• Maik (1/5): nie wieder! - Als Geschäftsreisender benötige ich eine Rechnung, welcher ich nun seit Wochen hinterher laufe. Der Gastgeber hatte mehrfach das baldige Versenden dieser zugesichert. Jedoch sind es nicht mehr als leere Worte seither. Mittlerweile reagiert man nicht mal mehr auf meine Anfrage. Weder per eMail noch per Whatsapp. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

• Raul (10/5): Highly recommend - Friendly and helpful personal, easy check in and check out. Very clean room, and comfy bed The small kitchen has everything, coffee, sugar, salt... Just lovely
• Konstantinos (5/5): Good location but Overpriced, bed and pillows had a weird smell - Location is perfect, the building is nice and clean! Even though the room and the bathroom were very clean, the pillows and the blankets had a weird smell.. even though I asked for a replacement, they told me yes we will contact the cleaning services but they didnt do anything. My suggestion would be to replace the pillows and blankets once in a while. And also add a hanger for jackets. Moreover it was overpriced (125euro/night is way too much for Stuttgart...)

• Estefania (6/5): No lo recomiendo - La ubicación cercana al centro. No recibí información sobre como obtener las llaves a tiempo. Escribí mensajes al anfitrión desde un dia antes pero sin respuesta. Al llegar a la ciudad, no respondía tampoco mensajes. Estuvimos vagando por la ciudad durante 4 horas para que al fin respondiera el teléfono y dijo que no había visto mis mensajes. Arruinó la sorpresa que iba a darle a mi hijo pues habíamos venido a pasar navidad con él sin que supiese pero al final, ya que no teníamos teléfono con línea alemana y el Internet no funcionaba, tuve que comunicarme con mi hijo para que llamara al propietario. Al llegar luego de 4 horas de haber estado dando vueltas, la cocina no funcionaba ni el hervidor. Teníamos hambre y descubrimos casi a las 10pm qué habían desconectado la cocina. Deje a mi hijo menor sin cenar ese día puesto que mientras el duelo nos daba instrucciones de como solucionar el impuse, nos dieron las 10pm. Al final me ofreció un reembolso del 50% pero el mal rato que pasamos no nos lo quita nadie. Y la sorpresa para mi hijo fue arruinada. Departamento al lado de la calle, se escucha gente caminando. No hay oscuridad para dormir. Espacio demasiado pequeño para 2 adultos y 1 niño. Pocos utensilios de cocina.
• Manolo (6/5): - L'appartamento era pulito e ben riscaldato. C'era l'indispensabile per cucinare. Host gentile ha sempre risposto via whatsapp. Piccolo per tre persone, in un seminterrato, parcheggio in strada difficile da trovare e a pagamento, bagno piccolissimo, TV enorme ma senza collegamento via cavo.

• Sergio (9/5): - Apartamento prático e cómodo, fácil de aceder a todo o lado. A cozinha tem poucos utensílios.
• Casimir (7/5): Good location and clean rooms - Location, cleanliness, heating system was good, amenities provided Need to have shutters or curtains to shield the lights from the streets. It was hard to sleep at night cos of the illumination.
