• Kathleen (7/5): I would make a return booking - My second booking here. It’s a great location & check in is very easy. Great communication from the owner. I wasn’t there much and didn’t use the kitchen but it had everything I needed. There is building work going on next to the flat at present, but this didn’t cause me too much stress. Overall, i was happy & I would stay here again. There was an internal buzzing noise that I could not work out where it was coming from. Which unfortunately I was quite aware of when I went to sleep. However, I eventually did sleep!
• Goodwin Alejandro (1/5): Mal todo mal. - Todo mal, el piso tenía un mal olor. La alfombra del piso olía a pies sudado. El apto no tenía aire acondicionado cosa que nos hizo pasar una mala estancia porque estaba haciendo muchísimo calor. Ni siquiera un ventilador nada la pasamos muy mal. El wifi no servía para nada los 3 días el wifi solo funcionaba por la mañana desde la tarde hasta el día siguiente no servía el internet ni el wifi ni nada. Mala estancia horrible estancia. Ya lo dije arriba no lo recomiendo.

• Domenico (9/5): - Appartamento molto carino e abbastanza grande per la mia famiglia, abbiamo soggiornato in 4, due adulti e due bambini. Ben pulito. La fermata del bus proprio sotto casa è davvero il top! L’host è stato super gentile e ci ha aiutati in maniera veloce. Ci tornerei! Il bagno è grande, ma avrebbe bisogno di una presa di areazione. Purtroppo il cortiletto interno non era praticabile, c’è un muro di legno di contenimento che lo rendeva davvero piccolino e un po sporco.
• MrGianga86 (8/5): - Il quartiere è bello , case eleganti e posto molto tranquillo . La casa è pulita e nonostante sia nel sottoscala del palazzo ha un piccolo spazio all'aperto . Essendo nel sottoscala e avendo io un bimbo piccolo che usa ancora il passeggino non è comodissimo essendoci una stretta scala di accesso. Saremo stati sfortunati ma in questo periodo stanno costruendo a fianco del palazzo e i rumori del martello pneumatico iniziavano presto dalle otto e mezza di mattina .

• Herman (8/5): - Perfect location, there are a bus station in front of the apartement and the metro stations are also close. - The toilette is really small. - The freezer needs a defeosting. - The switch for the water heater is broken, please fix it, I needed to push it a while after turning on the heater to make it work.
• Antonello (10/5): Un piacevole soggiorno a Londra - Quartiere tranquillo e elegante, tipicamente inglese. Servizi vicini all'alloggio (bar, piccolo market...). Casa pulita e accogliente. Fermata del bus davanti casa e della metro a circa 10 minuti ma raggiungibile con una passeggiata piacevole. Piccolo inconveniente, ma risolto velocemente comunicando con l'host, per l'avvio dell'acqua calda nella doccia (il pulsante per qualche motivo era su on, ma la luce dell'interruttore era spenta).

• Roland (8/5): - La proximité du bus (24/24) et la facilité pour aller au centre, le confort des lits, la réactivité du personnel. La cour exiguë et non utilisable, notamment à cause des travaux à côté, équipement minimaliste, logement en sous-sol.
• Anita (7/5): Przyjemne miejsce na krótki pobyt - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w bezpiecznej, ładnej i czystej okolicy. Przystanek autobusowy jest pod samymi drzwiami, do najbliżej stacji metra ok. 10 min pieszo. W pokoju było czysto, były w nim wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy typu płyn do mycia naczyń, gąbka, mydło, ręczniki oraz sprzęty włącznie z suszarką, żelazkiem, deską do prasowania i tosterem. Na klatce schodowej również był porządek, łóżka były wygodne jednak dla kogoś kto ma więcej niż 185 cm wzrostu mogą być trochę za krótkie. Okna w mieszkaniach i rolety były brudne - przydałoby się je odświeżyć. Krzesło w jednym z pokoi było popsute. Pod prysznicem można było ustawić jedynie zimną lub ciepłą a wręcz za ciepłą wodę. Informacja o instrukcjach dot. wymeldowania powinna przyjść dzień wcześniej, ponieważ dostaliśmy ją już w drodze powrotnej i nie byliśmy pewni gdzie pozostawić klucze. Nie były to jednak rzeczy które by nam bardzo przeszkadzały, głównie przebywaliśmy poza mieszkaniem.

