• Patryck1 (8/5): - Curat. Spațiu mult. Comunicarea foarte bună. Etanșeitate foarte slabă a ferestrelor. În fiecare dimineață ne trezea la 6 zgomotul străzii.

• Gront (10/5): Zachęcamm wszystkich do pobytu w tym miejscu. Spędziliśmy tam kilka cudownych dni. - Częściowo posiłki robiliśmy sami we wspaniale wyposażonej kuchni. Willa jest piękna, przestronna, bardzo dobrze usytuowana w cichej okolicy bardzo blisko morza. Znaleźliśmy w niej wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, ciepłe kołdry, suszarka do włosów i działające klimatyzatory w każdej sypialni i w salonie, w którym są aż dwie duże kanapy. Willa jest zadbana, wysprzątana, w bardzo dobrym stanie, a jednak ma klimat prawdziwego domu. Na zewnątrz jest bardzo dużo miejsca do odpoczynku , do zjedzenia posiłków i wspólnych spotkań. Gospodarz był z nami w stałym kontakcie, pomagał, odpowiadał na wszelkie pytania. Był bardzo miły i pomocny. Nic.

• Sławek (9/5): - Dom zgodny z opisem, w ofercie są aktualne zdjęcia. Przestronny parter, dobrze wyposażony ogród. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Bardzo dobre ogrzewanie i system podgrzewania wody (byłem na przełomie grudnia i stycznia).

• Mariam (10/5): - Property did exceed our expectations. Super clean, comfortable, great pool, big kitchen with a lot of natural lights and huge windows. Air conditioning in every bedroom and main room. Every detail was taken in to consideration. Also grocery shop is very near 300 m approximately and beach is close too. There are bus stations not far from property to go to Ayia napa and back. Mario was super friendly and nice. If i was going back in the future will definitely stay here. Highly Recommended

• Bogdan (10/5): Overall, a wonderful experience – highly recommended - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay at Sunset Pearl Villa! The pool was absolutely fantastic – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The entire house was spotless and very well maintained. It’s fully equipped with absolutely everything you might need, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free. The host was incredibly friendly, communicative, and always available to help whenever needed. The only minor downside is that the neighbors can be a bit sensitive to noise, so it’s good to keep that in mind.

• Maurice (10/5): Für einen Urlaub mit Freunden auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen! - sehr nette und ruhige umgebung. Gastgeber hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Pool war besser als erwartet, Grillmöglichkeit war gegeben. Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert, großer Kühlschrank, Die Zimmer waren sauber. Nissi Beach und Ayia Napa selbst waren mit einer ca 10 Minütigen fahrt auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Um die Ecke gab es einen kleinen Supermarkt der einen gut versorgen konnte.

The villa was spotless and cozy, and the pool was always clean and inviting — perfect for both morning swims and evening relaxation. The staff were kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Everything was just perfect. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
• Christofos (1/5): Really dirty inside and out - Quite near the beach. Nice small pool The property is basic and sparsely furnished. More concerning is that it was filthy inside and out on our arrival. We had a number of text message exchanges with the managing agent and we also called him to report this . One party member has asthma and due to the level of dust accumulated this triggered her illness. The agent told us that the Villa had been cleaned but refused to come and inspect at our request. Some of the plugs are 2 pin and the sockets are three pin. No adapters provided. The agent suggested using a pen or sharp object in the socket in order to fit the 2 pin plug. We therefore did not use the appliances or side lamp.
