms at this price range in Tokyo. Staff was very responsive and helpful, washing machine/ drier was a huge plus. This is not an issue but you just need to be aware that it is not close to main train line, there is a smaller subway line close by, the F line that can get you to main stations.

• Andrew (10/5): - The room was clean and a lovely place to spend a few days in Tokyo. I usually stay in the Shinjuku area in a hotel and this was a really nice change of pace and scenery. Location is great being close to Higashi-Shinjuku metro station and a short walk to Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo stations. Having a washing machine is a great help as I like to travel light - much easier than dealing with a shared machine in a hotel!
• Andrew (10/5): A chance to live like a Tokyoite - I loved the location, I loved the amenities, and I loved the opportunity to live like a resident of Shinjuku The kitchen was a little bit under stocked (tea towels would have been nice).
• Linda (10/5): Great location with the comforts of home! - The location was wonderful! Close enough to Shinjuku to walk to the main Shinjuku Station or take a metro to the stop that was less than a 5 minute walk to the unit. Felt very safe in the area with my teen boys and found it convenient to get food, snacks, and medicine when needed. The unit felt very modern in the living room/dining area. It was a little different with the toilet being on a separate floor than the shower. Although stairs are shown in the listing photos, I would like to mention there are stairs from the front door of the unit to the main floor (the entrance floor is simply the entrance and a place to put shoes). Then there is another set of stairs to get to the bedroom. The beds were quite comfortable along with the bedding, but would have loved the option of different pillows if possible from the Asian style ones. The shower was spacious and nice and hot which was wonderful after walking around Tokyo all day in the winter. The washer and dryer were so great to have- Thank you!! We had all the comforts of home and with my family of 4, it did not feel cramped at all. I also loved the keyless door entry so my family could split up and enter easily on their own. A few extra towels never hurts, maybe a couple wash clothes and like I mentioned another pillow choice if possible. I understand that is asking a lot!

• Bradley (7/5): Facilities and location top notch, enough to keep this on the radar. Some concerns that do keep it on the fence however. - Pristine property with plenty of amenities. Modern as advertised. Super centrally located in Korea-town with nearby metro and slightly less but still nearby overground rail. Extraordinarily comfortable and quiet vibe. The bed and blanket are a deal breaker for 2 or more, barely fitting one male. Additionally it is priced exceptionally higher than alternatives in Tokyo. Android tablet to communicate with remote staff feels like a security risk at best.
• Chloe (9/5): Perfect for us! - Small but has everything you need and is perfectly located to enjoy everything Shinjuku has to offer without the noise! The design is very smart, and very clean - would highly recommend! We loved everything but we would have loved to have a little more hair/face products made available (there was no conditioner, and even single use packs for makeup removal, toner etc. that you would find at most hotels in Japan would be a nice touch).

• Gloria (9/5): À refaire - La localisation était top Près du métro Très bien aménager Propreté impeccable Produit Aesop Hôte très réactif Les volets laissent passer la lumière mais c’est léger (j’ai le sommeil assez léger mais sinon tout ira bien pour vous) J’ai demandé un fer à repasser mais par mesure de sécurité ils n’en fournissent pas, j’ai donc conseillé de mettre un steamer (plus safe) pour les prochain locataires et elle a pris en compte la demande donc c’est vraiment cool!

• Yossi (9/5): - Quick responses from the landlord to our complete satisfaction. Everything is new and clean. The bed is designed so that if one partner needs to go to the bathroom at night, they have to skip over their partner. This could be fixed by making the wardrobe a little smaller.

• Heather (8/5): Great small apartment in Shinjuku - Great location on a quiet street with the subway very nearby, lots of shops and nightlife a few blocks away. Kitchen is not well equipped with only one pot and two bowls. The windows need better covering as there are bright lights from the neighbours and the front door that don't let the apartment be dark for sleeping.
• Mira (10/5): Zentrales, stylisches Apartment - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen verschiedenen U-Bahn Linien im Herzen von Shinjuku aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Sie ist modern ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz für 2 Personen. Die Waschmaschine war ein Pluspunkt!

There is no staff so checking in on the tablet took a bit of figuring out but other than that it is a very well maintained, luxurious little apartment in the middle of Tokyo. Would stay here again!
• Ilya (7/5): - Good location 10 min by foot from Golden Gai. Washing machine, aesop shampoo and body wash. Nice selection of lights No glasses, no knife, no hair conditioner. It seems it doesn't matter if you stay 1 or 3 nights - it will be the same pack of towels and other. Also there are very thin walls, so we heard our neighbours very good especially at night. Finally, it's nice apartment but is a bit overrated.

• Jiajia (10/5): Highly Recommend for a Relaxing Stay in Shinjuku - I absolutely loved it here; it is both beautiful and extremely convenient. It’s slightly removed from the busiest parts of Shinjuku, which makes it a lot quieter, but you can still easily get to wherever you want by bus — super accessible! What impressed me the most was the attention to detail in the room. Everything was so well thought out and perfectly arranged. There’s a kitchen if you want to cook, a proper dining table, and even a spacious closet. I especially loved the bathroom — the shower and amenities were all from Aesop, which added a luxurious touch. And most importantly, everything was spotless. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Shinjuku but prefers to stay somewhere more peaceful and relaxing. This is definitely one of the best places to stay in the area!

• Maria (10/5): We would stay here again - The apartment had everything we needed from toiletries to laundry detergent and some cutlery/plates, and everything was very clean as well. Check-in was simple even though we arrived in the middle of the night, we were emailed a code to get into the apartment, and we were able to follow the check-in procedure the next morning via a tablet left in the room. The owners were very helpful in providing instructions for finding the apartment as well.

• Somaye (9/5): Great stay - We had a wonderful stay at this facility. It was exceptionally clean, brand new, and very well-maintained. The space had everything we needed, and the washing machine was especially helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the owner was very responsive and quick to assist whenever needed. Thank you for a great experience! The only small challenge was that we needed to change train lines to get to the central area, which could be a bit tiring after a long day — though this might be the case for many other places as well.
• Philip (10/5): Good place to stay in Tokyo - Good new place on a quiet street. Well equipped and the room is good size for Tokyo. It is self-check in and you receive the information well in advance. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to a few lines of the metro/ Jr withing 5-10 min, plenty of shops/ places to eat just around the corner. Good value for money. 10-15 min walk to Kabukicho and the night life but still out of the noise. Very detailed instructions with pictures on how to reach the place from the nearest stations. Pretty much all good.

• Justine (9/5): Comfortable and modern accommodation - Very pleased with this accomodation. It was perfect for our stay. It's in a quiet street with a nice neighbourhood feel, but not too far from the main areas. It's one stop away from the main Shinjuku Station or about 15 mins walk. Bed was very comfortable, room was modern and clean.
• Zidan (10/5): A clean, modern, and well-located stay in Shinjuku, highly recommended! - The hotel facilities are brand new, and the environment is exceptionally clean. The location is excellent—just a 1-minute walk to Higashi Shinjuku Station and about a 20-minute walk to central Shinjuku. It’s a fantastic choice for travelers seeking both convenience and comfort in Tokyo. Everything was great, no complaints.
