Important Information

The property's reception opening hours are: -Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00, and 17:00 to 20:00 -Saturday: 08:00 to 10:00, and 16:00 to 20:00 Guests arriving before 17:00 or after 19:00 are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in. For stays of 2-6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price, however guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. For stays of 7 nights or more, final cleaning is not included. Breakfast is available for an extra charge: Adult: EUR 10 per person Child {aged 3–10 years}: EUR 5.50 per child Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 9 each or bring their own. Please note that the city tax and security deposit are to be paid upon arrival. A child's high chair and a cot are available by request for an extra charge of EUR 15 per stay each, or EUR 25 per stay for both. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 10 per night, or EUR 59 per week. La situation géographique permet des supers balades à vélo le long de la côte. Pour des amoureux de la nature et des promenades aux Sables d'Olonne, c'est parfait !

Les prestations comprises dans l'offre Bookin ne semblent pas êtres intégrées par le personnel Lagrange. Par exemple le ménage en fin de séjour.

Hussein (2/5): Very poor - Only the location Avoid at all costs. An absolute disgrace. This place is a scam from start to finish. We booked an apartment via Booking with a separate living room, bedroom, and sofa bed. Upon arrival? We were given a tiny studio that smelled strongly of urine, with bunk beds and a sofa bed. Nothing like the photos. After complaining, they “upgraded” us… when in reality, they just gave us the apartment we had originally booked. To make matters worse, they asked us to send an email to help them lie to their management and justify this fake upgrade. Then, they even tried to charge us extra for it. Dishonest and shocking behavior. It gets worse: €100 was charged to our card after our stay, allegedly because we didn’t fold the towels, left some dishes in the sink, and failed to take out the trash. Seriously? The apartment was barely clean when we arrived, we had to make our own beds, no cleaning service was provided… and yet they expected us to leave the place spotless? By their logic, the dishes you’ll use when you arrive were washed by the previous guests. How can they guarantee any level of hygiene in these conditions? This is nothing but pure theft. No respect for customers, constant lying, questionable hygiene, and abusive practices. On top of that, professionalism is sorely lacking: the check-in process was total chaos, with two groups arriving at the same time (us, a party of three, and an elderly couple), and they left people waiting over 30 minutes just to check in. The photos are completely misleading. Everything is photoshopped and does not reflect reality at all.
Chris (1/5): Terrible so bad that we left two days early - Nothing The apartment was not clean it was really small with basic facilities. The staff were not prepared to assist much at all with my request for early check out. The one receptionist was very sweet but the others totally unhelpful. In fact they refused to call me when a parcel I was expecting arrived.

Stephanie (7/5): Good - Good views overlooking the pool and ocean. Apartment was a bit better than basic, but had all the essentials. Parking readily available. Blackout curtains were great. Kitchen had all the essentials for preparing a light meal. location was good to view the ocean at sunset and had a few restaurants in walking distance so I could have wine with dinner without driving or taxi. No wifi. About an hr walk to the main part of town and beach swimming areas. Linen etc should be available to select on booking not pay after as dampens the experience. Reception not 24hrs. Advertised bike rental on premises non existent at the time we went (may). Second bedroom could not fit my friends suitcase! Every square inch occupied was by the bunk bed.
