Coline (8/5): Agréable - Chambres très jolies, super salle de bains, petit déjeuner officiellement non compris dans la chambre mais offert, et très bon. Il faut se garer loin et ce n'est pas simple de décharger la voiture devant. Climatisation difficile à régler , nous avons mal dormi.

Richard (10/5): Amazing view - The view was amazing. You could see the Royal Palace of Naples to the right when you were out on the balcony. To the left was Castle Nuovo. And in the distance, the Sea and Mt. Vesuvius. Well worth the price. Convenient to everything. Napoli Centrale was 2 miles away, but the Porto stop on the Metro was close by. Staff were very helpful. Room was big enough for us. Overhead rainfall shower was soothing. N/A
Helen (7/5): Great location. Easy access to transport, restaurtants, sites. - Location. Flexible on check out. We thought we would get a view of the sea as indicated by the site's pictures. We had to ask for extra towels. This was sorted quickly but it was an oversight not to note that we were three people.
Antigoni (9/5): Superb - Enzo was a brilliant host. Location was perfect, we went everywhere either by foot or by metro (Municipio station) and the fenicular station was at 3' by foot. The size of the room & bathroom was extemely comfortable. The view of the port and mount Vesuvious was extraordinary.
Basil (8/5): Convenient but utilitarian - The building's location is really good and apartment 63, where we stayed, has gorgeous views towards the sea, bay and harbour. 1 minute away from Galleria Umberto I and the Teatro San Carlo. Easy walk to the old town, Spanish Quarter and seafront. The room is a good size, as is the bathroom (good shower, no bath). Good water pressure. Quaint lift to the top floor (otherwise an excellent daily walking routine up 6 storeys!). Vincenzo, the host we met, is lovely, and warmly offered his help with bookings and so on. Very good caffe/bar 5 seconds away, for a drink and / or breakfast. The room itself is somewhat utilitarian and charmless/soulless and, IMO, in need of some attention to bring it to a better level/standard, as could the bathroom.

Brian (9/5): A great choice! - The panoramic view we had from our room, was glorious. The area was perfect for first time visitors to Naples, with many sights on the door step, as well as handy access to other sightseeing tours. Many good restaurants and other food options close by. Unfortunately, on most days, the bathroom drains have a strong, unpleasant smell. It was an internal bathroom (without windows for ventilation) and the plumbing is old, I totally understand, though maybe some sort of deodorising system could be placed in the bathroom?
Stephen (10/5): We would do it again without hesitation - Great location central for everything we needed. Great support in the lead up to our stay and on arrival we were made most welcome. The view from room 63 is absolutely fabulous. Nothing at all.
Djura (7/5): Nice owner, great location, need attention to many details, overaly disappointed - Great location, city center, anything you need will be nearby - Hop on hop off bus station, small markets, few charming places to eat and great walking area. Nice owner. Helpful, we could leave luggage on last day at his office, having time to wonder nearby streets until evening flight. Lot of electrical sockets to recharge your gear. Apartment (no 64) was booked for 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 14). However "breakfast included" is voucher for coffee and croissant of 2Eur value per person in a nearby bar, provided also for children (coffee is not suitable for them, for sure). Changing of menu (eg. For juice and croissant) inquired additional payment - in average we had to add around 15 EUR per day for simple breakfast. WiFi password provided didn't work. We got valid password on third day of our stay. Hot water was insufficient for us to take shower for 4 people in a row. We found the way later to split showering for 2+2 persons, with a break in between to reheat the water. Balcony door is exit to roof top (not balcony!!!) which is unsafe for children, there is danger of falling from 6th floor. Cleaning services are poor. Cleaning does not work on holidays. On May 1st we didn't get towel change. Bed linens are unusual, thick bed cover is not hygienically wrapped but just placed on thin bed sheet, and we could find previous guest's hair there. Bed was not so comfortable.. Apartment view is disappointing (at least for app 64). See pictures attached. Description provided on Booking is insufficient and not precise enough, so someone can find it deceiving.
