- Gerald (1/5): KEINE Buchungsempfehlung - da gibt es nichts was einem gefallen könnte Zimmer mit Pyramidenblick gebucht - nur, zwischen Hotel und Pyramiden steht ein Hochhaus / extrem laute Gegend, schwierig zum Schlafen / Zimmer desolat und verdreckt / "Frühstück" war ein Tablett mit Pommes, Erbsen, Fladenbrot / Fazit: wir haben uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht!

When I questioned the hotel about the discrepancy they ignored me and then blocked me. Thankfully I was able to cancel and book another hotel on the day.

- kenza (1/5): Hotel inexistant - Cet hôtel n'existe pas à l'endroit indiqué sur Booking, il se situe à plus de 3 km du lieu annoncé et n'est absolument pas à côté des pyramides ; lorsque nous l'avons contacté sur WhatsApp pour savoir où se trouvait réellement l'hôtel, puisqu'il n'était pas devant les pyramides comme indiqué, il nous a répondu qu'il s'en fichait car nous avions déjà payé, en plus que c'était tant pis pour nous si nous faisions des difficultés, qu'ils étaient eux aussi victimes de ce déménagement et que Booking n'avait pas mis à jour les infromations.

- Árpád (6/5): - A személyzet nagyon kedves, barátságos és segítőkész volt, finom reggelit kaptunk, igaz négy napon át ugyanazt. A szállás olcsó volt, és a szolgáltatásai is ennek megfelelőek voltak. A probléma mindössze annyi, hogy a szállás elhelyezkedése, felszereltsége, merőben eltér a Booking-on megadottaktól. Sokkal távolabb van a piramisoktól, mint, ahogyan a Booking-térképen fel van tüntetve, nincs tetőterasz és étterem, sem pedig kilátás, sem tea-kávéfőző, sem hajszárító. MIndez szót sem érdemelt volna, ha a szállás nem ír véleményt (10 pontosat) saját magáról a mi nevünkben. Kár érte, enélkül sokkal több pontot adtunk volna.

A localização do hotel está totalmente diferente do que é mostrado no site do booking no mapa e o endereço te leva para outro hotel que é outra localização diferente. Reservei dois quartos e nenhum deles estava limpo, o banheiro muito ruim também fica todo molhado pq não tem box. O café da manhã péssimo e ainda tivemos que pagar pelo café. Fizeram review como se fosse eu com a minha foto e o nome do meu amigo que estava hospedado lá também, não sei como fizeram isso.

- Chellam (1/5): Please remove this hotel in your list - I paid 150$ for single bed room. When i reached hotel on 30th night, hotel owner is not provides the room. It's season time, you must pay 175$ for room. Otherwise you will go to other hotel. Me & hotel owner too arguments each other. Because i sends message lots time through web site & personally in wattsapp. But, he not told about this. Finally he got 150$ cash form me & provides single bed room. He is not registered my name in hotel register & not give bill. I requested lots of time to hotel staff for biils. But, never give. Hotal facility & location good, but owner very very bad & wrong person. Hotel name is other, Miraj hotel. Hotel owner, cheating & fraud person.

The hotel doesn’t exist at the location indicated on booking.com It is in interior in a very local area, not recommended for tourists(foreigners) We went to the location indicated on booking.com The hotel there goes by name Pyramids Inn. They told us we don’t have any booking there. We contacted host, and he sent a location which was far from that location and the hotel goes by name Pyramid view which doesn’t exist on Google. We were completely scammed. The night was very unpleasant. The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom geyser made knocking sound throughout the night. It was next to a bus stand and the buses were plying constantly throughout the night. The shower pipe was broken, so one couldn’t take one the next morning. For a $15 hotel we payed $60/night

The beds were not clean, hair was found, bathroom was not clean and water pressure was very very low and sometimes didn't even work. I had to leave before my reservation ends

Las 4* de donde han salido ??? En cualquier ciudad de Europa seria una mala pension... El desayuno lo tomas en el pasillo... La habitacion esta llena de hormigas gigantes... No limpian las habitaciones, ni tampoco cambian las toallas... No hay llaves de luz por nigun lado, solo al lado de la puerta de entrada... Enfrente a un lugar de rezo, lo cual quiere decir que a las 4'30 de la mañana, estaras siempre despierto... El agua sale en la ducha cuando le da la gana... El transfer del aeropuerto, es jugarte la vida en cada metro de asfalto, hasta Csrlos Sainz se asustaria... Todos los horarios son orientativos ya que la puntualidad brilla por su ausencia... Horrorosa experiencia.

- b (2/5): No es lo que se muestra en las fotos. - . La ubicación no es la correcta. Te muestran unas fotos del hotel y luego te dan en otro sitio. Es una estafa. Había marabuntas en la habitación. Y olía a marihuana. La ubicación está situada en una zona mala de giza. No nos dieron el desayuno incluido ni para llevar.