• Silvia (6/5): Poco confort, ma posizione ottima. - La posizione, davanti alla fermata del bus e a 10 Min dalla metro. Il prezzo vista la zona di Londra. Il quartiere tranquillo. Appartamento B nel seminterrato: ti accoglieva un odore molto sgradevole che anche dopo aver aperto per tutto il nostro soggiorno non andava via. Il letto matrimoniale è in realtà da una piazza e mezza, quindi per due adulti è piccolissimo e non ci si dorme in modo adeguato. Essendo al piano interrato umidità e muri scrostati. Il livello di pulizia era pessimo e i mobili erano trascurati, rovinati e sporchi. Moquette macchiata ovunque e tappeti indecenti.

• Jennifer (10/5): This apartment had everything I needed to feel comfortable and the manager was excellent! - Only 5 minutes from the Maida Vale Station, check in/out was easy and the manager and staff were quick to answer questions and were extremely helpful. Lots of stairs, but the cleaning staff graciously helped me with my luggage!
• Jennifer (10/5): Would definitely recommend this suite and would stay here again! - Very close (5 minutes to the tube) and a bus stop right out the front doors! This little suite was perfect for me and the staff are very helpful and attentive. Check in/out was straightforward and the manager gives you a WhatsApp number in case you need anything! The bed was wonderful and the pillows were perfect! Lots of stairs, but the cleaning staff graciously helped me with my luggage.

• Davie Rose (6/5): - It was a great location and a few minute walk to the tube. The flat was small but enough for two people. The outside space was quite nice, especially if the sun is out. The shower is slightly too small but you can make do. It's not the hosts fault but there was construction ongoing while we were there and we had to be woken up with noise at exactly 8am. This flat is not suitable for people with accessibility needs.

Lumpy pillows. Woken early morning (around 4-5am) by talking in the flat below - couldn't get back to sleep. Poor sound-proofing.

El alojamiento está en un lugar tranquilo, con todos los servicios, y bien comunicado por metro, a unos 8 minutos, y autobuses. En entorno muy agradable. Muy buen lugar para visitar Londres. La atención cómoda y rápida. Todo perfecto, había un pequeño fallo en la placa de la cocina, no calentaba bien. Era un muy pequeño fallo en un lugar fantástico.

Le logement est confortable dans l’ensemble. Le lit est un peu petit, pas de micro onde, 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette pour tout le séjour.

• Evgenia (8/5): Great value for money. Small but convenient accommodation. - The studio is well equipped and freshly refurbished. The bed is comfy and heating is great for chilly days. The kitchenette is small but contains all the essentials. Communication with the management was smooth and quick. The construction site next to the studio - be ready to wake up at 8am!

• Dominika (7/5): Good place for short trip - Location is perfect, near underground, right next tu bus stop, next to coffe and near supermarket. Check in was super easy, also checkout and all communication. I need to say that basement apartment with terrace is very small. You need to travel alone or with your partner because bed is small and shower is exactly in the bedroom. Toilet room was freezing so I recommend to always shut the door because it will spread to the apartment. Like someone else wrote - no place for drying towels (maybe in summer it is easier). Nice for short trip, when you only sleep here, not for longer time. But for location it was very good choice :)

The neighborhood is nice and looks peaceful. Room has everything you need including kitchen. When we arrived the room was really cold and the outside part of window was open. It took quite a while to make it warm.

Ho provato a contattare il proprietario durante il soggiorno, ma non ho mai avuto risposta. In più l’acqua per fare la doccia veniva sempre fredda e c’era pochissima acqua calda

• Flavia (10/5): Quartiere bellissimo, studio attrezzato, ma evitare valigie grandi - Uno studio davvero carino e confortevole. Completo di tutto gli elettrodomestici che possono servire proprio come a casa. Il mio era nel seminterrato. Posizione eccellente, in una zona splendida. La fermata dell’autobus è di fronte all’alloggio, la metro dista circa dieci minuti a piedi passando per uno dei viali più caratteristici di Londra. Di sicuro prenoterò di nuovo in futuro. Aspetto negativo per me, avendo una valigia grande e pesante è stata scendere e risalire delle scale parecchio anguste. Conosco bene le scale degli edifici inglesi ma queste erano davvero toste. E la luce fulminata nell’ingresso non ha aiutato questo processo. Altro punto leggermente negativo, ma comprensibile è il bagno, davvero molto molto piccolo. La cabina doccia buona, è separata da lavabo e servizi.

Perfetta posizione per la presenza della fermata autobus sotto casa e fermata metro Maida Vale a circa 8 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo raggiunto tutti i punti senza difficoltà. Strada tranquilla ma senza presenza di attività, ristoranti ecc. Appartamento super consigliato. Solo due asciugamani e neanche profumati per una prenotazione di 4 notti senza il servizio di cambio. Pavimento di metà stanza molto scivoloso.

