- RODRIGO (8/5): - Local e eteutura. Chekin depois das 15:00, se chegar antes fica na rua sem ter lugar para guardar as malas. Nem na recepção foi autorizada a entrada. Tive que procurar outro lugar e me virar com as malas até chegar o horario. Dwveria ser possivel aguardar na recepção até dar o horario do chekin. Além disso a lâmpada do quarto estavam queimadas, e mesmo avisando por whatsapp não houve nemhuma mensão para trocá-las

- Luciano (5/5): The location is great, but there should be more respect for your audience—and you should deliver what you are actually o - The location is good! The management is bad! The bathroom lighting and toilet don't work, there's no hairdryer, initially they argued that there was no hairdryer in that unit, even though this was shown in the facilities section of their own website, and they refused to fix it. After we insisted, they sent a technician, but he couldn't fix anything either. We had to deal with this situation throughout our stay.
