Washing machine with detergent is a necessity for us. There was a drying rack to dry the clothes Overall, everything was great. If picking one thing, it would be that the showers were not deep, so you have to be careful not to let them overflow

• Catherine (10/5): Lovely apartment and great hosts. - Lovely apartment with a view of the Cathedral. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. They have done an excellent job of renovating the apartment to make it modern and stylish while retaining the charm of features like the original shutter doors. We worried it might be noisy but it was pretty quiet when the doors were closed. The location was convenient and the Host and Representatives were very responsive, helpful and proactive in suggestions to make our stay memorable. Not a thing.

• Stephanie (8/5): Great stay, great location, great host with easy communication - The location was excellent with easy access to all major sites and close proximity to great cafes and restaurants. The facilities were great and it was nice to have free tea and coffee. It was a little bit noisy at night, especially in the front bedroom, due to the restaurant below the apartment.

Book it!!! - Fantastic location, the apartment was excellent and would suit either a family or couples staying. We were contacted by text and voice messages a few times as we got closer to the date of arrival with information on arriving by car or train and how to access the apartment. It was very well furnished and we felt very much at home straight away. There was a small supermarket a few doors away, great cafes and coffee shops too. So many lovely bars and restaurants within a minutes walk. Right outside we had bus stops for getting up to the Alhambra and sadly to take up to the bus station when it was time to leave. It is the perfect place to use as a base for visiting Granada, we will definitely recommend it. Absolutely nothing…it was 10/10!!!

• solange (10/5): Super séjour ! Adresse parfaite et au delà de nos attentes - Sa propreté, son emplacement, des rénovations bien faites et la grandeur de l’appartement . Les salles de bain bien rénovées, la literie confortable et l’appartement est bien éclairé . Deux légers détails : un grille-pain aurait été apprécié et un miroir pleine grandeur quelque part dans l’appartement mais, ce ne sont que des détails !

A bit noisy from the street outside at times but a small price to pay for the lovely accommodation, cleanliness and location. Expected in the centre of a busy city.

Get all logistical info sooner rather than later. - Comfortable beds, good wifi, good location to visit activities, grocery stores few feet from the front door. Plenty of restaurant choices. Host recommended a taxi driver who looked after us fabulously. Host also recommended great guide to see the Alhambra, Front door is challenging to open. Washer is outside on the balcony. Parking directions and directions to the apartment should have been communicated the day before arrival , not while the renters are driving to the site in rush hour traffic. Was asked what time we were leaving 2 days prior and during the dinner hour. It felt like the priority was the cleaning staff, not the renters.

Parkeren is mogelijk in een parkeergarage om de hoek (st Augustin ) en is van te voren te reserveren via hun app. Geen verbeteringspunten, we hebben genoetn van het appartement want het is super modern en schoon.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Beautiful and convenient location and apartment. Slight but constant smell. - The location was exceptional. The view and decor were wonderful. It was well equipped for everything you need in an apartment. The apartment continually smelled like sewage even with the air freshener. We had to keep the bathroom doors closed the entire time to keep it from permeating as we assumed that I came from the shower drains. It’s a pity, because otherwise this apartment would be pretty perfect.

• Hanlie Sheridan (10/5): Best place in Granada - Everything about this apartment was great. We loved the space that 3 bedrooms provided with the luxury of 2 bathrooms. Super comfy beds & pillows. The location is really central (with an Express Carrefour right outside the front door). Lots of amazing restaurants short easy walk. A Starbucks 100m away (if you must). Taxi and bus stops right outside the entrance. The beautiful cathedral a few meters away. And Diego and his team was so helpful and welcoming. This was a fantastic base for us to explore the south of Spain from. I hope to come back again. Absolutely nothing! Loved all of it.

• Thibault M. (5/5): - - La situation est bien pour rejoindre facilement l'Alhambra ou la cathédrale. - L'hôte est très réactif et serviable. Nous avions un problème de grille-pains qui faisait sauter les plombs et il a été changé dans la journée. - La distribution de l'appartement est bonne, avec 2 salles de bain pour 3 chambres - procédure facile pour rentrer - Attention, certains appartements donnent sur la gran via de colon... Artère très fréquentée par les véhicules et bruyante. L'isolation acoustique de la pièce principale est nulle. Impossible d'espérer ouvrir une fenêtre ! Les photos du joli balcon sur la cathédrale ne sont donc pas une promesse. - les lits doubles sont petits, je dirais 140cm de large. A savoir! - l'isolation acoustique intérieure est moyenne. Le sol étant en carrelage ou carreaux de ciment, nous entendions tous les matins l'aspirateur autonome du dessus à 6h00. Moyen ! - je serai curieux de connaître la taille réelle de l'appartement. En tous les cas pas 90m2...

Me hubiera gustado tener instrucciones claras acerca de la recogida de llaves con más antelación para poder organizarnos mejor, ya que veníamos personas de diferentes sitios y diferentes horas y no sabía a dónde enviarlas. También me hubiera gustado que las instrucciones que me enviaron al Whatsapp con la información de entrada y salida, las normas etc hubieran estado en español y no en inglés, ya que todas las ocupantes de los apartamentos éramos españolas y Granada es una ciudad española.

