• Rebecca (9/5): Comfortable in a beautiful area with a hostess that went beyond expectations! - Location was perfect! A lovely neighbourhood. Walkable area. Two bathrooms! A nice treat for our group of 4 adults. Many supplies were left that made the day to day easy. A washer and dryer was very appreciated!!! Our host was so sweet, helpful and went beyond our expectations. I would stay there again!!! The only challenge was the narrow winding staircase to the lower level. Not a problem for able persons but not accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. The main floor was street level and very accessible.

• Magdalena (10/5): Wspaniały wypoczynek - Przestronny i bardzo czysty apartament, świetna lokalizacja i kontakt z przemiłą właścicielką, która służy chętnie pomocą w każdej sprawie. Wszystko co potrzebne jest na miejscu, a nawet więcej niż się spodziewasz. Czujesz się tam po prostu jak w domu. Chętnie wrócę w to miejsce. Jedynym mankamentem są bardzo zakręcane schody do sypialni na dole, zniesienie tam większej walizki byłoby chyba niemożliwe. Przy wszystkich zaletach ta wada jest po prostu drobiazgiem.

It had everything you need and is comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet which is very welcome after spending days exploring busy areas of Florence. It also had great restaurants and cafes. Y quisiera destacar a Nicolina, siempre atenta y muy amable . Estuvo para colaborar y ayudar a mi suegra y hasta la alcanzó a la estación del tren para que no caminara . • JUAN (10/5): Un acierto - Apartamento muy cómodo y acogedor , con camas muy buenas. Buen equipamiento de menaje. La propietaria estuvo siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con todas nuestras inquietudes. Si volvemos a Florencia sin duda repetiremos Para nosotros no fue un obstáculo pero quizá lo peor son las escaleras de acceso a la planta del sótano

L’appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal centro, in una posizione comodissima che permette di vivere la città a piedi, ma allo stesso tempo si trova in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla, perfetta per riposare dopo una giornata di camminate. La casa è luminosa, ordinata e curata nei dettagli: si percepisce la volontà di far sentire chi entra davvero bene. C’è un profumo sottile e piacevole. Perfetta pulizia e tutto è disposto con una logica chiara e armonica. Nicoletta: Una donna attenta, molto presente quando serve, sempre pronta a informare e a rispondere, ma mai invadente. In casa c’era tutto: asciugamani, saponi e bagnoschiuma, tisane, sale, olio, sapone per piatti… tutte quelle piccole cose che troppo spesso mancano e che invece fanno la differenza tra un posto in cui “si dorme” e un posto in cui si sta bene. Non abbiamo dovuto pensare a niente. Era tutto li!!! Consiglio questo appartamento a chi cerca più di una casa: a chi desidera un luogo che scaldi, che accolga!. Un grazie speciale all’host: una donna che merita Tornerei volentieri!!

• federica (8/5): - Appartamento curato e pulito ben attrezzato con cucina Oltrarno appena fuori dal centro 20 minuti a piedi in una zona tranquilla dove c'e la possibilita di parcheggiare la macchina a pagamento nei giorni feriali. Staff gentile e ospitale.

It fits seamlessly with the charm of the city, making us feel right at home. But what truly makes this experience special is Nicoletta herself. She is an exceptional hostess, kind, attentive, and always ready to help. She guided us with advice, checked in with us, and even arranged our transport from the airport to the apartment. She genuinely took care of us in every detail. The apartment is already wonderful, but with Nicoletta as the hostess, it becomes unforgettable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting. I loved everything !

• Ruth (8/5): Very good - A great location around Oltrarno. Our host was very responsive and had great recommendations for nearby restaurants. One of the highlights of our stay was our daily morning visit to Il Conventina, just a couple of blocks away, also recommended by our host. Il Conventina is an artist collective with a lovely café and gathering space, quiet and pretty grounds.
• Tami (6/5): Fine for one night - Nicoletta was very sweet, and even went out of her way to park her car in a spot for us so we would have one when we arrived. She also let us drop our bags off early. Beds were not great and it was pretty cramped. The staircase to the lower level was so small that we kept all the luggage upstairs, making it even more crowded with luggage all over the floor. Mandatory 9:30am check out.

• Elkin (10/5): Amazing place!!! - We were amazed by the flat! It's really spacious and super comfortable, perfect for six people. It's in a great location, close to bus stops that'll take you to the train station and the Michelangelo viewpoint. The city center is just a short walk away. We arrived after check-in time, but Nicoletta was so kind and helpful. She showed us how to self-check in and gave us all the info we needed about the flat. Her attention was wonderful. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a cozy place for a group trip, We definitely recommend it!

• Bill (9/5): Superb well-equipped and comfortable apartment in a quiet area 30 minute walk from the centre. - A friendly and helpful host who has a superb apartment south of the River Arno in a quiet area of Florence that is a 20 minute walk from the station and a 30 minute walk into the centre. Everything needed for a stay is provided. The heating and hot water are excellent and beds comfortable. It is worth knowing that the basement bedroom is down a narrow and steep spiral staircase.
• Jaroslav (7/5): Good - The apartment is located near the historic center, all attractions are easily accessible on foot. Clean, cozy, has everything you need. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the house is quite old, one of the bedrooms is in the basement, which is clean and cozy, but there is still a damp smell. The windows from there to the street are tiny and old, it was quite noisy at night. If people walk by on the sidewalk and talk, it feels like they are in the room with you.
• Felipe (10/5): GREAT place, location and host!! - Amazing place, location and host. Everything was good. Only need to following the instructions after the check in. There are two beds and bath, great space. Close to everyplace. The host yet leaved a good wine for us. We were driving, but used the car only to go to the Michelangelo square. The "old town" can be reach easily walking. As in almost whole Italy it is little challenging parking the car, but we knew that and the host helped us a lot with several tips.

Nicoletta had left us a few snacks and some bottled water in the fridge. She gave us all the check in details we would need and directions to the apartment if we wanted to walk from the train station which we did. Great service all round Everything was perfect
• Lier (10/5): Exceptional - Such a lovely apartment to stay in. Check-in was super easy and host gave us lovely recommendations and was always available. Downstairs room sometimes got a little stuffy but aircon available. The downstairs bathroom was quite small, but didn’t matter as we all just shared the upstairs one. Location was super convenient, a lovely walking distance from the main area of Florence.
• Soranac (8/5): Cute house on a quiet street, walking distance to downtown - Big house, two bathrooms, fully equipped and clean. Good location - not too close not too far from downtown. Free parking on the street. The setup of the house is a bit weird, with very narrow stairs to access one of the bedrooms. Not a big deal for a short stay.

• Steffanie (9/5): Happy stay at Firenze apartment - The property was modern, beautifully furnished, and as described, relaxing. Just the right size for a family of 6 people with two bathrooms. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a welcome note and some Italian snacks we enjoyed. Nicoletta was very accommodating as a host even if we were not able to see each other personally, she was always ready to answer our queries. The location is nearby restaurants and shops, to the city center or train station you can take a bus (bus stop is just about few minutes walk from the apartment) or walk for about 20 minutes. One direct bus to go to Piazzale Michelangelo with overlooking of Firenze. Overall, we recommend this stay to others. None
