• Elaine (7/5): Got it cheap, but not for us - Location was good, easy to pick keys up. Clean apartment apart from the floor.Well equipped kitchen. Good wifi, good communication. Friendly bar staff at pool bar. You get what you pay for. Stayed for 28 nights the apartment is not suitable for long stay but we got it very very cheap. The third pool which was only 10 yards away was closed the whole time we was there(not owners fault). Balcony got no sun at all (but we knew that before we went) didnt realise how much we would miss the sun on the balcony. The patio furniture needs replacing not fit for use , the table rocked and the chairs were uncomfortable. Settee very uncomforable. But one of the worst thing was the 3 dogs barking the worst 1 been above us from early morning till late at night not every day but most days. Went to reception to complain but they were not interested. Husband was sick of shouting at it. The good thing was you couldnt hear it in the bedroom. The floors need a deep clean and not just a mopping. The apartment is ok for 7-10 days providing that 3rd pool is open. And you have only 2 small children.

• PAUL (7/5): Passable - Location was good , a nice addition with the 3 pools. Overall good value for money. Kitchen well equipped. Good TV and fast WiFi. Ok for 2 Adults and 2 small kids but not older children. The sofa bed is very hard. We needed to request a mattress topper otherwise not useable. Bathroom door jams frequently. Bedding and towels smelt musty. €200 security deposit which has to be in cash. Search @paulbudd1978 YouTube for review
• Neil Casey (7/5): Just okay - Good location, clean and reasonably well equipped, good price, managers very helpful and even provided lift to the airport.. Bed uncomfortable, pillows need changing (too soft and not enough), only one set of thin towels, no beach towels, no spare bedding, bath needs grab rails for less mobile people to get in and out), no sunshine on balcony so hard to dry clothes. Not disabled friendly as some had described.

Contact met de persoon van de sleutel afgifte ging wat stroef. Stuurde een verkeerde lokatie en bij het uitchecken was hij niet flexibel met de tijd

• Chalmers (6/5): Apartment was good apart from the ants and washing machine - Spacious an airy with the windows open and being up high so it was more cooler There was ants all over our food in the morning which were on the worktops , tried moving it on the table but they were all over it there too , couldn’t get the washing machine to go on a 40 cycle as it kept going back to 60 tried every colder cycle but no joy
• Kelly (6/5): May 2025 - Pool bar staff super friendly and drinks are reasonably priced. Great little bars and restaurants just outside of the complex. Communal areas clean and well maintained Located right at the top of the complex, lots of stairs and steep ramps, lifts did not feel the safest and were very slow Host sent access details to wrong number even though this was on the initial booking. Gave them a call and were sent through to correct number. Wrong access code given to padlock to obtain keys, gave them a call and correct number provided. Only 1 set of keys provided even though we were told another set would be bought next day. Complex itself was nice but would not use booking.com again-would book directly with the complex itself

• Geoff (10/5): Our happy place - Great location for us, ideal for the area we love to be bars and restaurants close to the apartment also due to the fact easily accessible for mobile scooters great that it's on the lower level for charging the scooter too.
• Jonathan (3/5): Nice apartment but not as advertised & poorly run - Good location Good price Like the pool & the bar We booked 2 rooms for 4 people but only 1 room had a double bed & 2nd room only had 1 single bed! My friend had to sleep on the sofa for the week The contact for the apartment did not meet us until 3 hours after I first made contact & did not answer his phone - very poor! We sat around waiting for hours this was not acceptable Only 1 set of keys provided & 2nd set of keys only provided a few days later
• Alex (4/5): Decent size and clean enough but bad smell coming from drains, poor shower pressure and it’s right next to motorway whic - Decent size, was clean and a nice view from the balcony. I suppose we got what we paid for kind of, but it’s certainly not 3 star worthy. The location isn’t where it says on the map shown. It’s actually right next to the motorway, and that’s extremely loud. We struggled to sleep most nights and were woken by the traffic, especially motorbikes. There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom drainage, which filled the whole apartment with a musty, damp kind of smell. Bed in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable, you could feel the bed slats through the thin mattress. There was only 1 fan, but we asked the owner to bring another which he did. The shower water pressure was terrible to be honest, it fluctuated and almost switched off. It was like someone was pedalling it.

• Neil (9/5): Lovely Apartment Ideal for Families - Lovely size apartment, ideal for families with children (just the two of us). Apartment was clean and had some extras (beer, cider, etc) left for us, as well as washing up liquid, shower gel, shampoo, suncream, sugar, salt, etc. Awful drain smell from toilet, despite buying air freshener. Only real thing that let the apartment down. Could have done with more than half a toilet roll on first day/night. Us English also like a toaster but there was a sandwich maker which made up for it.

• Razvan (8/5): Overall very pleasant - Very spacious, comfortable apartment that is very well equipped. The double glazing insulates the apartment well from nearby motorway noise. Very nice host who provided clear instructions. There is ample Sea view with the caveats below. There are 2 possible nuisances to be aware of. The nearby motorway for both noise and pollution on the terrace. The bathroom drains stink despite best efforts to have it bleached before we arrived. So we had to keep the bathroom door closed and use sessions brief. We have only accessed the terrace at night when motorway traffic calms down.
• Thomas (8/5): Appartment was big and clean, also pool was great and location perfect for beach and local amenities. - The property was safe and secure place to stay . Only problem a found was shower wasn’t that good and tv didn’t work .
• Maria (9/5): Excellent location, easy walk to sea - Excellent location, just behind pool 3. Only 5 steps up to the apartment. If you walk between the pools and bar and leave via the gate just past the bar there are only gentle slopes down to the sea. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything you needed. Wifi signal was excellent, as was TV. Communication with host and host's representative was within minutes, issues dealt with as soon as possible. No one bagged sun loungers so there were almost always loungers available. Host did offer transfer to and from the airport at a very reasonable rate. There was a washing machine which was a nice surprise. Pool bar was good value with lovely staff. There are a couple of minimarkets next to and just below the Sun Inn just down the road which had all the basics. Not really a negative, not sure if the apartment ever gets the sun. We were there middle of March and the sun never hit the balcony which is fine as the apartment was always cool despite temperatures of 27 degrees and higher around the pool, but it did mean that it took ages to dry damp towels unless you took them down to the pool.

• Ajda (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, nice host, clean appartment with all the equipment for cooking. The lady wanted 27 euros to take us to the airport Tenerife South, which is 10 minutes away with the car. Its better and off course cheaper to take the bus directly to the airport (its around 3 euros per person) or taxi, which is between 20 and 25 euros.
