Sono però aperti fino a tarda notte, con musica e rumore

• Heike (3/5): Cozy aber jeden Tag laut - Erholung sieht anders aus! - Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gemütlich, etwas klein, aber für den Urlaub ausreichend. Die Küche hätte besser ausgestattet sein können. Der Toaster war kaputt und Kleinigkeiten haben gefehlt. Das Apartment, besser gesagt das Schlafzimmer ist genau über der Musikanlage der Bar im EG. Diese Bar ist täglich geöffnet und spielt jeden Abend bis ca. 2-3 Uhr morgens (Wochenende meist bis 3 Uhr) laut Musik, sodass an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist. Für Leute, die jeden Tag feiern und jeden Tag bis 3 Uhr morgens unterwegs sind, ist das Zimmer super, aber für die Menschen, die auch gerne mal eine Nacht durchschlafen wollen, würde ich das Zimmer nicht empfehlen.
• Lanzani (8/5): - tutto il personale , che , gestisce l'appartamento, Sig.ra Cristina e Sig.ra Michaela, sono davvero speciali, accoglienti , con le giuste informazioni e sempre pronte ad aiutare, grazie di cuore per tutta l'ospitalità, l'appartamento offre qualsiasi tipo di servizio , lavartice, lavastoviglie , caffe nespresso, piano cottura ad induzione, set di cortesia , perfettamente pulito , adirittura si trova anche la possibilità di avere ombrellone e teli mare. valutazione top la posizione, purtroppo si trova in un bellissimo contesto di condominio con piscina interna, ma l'appartamento rimane al di sopra di locali notturni, e non sempre si riesce a dormire, consiglio , di insonorizzare meglio , manca la cassaforte

• Enid (9/5): Enjoyed the apartment, it’s on a great complex which is very secure and the apartment is next to the stairs that saves y - The property is modern, clean and very well equipped. Only downside was the noise from the bar below that goes on till 2am. Which can be a problem if you want an early night. The bar itself is lovely.

• Heather (9/5): Great apartment with all the facilities needed and in a great position - The property was in a good location. It had great facilities and it was really modern with superior appliances. It was clean, and appeared nearly new inside The only downside was the noise from the bar below, which was expected and once we got to sleep it didn’t really disturb us.

• Margaret (9/5): Great holiday in a lovely resort and great appartment. - The apartment was very well equipped. The location was great, it was close to the beach and restaurants. There were a number of nice swimming pools that were not busy and there was a cafe at the property also.
• Tracy (7/5): Couples week away with a couple of issues. - The location to everywhere was good. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, clean and had more or less everything required. Sofia who we communicated with was wonderful👍 It was above a very noisy bar that played loud music until about 2am every morning. You had to use a key to get into the complex and to the pool area and unfortunately we were only allowed 1 key for the 2 of us which meant that we couldn't go anywhere separately which was not practical at all. I wasn't really keen on the pool area, it needs some renovation and the sunbeds were very old.
• Lisa (10/5): Lovely apartment, very clean, would definitely recommend! - Great apartment, everything we needed and we stayed 17 nights. Location was good and we felt safe with a multi-lock on the door and bars that could be pulled over the window and locked. Air conditioning and ceiling fans were great. The complex was ok, the reception never seemed to be open, but the pool was a lovely temperature and we often got sunbeds, might be harder to get one peak summer though, but you can buy pool floats in the shops outside. We went to a couple of the nearby restaurants, but the better ones were next to Playa del Duque (22 min walk), there was also an artisan market on Sundays (I think). There are several 'supermarkets' right next to the apartment, but these are more like english 'corner shops'. The nearest Hipermarket is 3mins walk which is better for a longer stay. We also got a taxi to Siam Mall and there is a big hipermarket there. We went to 3 different beaches, Playa del Duque was the nicest, we rented sun loungers on Playa de Torviscas / Playa del Bobo and there was lots of choice of places to grab lunch. We also went to Playa de Fanabe which was ok but busy even in early July. Taxi rank and buses are just outside the complex. We did a few trips with Viajes Teide that picked us up from the Princess Inspire opposite our apartment. Yes the bar below is noisy, but most nights this didn't bother us as we preferred to go to sleep late and get up late. it was really quiet until noon thanks to the double glazing! There is an entrance next to the apartment that goes down into the bar, but don't worry, it looks dark, but it was safe and there is a locked gate which you have a key to. It was a handy exit to the main road rather than going through the complex. Double bed in the bedroom was comfortable, but the sofa bed was not so much. I think this apartment is best suited to two adults sharing the bed, or two adults and a child that is not disturbed by the noise.

• Georgina (9/5): Really loved this apartment, had a great stay :) - The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and really well-equipped, it had everything you need during your stay. The apartment was cosy and the bed very comfortable too. It’s in a great location close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants The only (minor) negatives were that the apartment is above a bar, where some nights you can hear the music, and the entrance to the apartment is from the back of the bar down a short alley (but is secure, through a locked gate into the complex)
• Akash (9/5): Perfect location. - Really close to the beach and lots of shops around. The flat was fully equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed. Ideal for young people. Hot water only lasts a few minutes and there is a bar downstairs which wont allow you to rest before 1am.

It has everything you'd need on holiday, it's super central, and the layout and decor are gorgeous The bed was very comfy and there's aircon throughout. Exceptionally clean, modern apartment.. As mentioned, the bar below is open at night but the music is good
• Rodica (9/5): Cozy apartment in the center of Adeje - Very clean apartment and very cosy. Location was great. Cristina was a very good host. There is free parking close by. Music from the bar downstairs was very loud every night until 01 am. I didn't like the pool area. You have to cary your own sunbed up to the pool and the water is cold. We lost the key from the apartment and that cost us 100 e.
