• Graziela (7/5): - A localização, o prédio, a cama, a limpeza, os funcionários no geral. Há retorno da exaustão do banheiro, o que deixa um cheiro muito ruim no apartamento. Isso precisa ser resolvido. Falta um aviso na porta da varanda de que, se fechá-la, ela tranca por dentro. Fiquei presa do lado de fora por 40 minutos e faltou habilidade do porteiro em providenciar a minha liberação, sob a alegação de que ele estava sozinho na portaria. A situação era uma emergência, não foi razoável aguardar tanto tempo.

• peirita (10/5): El lugar ideal para unos dias tranquilos en Río - El apartamento es super moderno, boen decorado, espacioso para su tamaño, bien distribuido, con sandwichera, microhondas, cafetera, cocina, horno y lavadora.tambien tiene piscina muy bien equipada. La ubicacion espectacular, cerca de metro, bares, restaurantes y playa. Conserjería 24/7 y parking gratis. Muy buena disposicion a nuestras dudas, todo perfecto. Nada. Hay un bar abajo un poco ruidoso pero cierra a las 9,pm y silencio.

• Nathalia (10/5): Muito boa - O apartamento estava extremamente limpo e o anfitrião sempre pronto a nos ajudar. A equipe do prédio muito educada e solicita. A localização do prédio é impecável, diversos restaurantes na rua e a praia a apenas 5min a pé. A piscina no último andar tem uma vista maravilhosa Senti apenas falta de uma frigideira para cozinhar. A garagem é apertada então pode ser difícil para carros maiores manobrarem para entrar e sair.
• Tércio (10/5): Espetacular!!! - Localização excelente. A recepção é a cereja do bolo. Bira, Fábio e os outros recepcionistas são muito educados, atenciosos e prestativos. Recomendo a acomodação, tudo muito organizado e funcional. Já me hospedei outras vezes e sempre que posso retorno ao apartamento.

Acho que poderia ter um kit com alguns itens que só vende em quantidades maiores. Por exemplo, produtos para utilizar na máquina de lavar, sal, açúcar, azeite ou manteiga etc. Só isso mesmo.

Divisão do espaço e comodidades, vista lateral, localização excelente para quem gosta do Leblon. Sugiro pintura, reparo, havia locais no teto com mofo- parede superior lateral cozinha e banheiro teto. Cheiro do ralo do banheiro .

Fazemos tudo andando até altas horas, rua movimentada com absolutamente tudo que precisamos. Restaurantes bares e mercado 24h. Melhor localização da zona sul! Dias Ferreira! Única questão é o barulho. Mas é BEM sútil. Mas pode ser que alguém se incomode. Não foi algo que nos incomodou e eu tenho sono leve. Voltaria !!

• Yvette (9/5): Fantastic stay in Leblon - Beautiful Leblon apartment! It’s comfortable, a great location close to many good restaurants and the beach. The metro isn’t far either, but there’s also a car spot available if you do have a car. We had a fabulous stay here with the views from the rooftop as our personal highlight. Unfortunately the pool was out of order but with the beach so close by we didn’t miss it.

• Rachel (4/5): Very dirty and was extremely disappointing. I left early because I couldn’t handle the smell. - Dirty. Dirty sheets, bed, shower, everything. Stains everywhere. Smelled horrible and wouldn’t go away being aired out. Was hard to sleep on the bed, and stay in the apartment with the smell.

• Ryan (8/5): Great location! Comfortable stay for single travelers or couples. - Fantastic location. Close to the best restaurants, bars, and beaches in Rio. Easy check-in. Very safe, security building with 24/7 security. The pool and roof top are nice, too. The views are AMAZING from the roof. I enjoyed eating lunch on the roof with the views. Great wifi and clean apartment. VERY close to grocery stores so it was nice to buy snacks and breakfast items. There was an issue with toilet paper when I checked in (it was missing in the bathroom), so I went to go buy some, which was annoying. But the host let the front deck know and brought some paper to me, even though I had already bought some. Some miscommunication there. Also, there is a random cleaning schedule of the apartment (not every day I guess?). It can also can get loud at night with traffic and music from downstairs restaurants until midnight. There is a gym and sauna, but the gym was closed every time I tried to open the door. Couldn't find the sauna? The kitchen was missing cooking essentials (oil, salt, etc.) so I had to buy that. I had to buy laundry soap/detergent too... not included with the apartment.
