• Isabelle (8/5): Très bon séjour dans la verdure à proximité de toutes les commodités - La verdure, l’emplacement à l’écart de la ville , la proximité de la plage , la piscine et les abords spacieux, l’aménagement du logement, l’accueil par Alvaro Un peu juste au niveau couverts et bols , manque 2 fauteuils pour la terrasse , prise cafetière + porte du réfrigérateur à remettre correctement , poignée porte baie vitrée dévissée, baie vitrée très bruyante et difficile à ouvrir, beaucoup de bruit dans le logement au dessus la nuit vers 2h et 4.30
• Amy (1/5): Not a good experience and if you want to sleep or rest do not book this property. - The location was good. The noise every night was really really bad, the people in the apartment up over the one I was staying in made so much noise that I could not sleep until around 3 in the morning, a dog barking, people walking over and back in high heel shoes and dragging chairs across the floor and it sounded like they were going to land in on top of my apartment. I informed the property manager and he apologised and said if it happened the next night to inform him. It happened the next night, I informed him, he said he was out but would check when he was back but the noise continued. The cleaner arrived at my door at 11am and unlocked the door and started to come in after just knocking once and not even waiting for me to answer. She was so rude, she had no english so just pointed at her watch to say its time to move out. Check out is at 11am which is unreasonable especially after I went there to rest and I got such little sleep thanks to the people in the other apartment. This rental has so many rules yet it seems they don't apply the same strict standards to the person renting and paying the money who should have the rights to have quite sound free stays. One of the worst experiences I have had in Marbella and I have been going to Marbella my whole life.
• Vanessa (4/5): Decepcionante. - El ventilador de la habitación y las instalaciones de la urbanización todo muy cuidado y la piscina en buenas condiciones. El sumidero de la ducha se atascaba por lo que tenias que estar pendiente todo el rato que no se saliera el agua, la lavadora no funcionaba y la secadora estaba llena de arena de playa, por otro lado la limpieza deja mucho que desear ya que había hormigas, las cortinas de salón tenían manchurrones de que no han visto la lavadora en años, el estropajo y la bayeta se encontraban sucias como si otra persona las hubiera utilizado, las toallas de la ducha presentaban pelotillas negras y un poco de mal olor, además las mesillas de la habitación estaban sucias y una de ellas con mocos pegados, el armario olía fatal, el tendedero estaba oxidado, el sofá estaba sucio y roto y algunos de los utensilios de la cocina sucios. Por último, las fotos no van acorde con la realidad, en conclusión, no hay una buena relación entre calidad-precio.

• Dario (9/5): Nice apartment, lovely ground, 10 minutes walking to central Banús - Great apartment! It's about a 10-minute walk to Avenida Playas del Duque, or you can go the more scenic way, down past Mistral Beach and along the prom. The grounds of this apartment are beautiful and well-maintained. The pool is great, clean and when I visited, there was hardly anyone there! The bed is comfortable, and the apartment has oven, microwave, coffee maker and the shower is good. The best apartments I've stayed in always have useful items like tin foil, kitchen roll, salt and pepper, olive oil, other condiments - just to make it more of a home from home and save on having to buy a lot of essentials. Just a small gripe, but worth knowing.
