• Gabriele (7/5): Soggiorno a roma presso vatican’s andreas appartament - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 2 notti, eravamo 5 adulti e 3 bambini, e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La posizione è ottima: la fermata della metro Cipro è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi e proprio di fronte all’appartamento si trovano negozi di ogni genere, molto comodi per qualsiasi necessità senza dover prendere l’auto o i mezzi. La casa è spaziosa, confortevole e ben organizzata. La pulizia era buona, anche se abbiamo notato un po’ di polvere sotto i letti. Per quanto riguarda il bagno, sarebbe utile effettuare qualche piccola manutenzione: la cassetta di uno degli scarichi andrebbe sistemata e i lavandini scaricano lentamente, facendo ristagnare l’acqua per qualche minuto. A parte questi dettagli, il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Consigliato soprattutto a famiglie e gruppi che desiderano visitare Roma soggiornando in una zona ben servita e tranquilla.

• Edita (8/5): - Krásne prostredie, metrom blízko do centra, na krátky pobyt dostačujúce. Výborná komunikácia s ubytovaním, jasné inštrukcie. Slabšie/opotrebované vybavenie, ale na krátky pobyt, keď sa stravujete vonku, stačí.
• Dorota (8/5): Świetna okolica, idealna na kilka nocy. - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do metra. Idealne dla rodziny. Duży plus dla kilku par, każdy ma osobny pokój, dwie łazienki. Duża jadalnia. Dla dziecka przy mieszkaniu plac zabaw. Niektóre elementy wyposażenia wymagają naprawy lub wymiany.

• Roda (7/5): Es war trotzdem schön, und ich bin sicher, die Ausstattung wird ausgewechselt. - Die Lage war schön, in einem normalen römischen Viertel. Schön nah auch zur U-Bahn, Läden drumherum super. Leider war das eine kleine Bett kaputt, und die Matratze extrem dreckig. Die Spülmaschine war auch kaputt. Es gab nicht genügend Geschirr für acht Personen, sondern zum Beispiel nur drei Suppen- Teller und fünf Gläser. Schade, wenn man fast eine Woche in Rom ist, und kochen möchte.

• Aleksy (7/5): Dobra lokalizacja, w miarę przyjazny klimat apartamentu. - Obecność dwóch łazienek w mieszkaniu, deski do prasowania z żelazkiem oraz dostępność balkonu z suszarką do ubrań. Odklejające się listwy przy blacie kuchennym.
• Przemysław (5/5): Znośny - Dobra lokalizacja obiektu, duża powierzchnia z trzema oddzielnymi sypialniami i dwoma łazienkami. Apartament odpowiedni dla większych grup. Czystość w apartamencie na niezadowalającym poziomie. Wiele sprzętów uszkodzonych, przeciekająca rura pod zlewem, uszkodzona spłuczka, prysznic zalewający całą łazienkę podczas zwykłego użytkowania.

Esperienza terribile ed è dire poco.Sporco da morire, ci sarebbero voluti i Nas o lo Spresal . Ed ancora non ci ha rilasciato la fattura di pagamento.

• André Felipe (1/5): Decadente è deludente - La posizione, ho scelto questo quartieri “zona Cipro” per prossimità alla stazione ma anche come zona e vicinanza al Colosseo Check in non e presenziale Troppo sporca Tende e parete macchiate Lavandino intasato Doccia rotta Lavatrice sporchissima Lavastoviglie rotta Polvere ovunque nelle finestre, tende, battiscopa Fornello era sporco e rotto Muffa nera nei bagni Muri da tingere completamente Assolutamente non insonorizzata bene, si sente in vicino di sopra con i tacchi e i cani che alle 6:30 fanno dei rumori assordanti Le finestre nonostante doppio vetri ma la insonorizzazione deludente, e non siamo nemmeno davanti alla strada principale (circa 300m) Il peggio di tutto che l’ultimo giorno per controllare se avevamo scordato qualcosa sotto i letti, ma usando abbiamo controllato sotto il letto, ho trovato una macchina probabilmente di sangue sotto il materasso delle nostra figlia che ha solo 6 anni. Contattato il proprietario la mattina seguente, la sua soluzione è stata di pagare la prima notte e andarsene via, siamo stati costretti ad rimanere perché in due famiglie totale 7 persone non sarebbero stato per niente facile trovare una sistemazione. Il giorno del check out ho chiesto la possibilità di rimanere 1 ora in più e nessuna risposta.

• Aleksandra (5/5): Lokalizacja dobra, mieszkanie do posprzątania - Blisko Watykanu i stacji metra Cipro. Ręczniki oraz pościel czyste, nie śmierdzące. WiFi działało sprawnie i bez zarzutu. Kontakt z właścicielem przez WhatsApp szybki i sprawny. Dobry proces zameldowania i wymeldowania samemu, można to zrobić kiedy ma się ochotę. Bardzo brudno, ewidentnie ktoś nie przyłożył się do sprzątania. Pleśń i grzyb na ścianach. Mieszkanie wymaga solidnego posprzątania. Zdecydowanie zbyt duża cena w stosunku do jakości, dodatkowo trzeba doliczyć podatek 6€ za noc za każdą osobę. Nie starczało ciepłej wody dla wszystkich, aby każdy umył się po kolei.

