• Antonio (9/5): Armonía entre entorno y la practicidad - El lugar es muy especial, la atmósfera, la atención amable del personal y el amor extra de Clarita siempre me harán regresar. Además, la ubicación es inmejorable y el espacio de parqueadero es único para la congestionada Santa Rosa. Realmente para el precio, la calidad de las habitaciones podría ser un poco mejor.

• Laura (8/5): Un entorno hermoso y personal muy atento - La Hacienda es preciosa y todo está muy bien cuidado y limpio, las habitaciones son enormes y las camas muy cómodas. El personal es muy muy atento, incluso una de las camareras se prestó para hacerme unas fotos y otro de ellos a hacer un pedido de comida a domicilio ya que la cocina estaba cerrada cuando llegué. Tuve la mala suerte de que se estropeó la caldera de agua caliente en la tarde - noche del día que llegué, y al irme a la mañana del día siguiente, no pude ducharme con agua caliente. Un inconveniente puntual. También a tener en cuenta que la cocina cierra a las 7pm y las opciones de cenar quedan un poco retiradas en el pueblo.

• Nathalie (4/5): Décevant et beaucoup trop cher ! - Emplacement près des thermes de Santa Clara - cadre extérieur sympa - personnel gentil Chambre sombre et avec une fenêtre et la porte qui ne fermaient pas à clé - demande de changer (les autres n'étaient pas nettoyées !!) alors qu'on était les seules dans l'hôtel ! Prix beaucoup trop élevé pour ce que c'est (cela paraissait tellement typique et familial) - petit-déjeuner fait à la minute (de très longues minutes) et très petites quantités

Mais le personnel s'est plié en quatre pour nous aider à trouver à manger
• Angelica (7/5): Buen lugar si estás de paso, no para varios días. - Bien ubicado si quieres estar cerca de los termales y Santa Rosa. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a resolver todas las necesidades. Nos dieron una habitación muy amplia. Las duchas no estaban muy limpias. El último día tuvieron un problema con el calentador y no había agua caliente. El desayuno muy básico. Deberían aprovechar que están en una zona cafetera y ofrecer mejor café al desayuno, no de maquina de Nescafé.

If you want to turn the light at night you have to turn on the light from the switch next to the door.

Las camas y almohadas supremamente cómodas y deliciosas. Los baños no son los mejores en las habitaciones, te cobran el café y además NO es el mejor… cuando en este servicio en un tipo de hotel boutique debería ser con una estación de café a demanda …

• Randy (10/5): Todo un Encanto colombiano. - Las facilidades eran tal como fueron anunciadas. Todo era muy rústico y bonito. La atención del personal fue excelente y las atracciones adicionales realmente hicieron de esta visita una experiencia única. No tengo queja alguna.
