- Guest (4/5): Nice unit. Unprofessionally hosted and managed - The property is lovely and in a good location. The property is advertised as being part of the Ritz Carlton- it is nothing to do with that establishment, it is next door. The property is a private rental that is managed by the owner who is quite rude and not accomodating. The reception of the unit complex will not assist people who stay at this unit. You have to coordinate your stay to meet the owner for check in and check out, of which we found extremely difficult to arrange. The shower is blocked and overflowed flooding the bathroom leaving it unusable for our stay. There is no bin in the unit. The unit advertises parking on site which is false. A cot is optioned in the advertisement which is also unavailable. The unit boasts a private pool, which is either not available or we were unable to find due to there being no notes or instructions available for anything regarding your stay at the premises.
