• Giorgia (6/5): - La posizione è sicuramente il loro punto di forza, l'appartamento è grande e spazioso dotato di vari comfort. La pulizia è davvero un punto negativo appena arrivati, (lo staff aveva in teoria appena pulito il nostro appartamento) abbiamo fatto notare come il servizio fosse stato eseguito in maniera a dir poco vergognosa. Peli e capelli ovunque macchie a terra che dimostravano come non fosse nemmeno stato passato uno straccio. Non basta una buona posizione per avere 10 come punteggio basterebbe davvero poco per migliorare la situazione, è davvero triste notare come ci si perda in un bicchiere d'acqua. È stato il nostro secondo anno in questa struttura lo scorso anno già avevamo segnalato la scarsa pulizia e nonostante tutto la situazione non è migliorata! Dopo averlo fatto notare comunque ci è stata proposta una Pulizia straordinaria la mattina seguente al nostro arrivo per cercare di rimediare alla situazione, che è stato solo aspirare il tappeto e un pochino il pavimento! Ma non è questo quello che ci si aspettava da questo tipo di struttura.

• Elvis (10/5): - The property was exactly as shown in the foto, modern, clean, right in the centre of the city. The kitchen was with all things provided, there was also the espresso machine ect. It was a good value for money. Also the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there ✨
• Daniel (9/5): Un appartement parfait pour notre escale de 7 jours à Séville et pour tout visiter facilement. - Un appartement moderne, propre, grand et très bien équipé, incluant une laveuse-sécheuse pour les vêtements. L'appartement était situé sur une rue piétonne et près des marchés alimentaires et des restaurants. Sa localisation centrale était excellente pour visiter les monuments historiques et certains musées par de courtes de distances à pied. Rien en particulier. Un détail: le grille pain, quoique de design ingénieux, était peu efficace: griller le pain était trop long.

Tesis mesajlara cok hızlı dönüyor. Kısa bir tatil icin gerekli her sey(camasirlik, tabak, bardak gibi)var. Mutfak buyuk ve eşyalar temiz. Banyonun buyuk olmasi ve bide yer alması olumlu. Ev bir koridor gibi oldugundan sadece salonda apartman boşluğuna bakan pencere ile yatak odasında pencere var ve bu da biraz karanlık olmasına neden olmus. 2.odada kapı yok, perde ile kapanması bir eksik. Yatak odasına gitmek icin orta bölümde bulunan tuvaletten geçmek gerekiyor. Müşteriler arasi daha detaylı bir temizlik gerekiyor( yatak odasında giyilmiş bir çorap vardi)

• M (4/5): Watch out 2 bedroom apartment is only a 1 bedroom one - Location We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms. We got an apartment with 1 bedroom and two small beds in the living room separated by a curtain! So no privacy at all. Apartment was next to a very busy street with a lot of noise in the street until very late. So no sleep. No hot water in the morning so no shower. Communication via AI, not very client friendly.

• Gaelle (5/5): Très décevant - Le logement (1E) est extrêmement sombre, la fenêtre du salon donne sur une minuscule cour intérieure avec un vis à vis direct et la fenêtre du la chambre est située dans une ruelle sombre avec un vis à vis direct. Il est absolument nécessaire d’allumer les lumières. Les photos du site booking ne reflète pas le logement et pour cause on ne sait pas à l’avance quel logement va nous être attribué. Si j’avais su qu’il était au premier étage je ne l’aurais pas pris.

Estaban arreglando la Calle y durante todo la Noche pasaban los autos y hacían ruidos sobre un chapón que estaba sobre el pavimento. El agua caliente para bañarse solo nos alcanzó para bañarnos dos integrantes de la familia. Tuvimos que esperar para que vuelva a salir caliente.

Apartment is comfortable and spacious, especially for two people. The decoration is modern. In the bathroom we would expect to have some more furnitures. A mirror in the living room would be also helpful.

Pas de clé, un code.permet d'entrer dans l'appartement: idéal ! Disponibilité du personnel (et du chatbot) pour repondre à nos questions. 1er étage sans visibilité sur l'extérieur mais on s'en accommode. Et si les voisins sont bruyants dans les couloirs, on les entend beaucoup.

