• Gerald (4/5): A bit let down - It was well located. The host changed our accommodation on the morning we traveled out to Germany and offered us a smaller, less well equipped apartment. Because of the very short notice and the fact we had nowhere else to stay, we accepted this change but did make a complaint on our return.
• Büyük (2/5): - Unfortunately, I do not have a positive experience with this accommodation. The flat is located in the same location as the apartment's storage area. There was a damp smell. It wasn't hot enough. Even though we agreed on the reservation time, I could not enter the apartment when I arrived. I called your landlord a few times, but he didn't answer my phone. Then he gave information via message. He asked me to come after 1 hour. The way he expressed it was not polite at all. The flat is definitely not worth the money. I request a refund or discount.
• Nicole (1/5): - Booking.com hat sich um alles gekümmert und war ein guter Ansprechpartner. Bekommen unser Geld zurück und eine Mitarbeiterin hat eine Alternative für uns gefunden. Habe diese Wohnung bereits im Januar gebucht, also 5 Monate vor der Reise. Drei Tage vorher fällt dem Vermieter dann auf, dass es eine Doppelbuchung gibt und wir nun nicht mehr anreisen können. Statt einem Anruf gab es nur eine SMS. Alternativ Wohnung wurde zunächst angeboten, dann aber per SMS, ohne Anrede Entschuldigung oder der Gleichen, einen Tag vorher auch abgesagt. Bei Anruf geht keiner ans Telefon. Wirkt alles eher unseriös. Würde hier kein zweites Mal buchen.

• Krystian (10/5): - Everything you need when you're seeking for a very decent place for a very decent money. Great service, the landlord is more than kind, he's at your service anytime and he really cares for your comfort during your stay. Constant contact which is higly valued, good standard of the apartment. I can only say: it's worth it! None. I can say nothing bad about this apartment.