• Carol (9/5): Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Granada and would highly recommend - The location was fabulous right in the centre of Granada, close to restaurants, directly over a supermarket, with the beautiful cathedral directly viewable behind the property. Lift access for luggage was appreciated and the host was so accommodating, professional and highly responsive. The apartment was attractive, comfortable and had excellent heating and cooling options throughout. Would highly recommend. My only feedback would be there are some small stains on the couch

The room floors were dirty The ensuite sink is leaking There is a wind like sound that is continuous and makes the place noisey The lift wasn’t working It is very cold in the apartment, the heating isn’t affective It is very cheaply designed with poor quality furnishing and very small bathrooms . Very different from the photos Ensuite bathroom smells of mildew because of the tap leaking The staff were not very helpful when there was an issue with the lift Access to the apartment was not sent through to me until I was outside and had to ask did it . The overpriced taxi driver her friend called estelle for the access code There was no apology Overall a terrible service and experience
• Beatriz (10/5): LOCALIZACIÓN IDEAL E INSTALACIONES INMEJORABLES - Alojamiento amplio, cerca de todos los monumentos a visitar y unas vistas a la catedral impresionantes. Es tal cual en las fotos. Tiene dos habitaciones y dos baños, lo cual es muy cómodo para 4 personas. El aire acondicionado tiene para tanto frio como para calor y los cuartos de baño incluyen también para poder poner el aire. El salón tiene un sofá grande y muy cómodo para las 4 personas que fuimos. Viene instalado con todo: toallas, papel higiénico, champú y jabón, e incluso discos desmaquillantes. Un 10/10 todo. Repetiremos sin duda. Por poner alguna pega. La almohada es un poco incomoda a nuestro gusto, pero se puede dormir sin problema, es solo que nosotros estamos acostumbrados a otro tipo de almohada en casa.

The cafe directly downstairs was the best part. Being offered a 20 euro taxi or 30 euro taxi (large van) from the bus station was sketchy behaviour from the host as it only cost us 8 euros with the meter. Quite the mark up! The apartment was also freezing! We all got sick and were freezing inside. The heaters don't work and our washing barely dried. Not enough towels for showers and they're so tiny. Very little space in the rooms for suitcases.

Pulizia eccellente, la cortesia di Layla sia all’arrivo che durante il soggiorno. Dotazione di asciugamani veramente troppo misera e letto piccolissimo, mai visto un letto matrimoniale tanto piccolo (135 cm) sopratutto perché la stanza consentirebbe un letto di dimensioni normali.

• Deb (9/5): Great Granada Stay - Great location - fit people can walk everywhere, esp in spring-summer with longer days. Well appointed and clean apartment. The host was excellent - she was extremely helpful acquiring us reservations at a Sacromonte Flamingo show and a cab to the train station. Really our only complaint, which is common in Europe, is the night noise as parties seem to like the alley between the church and the apartment - you would not be able to keep the windows open at night. We were okay but a light sleeper might need ear plugs.

The bedrooms are comfortable. Two spacious bathrooms. It was easy to find. The host is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! You can hear people outside at night. It didn't bother us but is worth noting.

• Les (7/5): Good location - Intially the flat looks well appointed but there are few things that need attention one bathroom is huge but has no shelving to put any personal products the other bathroom is smaller but again no storage the Towels were dreadful two night stay and one small bath towel and hand towel per person I had to call and ask them to bring more as towels looked grey not white and had stains all over them .Saturday night very noisy expected it but worse than expected but its central location is a winner the main joy is Estella the host lovely warm person and super quick to help Mainly it was good for two night stay and superb location Didn't expect noise

• Lidia (9/5): Visita en familia - Ubicación muy buena. Alojamiento muy bueno y limpio. No funcionaba el ascensor que al parecer llevaba días con problemas y no lo avisan. Yo iba con una persona de 80 años y esto si puede suponer un problema. Creo que deberían avisar de estos temas para ver opción de cambiar de alojamiento.

• Chiehching (9/5): 雖然遇到冷氣壞了，但是房東馬上提供同一樓層的另一個套房，等於整個樓層讓我們一起使用，也沒有額外收費，房東真的太好了尤其在40度的格拉納達，馬上解決太熱的問題，房東真的是100分的服務 - 安靜、離公車站超近，房間空間也很大，入住就有回家的感覺還能近距離看到教堂，樓下就是公車站，旁邊還有家樂福超市，東西超便宜馬上可以買水喝買東西吃，附近還有很多高評價的餐廳，房東回覆超級迅速，雖然遇到冷氣當機但是房東立馬給另一個房間作為補償，讓我在異地感到幸福，房東的用心真的大大加分，還推薦很多美食與秘境 除了冷氣機壞掉其他沒有

La anfitriona fue muy amable, nos paso data para comer en Granada y también nos consiguió transportación. Recomiendo este lugar! Los baños tenían un poco de olor por el desagüe pero nos dimos cuenta que es algo general ya que lo sentimos también en varios lugares de Granada.

• Kim (10/5): A welcome place to relax after a long journey from the other side of the world !! - Excellent contact with Estela who was our Host at this time. Ease of access from train station by taxi. Location perfect for all activities, restaurants and cafés. Well laid out bedrooms and bathrooms. Modern kitchen facilities. Bright and sunny lounge area. Appreciated the provision of shower gel and shampoo dispensers in the shower interiors. There was a festival on when we were in Granada and as the apartment is central there was on going partying until the early hours. Ear plugs are a good idea !! The loud fan in the ensuite bathroom.
• Linda (10/5): Geweldig! Aanrader! - Ligging midden in het centrum tegenover cathedral, heel ruim en luxe en lekker balkon. Te klein bed waardoor we ieder in een slaapkamer hebben geslapen.