O apartamento é muito confortável, roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade e an area da sala e cozinha são espaçosas para os momentos descontraídos da família. Poderia ser um pouco melhor equipada com utensílios de cozinha e o banheiro fica entre os dois quartos. Para acessar o quarto principal precisa passar pelo banheiro e o segundo quarto é fechado com uma cortina. Funciona bem para uma família mas se as pessoas não tiverem tanta intimidade talvez seja ruim.

• Z08AXB45 (9/5): Perfect location. Spotless clean. - The apartment looks brand new. Everything was sparkling clean. Excellent location - close to an area where taxis/buses are available and really close to everything. The check-in was done online and the door code was provided electronically. This is great for those who may need to arrive late due to delayed flight, for example. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Really minor issues, but you need to be aware of them. We stayed here at the end of November and it was a bit chilly in the large bedroom - it took several hours for it to warm up. It was fine after that, though. The bathroom separates the large bedroom from the living room, so you can't get to that bedroom if anyone is using the bathroom. The large bedroom is facing a side street and, for unknown reasons, some construction was going on at midnight, for a couple of nights! The soundproofing couldn't help very much with that noise. Limited daylight - one set of windows in the large bedroom and one in the living room. It didn't bother me very much, since we were mostly out during the day.

• ANGEL (9/5): - Ubicación, es amplio y moderno Quedamos apalabrado con personal del apartamento que dejaríamos algo de comida y bebida en la nevera para cuando pudiéramos entrar en el apartamento, poder comer algo, cual fue la sorpresa que cuando volvimos no había nada en la nevera. Esas cosas no pueden pasar hay que coordinarse mejor entre el personal.

Très propre et très confortable. Très bien agencé et équipé, tous les équipements de cuisine nécessaires (à l'exception du manque de cuillères - deux seulement à disposition). Grande salle de bain avec un grande douche (une étagère aurait été toutefois appréciable pour poser les nécessaires de toilette). Très bonne literie. Accueil par messagerie très efficace et attentionné. Et avec en cadeau très sympathique, une petite bouteille de rioja. Quelques nuisances sonores en provenance de la rue durant la nuit. Sinon, rien à signaler.

• Mauro (7/5): Grandi potenzialità con piccoli accorgimenti - Posizione e grandezza appartamento Da migliorare la pulizia: partiamo dal pavimento che non sembrava lavato, con polvere e capelli in giro; il divano era sporchissimo e per sederci abbiamo dovuto coprirlo con un lenzuolo bianco. Molta polvere sui paralumi sopra il tavolo da pranzo e divano. ABOLITE le piante di plastica, veramente tristissime. Inoltre consiglio di togliere il tappeto del soggiorno in quanto sarebbe come avere la moquette: immaginate quante persone ci sono passate con scarpe che sono state ovunque. Tv non satellitare, solo canali in lingua.

• Francisco (8/5): Buen apartamento, con excelente localización. - El dormitorio estaba muy bien y silencioso. Todo el apartmento muy limpio. La localización muy buena. Era lo que buscaba, en el centro de la ciudad. En dos ocasiones hubo problemas con la alarma de incendios que estuvieron sonando unas 4-5 horas. Muy molesto. Entiendo que era un problema del edificio, y no de la empresa que renta los apartamentos. Por otro lado, me gustaría recomendar que pongan algún pequeño armario o estantería en el cuarto de baño para guardar cosas. Aunque no fue un problema para mí, creo que si van dos personas es inconveniente tener solo el lavabo para colocar cosas en el cuarto de baño. Incluso, para tener más espacio para guardar cosas, se recomienda que las mesillas de noche sean más funcionales (con cajones) y no solo para dar soporte a las lámparas. Son pequeños consejos que ayudan si los que van a estar en el apartamento son 2 o más personas.

Or mittens to handle hot kitchen stuff. Property is located immid of the old town, which means you cannot reach it by taxi to the door.