I had a pleasant stay.

- sébastien (4/5): - La chambre est grande Il y avait beaucoup trop de bruit dans la rue pendant toute la nuit. Impossible de se reposer. La salle de bain était dans un sale état, fil électrique apparent. La vue depuis la chambre était une fourrière, derrière il y avait un bâtiment qui était devant les pyramides donc on ne peut pas dire que la vie soit top. Le petit déjeuner était disponible mais il était froid...

- Thibault (9/5): - Établissement très propre. Personnel adorable. Petit déjeuner égyptien hyper copieux pour bien préparer une journée. Nous avons choisi de demander à Mohammed de nous organiser notre périple et nous n'avons pas regretté ( Cairo luxor aswan) ! Il a réussi à satisfaire toutes nos demandes et même plus. Voyage sans aucun soucis avec guides francophones taxis adorables et confortables entre aéroports, hotels, et visites. Mohammed à été réactif à chacune de nos requêtes. Pour avoir parcouru l,Égypte un mois durant quelques années auparavant par mes propres moyens, avoir choisi cette solution cette fois ci a été vraiment confortable afin de découvrir le pays dans les meilleures conditions. Un grand merci ! Tibo et Angelique Malheureusement la terrasse était en travaux à notre passage.

- Yuji (6/5): ギザへ行く際は、また泊まりたいです。 - 受付のモハメッドさんがツアーを手配してくれて、ファイユーム、ワディ・エル・ラヤン、ワディ・エル・ヒタンへ行きました。ホテルからはピラミッドが見えます。スフィンクス側入口まで歩いて２０分くらい。朝食も美味しかったです。 バスや地下鉄とは少し離れています。タクシーやトゥクトゥクでチェックインアウトすることになります。食堂が近くにあれば良いと思います。シャワーの出と排水が悪いです。

- Ricci (9/5): Il cairo bella esperienza - Nel complesso l'alloggio era discreto. La posizione era perfetta per visitare le piramidi. Struttura pulita e accogliente Forse punterei a migliorare i dettagli soprattutto nel bagno. La colazione dovrebbe essere molto piu rica e varia e soprattutto dovrebbe essere chiesto al cliente se vuole dolce o salata. Nonostanre questo i gestori sono stati però molto disponibili e ci hanno sempre accontentato.
- Jose Miguel (2/5): ¡ CUIDADO, NO ES UN HOTEL ! SON HABITACIONES - ¡Ojo! no es un hotel, son 4 habitaciones ¡Estafa 100%! ¡Cuidado! No es un hotel, son 4 habitaciones en la última planta de un edificio de viviendas ruinoso en un barrio peligroso. Las condiciones del alojamiento son horribles. Te apagan el aire acondicionado durante el día, hace un calor insoportable en la habitación y te intentan engañar en cada servicio que te ofrecen. El taxi que dicen que te recoge del aeropuerto, es el propio gerente del hotel que llega tarde y mal al aeropuerto. Sólo te ofrecen este servicio si les contratas fuera de Booking visitas guiadas, si no te cobran 20€ El traslado del hotel al aeropuerto con Uber son 9€ y ellos te cobran 20. Además he detectado que generan comentarios con valoraciones de 10 utilizando tu nombre de la reserva, fraude total que hemos puesto en conocimiento de Booking. Adjunto fotografías del estado de "las habitaciones", NO HOTEL para que nadie sea engañado así como la calle que da acceso al edificio. ¡¡¡ Cuidado con ser víctimas de esta gente !!! Y lo de las vistas de las pirámides, se ve lo mismo Cuenca desde Madrid que las pirámides desde este "hotel fake".

The best part was the view of the Pyramids from the room it was special. Honestly, l'd recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and peaceful place near the Pyramids.

- Sandra (8/5): Amazing size room , great tours and fabulous staff - Great location, very big room with comfortable beds. Very clean hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. They also do organise lots of great tours which I highly recommend. They even organised a Bedouin tea ceremony in a desert for us! Also do book aeroport pick up with them. Manager Mohamed took such a care of us, made sure we had vegan food, he drove us everywhere and made sure we experienced all the local area. He is very attentive and reliable person, so you will be in safe hands My 15 yr old son loved every minute of our stay and he enjoyed so much all the tours with Royal Pyramids Hotel. We can't wait to return!
- Patrick (7/5): Ok for budget minded travels - Good size room with a fridge, Aircon and Wifi worked good. Freindly staff. Bfast is taken to your room, but I did not try. Inaccurate location on Booking com map and mis leading description of room amenities. Still walkable to Sphinx. 6 Hotel rooms are located on level 5 of a small apartment block, which is located off a main road in a dirty side alley.No chair in room, shower pressure sus. TV/cable kitchen up. Restaurants in area are limited, but small takeaway located around corner.