• michelle (10/5): - Located a 5 - 10 minute walk to Maida Vale tube station. Check in was simple and its a cosy little apartment with all you will need for 2 people. Bed was very comfortable and although the room as initially quite cold, the wall heater soon had it nice and warm. 24 hour convenience store closeby. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. If i had to be super picky.....i have long, thick hair and the power of the shower was a little low for me. Otherwise all good.

Lo único que podría decir es que el frigorífico pequeño no funcionaba y se nos echó a perder la fruta que habíamos metido pensando que sí funcionaba. La parada de metro está a unos 10 minutos andando pero la verdad es que no es difícil de encontrar ni orientarse. El sofá cama es un poco duro pero para un par de noches te hace la función.

• Jędrych (3/5): - To nie jest typowy apartament o komforcie europejskim. Zacznijmy od tego że to pokój z łazienką i aneksem kuchennym. Byliśmy w pokoju C na pierwszym piętrze. Od samego wejścia czuć stechlizne i zapach pleśni. Pierwsze co jak tylko dotarliśmy na miejsce okazało się że w pokoju jest bardzo zimno. Był tylko jeden grzejnik w dodatku zasłonięty kanapą i był on zimny. Zgłosiliśmy to do gospodarza kilkukrotnie ale nie dostaliśmy odpowiedzi. Mąż próbował sam ustawić grzanie ale ewidentnie sterownik był zakodowany. Zostawiliśmy bagaże i wyruszyliśmy w miasto, po powrocie okazało się że grzejnik jest ciepy, ale grzał tylko jakieś kilka godziny i się wyłączył. Poprostu jest on zakodowany czasowo włącza się co jakiś czas , nagrzewa do danej temperatury i wyłącza przez co w pokoju jest zaraz znowu zimno, całe szczęście że w aneksie był piekarnik i grzaliśmy poprostu piekarnikiem, inaczej byśmy zmarzli. Pierwsza noc była ciężka że względu na zachowanie sąsiadów z góry. Kilkakrotnie podczas całej nocy ktoś walił w ściany, w podłogę, trzaskał drzwiami kilka razy pod rząd , aż cala kamienica drżała, było też słychać głośną awanturę (krzyki i przekleństwa kobiety). Pokój jest zaniedbany, brudna wykładzina z plamami. Dywanik w łazience również. Prysznic w okropnym stanie, osadzony tragicznie z kamieniem , rdza i pleśnią. Pomiędzy płytkami są ubytki w fugach. W łaziece nie ma żadnego grzejnika więc jak wychodzi się z pod prysznica jest zimno. Dostępne kosmetyki które były to trochę żelu do mycia o mydło w płynie do rąk. Ręczniki niby czyste ale po pierwszym użyciu zaczęły brzydko pachnieć. Okna brudne i nieszczele czuć było zimno , to samo przy drzwiach. Przystanek autobusowy po drugiej stronie ulicy, do metra trzeba było przejść jakieś 10 minut. Nie spodziewaliśmy się luksusów, ale to co zastaliśmy nie spełniło naszych oczekiwań.

Appartamento comodo, ben attrezzato. Il bagno è sisuramente da rivedere: i sanitari sono abbastanza datati. Mancano superfici di appoggio. Pur essendo in 3, avevamo a disposizione solo 2 teli .

• JOSE MANUEL (10/5): - La tranquilidad y el silencio del lugar Al ser una zona residencial, hay muy pocos comercios, la estación de metro mas cercana esta a 10 minutos, que esta bien y después el centro a unos 15 o 20 minutos en metro

• Flavio (5/5): Faticoso - La pulizia Il water è posizionato in una stanzina piccolissima, con un lavabo altrettanto minuscolo. Il letto è troppo stretto per due persone, Poi - non per colpa di chi affitta, ma va detto - i vicini di casa hanno urlato, schiamazzato e ascoltato musica a tutto volume, per ore intere, nel cuore della notte, dell'ultimo giorno di pernottamento! La posizione della struttura, peraltro, non è comoda. Tocca fare una discreta passeggiata per arrivare alla metro più vicina.

• Anne-Clémence VL (8/5): - Le bon contact avec l'hôte. Entrée autonome et flexibilité dans les horaires. Bonne réactivité dans les messages. Bon emplacement. Quartier sympa et assez calme. Il manquait quelques équipements (verre à eau, un tir bouchon, un torchon plus efficace ou essuie tout). Un shampoing dans la salle de bain, une douche plus propre et davantage de papier toilettes. Revoir le nettoyage des aérations et du sèche cheveux (réalisé par mes soins 》 poussières).