• Stanislava (4/5): Not recommended for family - We only liked the location of this flat and the size of it. It is spacious flat. Please, read the dislikes. Otherwise it is kind of old. Bathroom shower head wasn’t working properly. We mainly used the main bathroom. There is mold in both bathrooms. The kitchen sink tap is very old and loose we were scared we will break it. From kitchen appliances was ok to use only kettle and main gas cooker. The stove, dishwasher was broken. We had some small bugs around the kitchen bin. A bits of dried food on the wall and curtains. Grease stains on chair covers. The internet didn’t work the whole time of our stay. The landlord not responding to my messages or calls. On the arrival day we only got inside the block of flats building thanks to a lady going in as well. It said something like ‘remote key is offline’. Later when you get inside the flat you have the key from the building entrance inside. Land lady was only responding the last day, when she was asking us not to forget to pay city tax in cash. To our questions about internet not working the whole time were never answered.

• Romero (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very spacious and welcoming. Although the owner of the apartment is not visible, she is responsive to messenger. Although the kitchen is equipped, pots are old. No kitchen towels and no pot holders to use.
• Lusine (8/5): Very good - The apartment was located in very comfortaple place. Bus stop, metro station were very close and was very easy to reach the city center. Also Andrea was very nice and reaponsive. The apartment was very comfortaple for the big family. One of the bad was broken. But we repaired it and everything went fine.
• Dejan (9/5): Lovely home - Apartment was clean. Rooms were big enough for 8 of us,A/C in all rooms,2 showers,nice kitchen,clean towels and bedsheets. We didnt have soap or kitchen towels or detergent for washing machine.
• Gabriela (8/5): Very good - Really good apartment, very comfortable and spacious. We were traveling as a big family group, including a child and a toddler and no problem fitting everyone. The water heater takes a very long time to heat the water. You can leave it regenerating overnight and barely have enough hot water for one shower. We ended up having to heat water in the stove for the children’s baths and ration the hot water for everyone else’s showers.

• Buck (7/5): Cheap - well located - but not clean or comfortable- and owner only interested in taking the balance of the fee. - Location was excellent It was not as clean as it could have been, the kettle and dishwasher did not work - we notified the property owner (not expecting it to be fixed immediately) but had no communication back at all from them. The showers were not good, doors didn’t keep water in and I had to find cleaning stuff to clean the bath before we could use it. The table in the dining room had loads of holes in the surface - so not very hygienic. The sofa bed is not really useful as a sofa - very uncomfortable to sit on.

• Elizabeth (1/5): Look for someplace else this place is terrible - Honestly i did not like anything about this property. The host was terrible on attentive Magaly deal with texting us never called us. The property was dirty like in the essentials like toilet paper a little bit of complementary shampoo for when you got in late soap not even a little bit of dishwasher detergent nothing the hairdryers were broken I complain. They never brought one. They told me to go buy myself. To open the door when we checked in was a hassle. Luckily, two kids were there and they were able to open the building for us. Last minute they gave us an app that we can download in order to open the building. the problem is we didn’t have Wi-Fi, we could not get the Wi-Fi out of the building until we actually checked in. They never answer any calls. The worst was the dirtiness and the uncapped apartment. It was disgusting. I will share some pictures. The dining table has rot stains. I could not believe it. They don’t care about anything only making money They claim they were close to the Vatican you cannot walk to the Vatican, each taxi or Uber would be between 15 and €20 one-way . I would highly recommend you get something else that is in fact closer to the center check out the comments make sure the place is clean and has the basic essentials and that you have an attentive host . Lack of cleanliness, lack of help from the host location run down apartment. I wish I can share more pictures and the text the host sent me . They are very rude. Trust me I have been in hundreds of locations that have never witnessed a host like this and a place so run down and dirty.

• Attila (7/5): We had fun regardless of everything - We loved the location. It is close to Metro and the Vatican. Also loved that we found local restaurant what visited mostly by locals and it was fantastic. We were happy about the space of the living room. The usual problem is bad and bathroom. Bad is not good :(. The bathroom is clean and ok, but needs a few new things like shower head and curtain (this could be changed with no money). Other usual problem that for communication they ask for What'sUp - I do not like to use that app and I hate that it is becoming standard by all reservation.
• Itsjorge (8/5): Great location - The apartment is about 15-20 mins walk from Vatican, the place was spacious. The check in process was really easy and Andrea was always available for any queries I had, also helped us out with finding a taxi to the airport.
