Villarroel (8/5): - Ubicación y el espacio del departamento En la recepción, un tema puntual y excepcional que experimenté fue un imprevisto durante el viaje de Pisa a Roma, debido a un incendio cercano a las vías. Esto provocó un retraso en la llegada. Más allá de la preocupación lógica por la espera, lo que llamó mi atención fue que, pese a tratarse de una demora totalmente ajena a nosotros y ocasionada por un factor externo, inicialmente se nos aplicó un cargo de 150 euros, que luego se ajustó a 80 euros. Por otro lado, durante la estadía no hubo acceso a internet. Nos informaron que el problema provenía de la compañía proveedora, es decir, también se trataba de un tercero. En este caso no se presentó ningún reclamo. En resumen, ambos episodios tienen en común que fueron originados por situaciones externas y fuera de nuestro control; sin embargo, mientras en el primero se nos aplicó un costo por un hecho ajeno (sabiamos que la llegada era a las 20 horas maximo), en el segundo se asumió naturalmente como un inconveniente externo y no generé ninguna queja

Mausami (7/5): Okay, not great - The size of the apartment was good. The road on which it is located is not nice or clean. Quite featureless, no good views from any window, no direct sunlight anywhere. Furniture was very poor quality, some chairs were non functional.
Durmus (4/5): Unfortunately the apartment did not meet our expectations except the location. - The location of the apartment was very good, walking distance to many places, especially Termini. Internet connection was good. The sheets were clean. The kitchen utensils were adequate. The washing machine was particularly problematic. We could not use it. Also, on the third day, the dirty water in the machine poured completely into the room. When we told the authorities about this situation, instead of helping, they talked like they blamed us. We did not like this situation at all. In addition, no one helped to clean this dirty water. We had to clean it with our own means. And that's why I have a low booking score.
Regina (8/5): Very good - The location is great: metro is just around the corner or it's 15 mins walk to Coloseum. The flat itself is stylish. Everything was clean. Some things (like that there is a special switcher for hot water in the shower) were not mentioned during check-in and it created a bit of confusion during our stay. Although there is a dishwasher in the flat, there were no dishwasher tablets and not even dishwashing soap, so we had to ask for it.
