• Domenica (10/5): Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen - Die Wohnung (und vor allem auch die Küche) ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern da, und es ist perfekt, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb, aber trotzdem gut gelegen. Es gibt direkt bei der Wohnung eine Pasticceria, wo man sehr gut frühstücken kann und auch abends etwas trinken kann. Es gibt weitere Bars, Lokale und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Bushaltestelle, um ins Stadtzentrum zu kommen, ist auch in direkter Nähe. Da wir schon früher in Rom angekommen waren, haben wir auch die Möglichkeit bekommen, schon um 13.15 Uhr statt um 15.00 Uhr einzuchecken, was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Es ist sehr hellhörig im Haus, und von der Straße auch relativ laut (Müllfahrzeuge, Flaschencontainer usw), allerdings hatten wir auch die Fenster offen und nur die Fensterläden geschlossen. Wahrscheinlich ist es mit geschlossenen Fenstern besser.

• Frank (6/5): - Unser Aufenthalt im Prati New Luxury Apartment war leider enttäuschend, auch wenn die Lage hervorragend ist. Das Apartment liegt sehr gut im Stadtteil Prati – ruhig, sicher und in der Nähe vieler wichtiger Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Check-in mit Caterina verlief zudem sehr angenehm und reibungslos. Diese positiven Aspekte konnten die negativen Erfahrungen jedoch nicht ausgleichen. Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht, mussten jedoch 3 Tage lang mit ausschließlich kaltem Wasser auskommen, da der Wasserdruck im Boiler zu gering war. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage wurde uns nicht geholfen. Auch auf unsere E-Mails, WhatsApp Nachrichten erhielten wir keinerlei Reaktion – weder eine Lösung noch eine Entschuldigung, was wir als sehr unprofessionell empfunden haben. Darüber hinaus ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig: Im Badezimmer war Schimmel an den Silikonfugen sichtbar und die Couch war in den Ritzen deutlich verschmutzt. Auch die Loungemöbel auf der Terrasse waren komplett defekt und nicht nutzbar. Insgesamt wirkt das Apartment auf den ersten Blick hochwertiger, als es tatsächlich ist – für uns leider ein Fall von „mehr Schein als Sein“. Unter diesen Umständen können wir die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Tazzi61 (10/5): Soggiorno a Roma - L'appartamento è come da foto veramente molto bello, spazioso e pulito, molto bella anche la terrazza. Ci sono 3 belle camere spaziose e ogni camera ha il proprio bagno. L'appartamento si trova in una bella zona residenziale che sembra anche molto tranquilla, a circa 15/20 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano oppure si possono utilizzare i mezzi pubblici che si trovano a breve distanza. Sotto l'appartamento è presente una bella pasticceria che consigliamo per la colazione. Abbiamo anche trovato vicino a 10 minuti a piedi un'ottimo ristorantino che ci è piaciuto sia per la qualità che per l accoglienza. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene e consigliamo questo appartamento per un soggiorno in compagnia. Un pochino complicato il funzionamento della doccia....il funzionamento del rubinetto è forse un po troppo complicato ma basta studiarlo un pochino. Per il resto tutto molto bene.

• Terrence (10/5): Comfortable base to relax after exploring Rome. - Terrace was amazing, very comfortable. Air conditioning was great when needed, especially in the lovely living room. AC was also available in the bedrooms if needed. Kitchen well equipped with good coffee/tea facilities and make meals.

• Robert (9/5): Large apartment and very conformable for a family of six. Would stay here again. - The location was great. There is a cafe right downstairs where everyone is friendly. Restaurants, supermarket and shopping within walking distance. The host met us when we arrived and went over everything we needed to know. Taxis pick up right in front of the apartment, 10 euros to get to Piazza Navona square. Could have used more than one dish towel and paper towels/napkins.
• Susan (5/5): Great area, but no luxury. - The location and the size of the apartment was perfect for us. It is away from the tourist centers, and it was easy to get a taxi to get around the city. The furnishings and the appliances are old and dirty. The freezer was filthy, and the washing machine was not functional. There is a nice terrace, but is is also very dirty and not an appealing place for for a meal or place to sit outside. The internet went out for several days due to a problem outside of the apartment, but the manager was very slow to come with an alternative for us and communication was difficult. This apartment is definitely not luxury and way overpriced for the state of the apartment as it is now.
