• M (9/5): - Zeer centraal gelegen, heel aardige eigenaren en personeel en zeer schone ruime kamer Niets aan te merken aan het hotel, beetje verouderd maar alles was zeer netjes en schoon. We verbleven op zondag, in het centrum was weinig te beleven.

• Tim (10/5): A great hotel with staff amazing staff - The staff at the hotel were amazing. Our train from Paris was delayed by several hours, meaning that we arrived after check-in would normally be closed, but they very kindly kept the reception open until we arrived, even though it was very late. They also gave us an excellent recommendation for an Italian restaurant still open to get dinner, which was a lifesaver as we had two very hungry young children. The room was the best family room we've ever stayed in. Very clean and well laid out. The breakfast was also fantastic. We were all very happy. Nothing at all. It was great.

• Mary (10/5): A very pleasant stay. - Bedroom very tastefully decorated. Beautiful sheets . Very comfortable bed. The manager went out of his way to help me. Breakfast was good too. More central would have been better but couldn’t fault hotel. Restaurant not open on Sunday evenings.

We were able to park just outside , it was a short walk to the lovely town centre. Can’t think of anything , we would definitely stay there again.

The husband showed great sympathy for us after our long drive from Paris and prepared a wonderful dinner for us when we arrived late. The wife helped translate and made a phone call for us. My husband enjoyed the breakfast immensely. We were initially disappointed that we did not get the room pictured on the booking.com website. But each room is different, and we ended up liking our room. Be forewarned, there is no elevator, but the hotel is only three stories.

• Kathryn (8/5): Good stay. I would use the hotel again - it was convenient and accepted dogs The door to the very nice bathroom was glazed and partially frosted. The issue as that my tall partner could see over it so I had limited privacy. This was made worse by the fact that the person in the bathroom was reflected in the full length mirror!
