• Vlastimil (1/5): I will never stay here again - The facility is nice, room comfortable, really nice place to stay The operational staff is complete disaster. I arrived after walking 35km totally tired and there was nobody at reception and on my paid booking was said reservation cancelled. I called the hotel representative, he was everything but helpful, talk to me in very bad way and he asks for one more booking at double price. Really far from the behaviour such a hotel should have. It was disappointing and I will not stand here anymore. I asked booking for help and very the same, disappointing communication not willing to help in difficult situation

• Evangelos (8/5): - Πολύ ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Πολύ καλός καφές στο πρωινό! Κλείσαμε τρίκλινο δωμάτιο, με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι, για τον καναπέ κρεβάτι δεν υπήρχαν σεντόνια ούτε πετσέτες, σε επικοινωνία μαζί τους μας έστειλαν σε κοινόχρηστη ντουλάπα να πάρουμε μόνοι μας. Το πρωινό βασικό χωρίς ποικιλία και σίγουρα όχι αντάξιο του Ελβετικού τουριστικού προϊόντος!!
• Desiree (10/5): - Goede service. Bij aankomst in de kamer bleek er een bed te weinig te zijn opgemaakt (slaapbank was onze nr 3 slaapplek). Nadat we bij de online receptie gebeld hadden met het servicenummer is het netjes opgelost. Zeer ruime kamer met prachtig uitzicht op het meer: Er is een online check in, daar ben ik geen fan van maar het functioneert wel goed. Het kan dat je in het gebouw ernaast verblijft, mijn medereizigers sliepen daar, het was wat donker er te komen.
• Peter R. (1/5): Nur im Hochsommer geeignet - Tolles Haus hätte perfekt sein können. Das ganze Haus hat keine Heizung und in der Nacht waren Temperaturen um die 0 Grad. Laut den Nachbarn ist das Haus normal nur im Sommer geöffnet. Das Einchecken war sehr sehr sehr mühsam. Kein einziger Mitarbeiter im ganzen Haus. Wir haben fast 2 Stunden und etliche Telefonate mit der Serviceleitung gebraucht bis man uns in ein Hotel mit Heizung umgebucht hat.

• David (10/5): - I don't usually leave reviews but this ancient building, beautifully restored and tastefully decorated was excellent. I like how the decoration of the room was simple and sparse in keeping with the period of the building. I realise that the world is moving to not having a real person to interact with at check in but it's impersonal and I could imagine for older people, very confusing. Please come back to having a real hotel receptionist. People want to interact with humans, not screens.
• Wim (6/5): Geautomatiseerd overnachten op mooie locatie. - De locatie en het gelegen zijn in het dorp zelf. De kamer in het Farbhaus was groot. Het is sfeervol in een oud chalet. Parkeren kan in de grote parkeergarage. Om zeven uur wakker gebeierd worden door de klokken van kerk geeft meteen een Zwitserland-gevoel. De ontvangst is volledig geautomatiseerd en dat doet kil aan. Het werkt, maar een mens vindt het fijn om zich welkom te voelen. Bij uitchecken zelfde,op het scherm verschijnt.niet eens een bedankje of een goede reis gewenst. Jammer. Het ontbijt was karig, mager en onpersoonlijk, dingen werden niet bijgevuld, de melk in de koffiemachine was op, de kaas was op, het roerei was op. Duidelijk bezuinigd op personeel en gastvrijheid. De kamer direct onder het schuine dak was benauwd en warm,, gelukkig kwamen we een eind met de ramen open omdat het in de avond afkoelt. De prijs kwaliteitverhouding is beslist onvoldoende.
• Ute (7/5): Tolles Hotel, sehr schlechter Service und nicht funktionier Ende digitale Prozesse. Schade! - Die sehr gute Lage und das schöne alte Gebäude. Vor allem aber die sehr sehr nette Dame, die morgens für den Frühstücksdienst verantwortlich war. Selten so eine verbindliche, hilfsbereite nette Dame gehabt. Der gesamte Eincheck-Prozess war eine Katastrophe! Wir kamen an, es gab kein Personal, da es Ausfälle beim Personal gab. Wir wollten digital einchecken, aber das Tablet im Eingangsbereich funktionierte nicht. Dann habe ich bei der Hotline angerufen, doch ich hatte nur einen Sprachassistenten. Das Gespräch war sehr teuer, da ich aus Deutschland komme und in der Schweiz nicht telefonieren wollte. Was ich aber leider tun musste. Letztlich hatte eine andere Dane, die zeitgleich einchecken wollte, irgendwann Glück an der Hotline und hat mir dann ihr Telefon gegeben, damit auch ich einen Ansprechpartner bekomme. Selbst meine Tochter, die „digital native“ ist, war alles andere als begeistert. Fazit: ich habe kein Problem mit digitalen Prozessen, aber w n es gar kein „echtes Personal“ gibt vT, muss die Technik klappen.

• Michael (9/5): - It's an astonishingly beautiful, old builing, nicely renovated inside. The room was very spacious and even had a fridge. Good breakfast. If you are over 1.85cm, you want to be careful about the ceiling height (apparently, in the old days people were smaller).
• Martin van der Broek (8/5): Mooie locatie voor actief bezoek aan Zwitsterland - Ruime kamer. Leuk dorp met aantal gezellige restaurants. Er was geen airco op de kamer. Plafond was laag, Ik denk 200cm. Ik ben zelf 1.92. Is denk ik goed te vermelden

• Aileen (9/5): A privilege to stay here! - Loved staying in the historical building. Great facilities for spa and health rooms. Help from Staff when needed was excellent. Nice to have breakfast onsite. Prefer more staff contact rather than self check in etc Would have liked tea and instant coffee and cream facilities in the room.

• Zhang (10/5): It's great. I'll come again. - A great experience. An old house with a long history. The breakfast is very rich. It's a very beautiful scenery when you go outside. The parking garage is not easy to find, and it is recommended to place signs to guide.
